I ordered a Jellycat monkey for my nephew and the service from Bears of Witney was impeccable! It was quick and easy to order, then I received an email from Ian the day before delivery to let me know it would be with me the following day. When it arrived, it was beautifully wrapped - I could have gifted it as it was! It also came with a really lovely note from the owners inside. You can tell they really care about their business and their customers. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Amazing shop was literally blown away by all the gorgeous bears for sale, so many to choose from, could of easily spent all my money on the gorgeous retired and some. New Charlie bears for sale. But. I was very good and got 2, they stole my heart soon as I held them. Amazing and lovely little shop with a lovely lady who offers to help you as soon as you walk in. Would also like to compliment them on how understanding they were on the fact we was running very late due to traffic on the M25 and M40 due to 2 car accidents AMAZING shop and would give more then five stars if that was an option

Teddy Bears of Whitney is a real independent gem, easily missed on the outside edge of the town’s shopping area, but well worth a visit. Having previously bought a Jellycat animal for my niece from them a few years back, I revisited to buy a Merrythought traditional jointed teddybear for my baby daughter as something she’d be able to keep for life. The service was as always excellent, with a quick guided tour of what was on offer, with thought to everyone’s safety during the pandemic with a pre-booking policy in place (though I wasn’t aware of this when I popped in and was let in when I rang their number). As I was just visiting the area, the order was posted to me once my daughter’s personalised name and date of birth embroidery had been added to a foot. It arrived well packaged and beautifully presented the day after a phone-call from the shop, along with a thoughtful hand-written thank you note from the owners. A rarely-seen level of service in 2020 that harks back to 1920. Thank you Teddy Bears of Whitney!

What a brilliant find - found the very penguin we needed. The on line service second to none, cannot fault and talk about going the extra mile. Had an email to say they were holding off posting for a day because of the postal strike but it still arrived within 3days of order. Lovely touch with the bear postcard and personal message. They will be our first port of call for any bear related requirements in the future. Highly recommend.

I've bought several bears now from this lovely shop, for myself and as presents, and they're all beautiful, whether they're 9cm tall or full size! The quality of the artist bears and their own creations is stunning. They're packaged beautifully and more often than not arrive the next day! The bears are competitively priced too. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I adore this quaint little place. I've never been, but have ordered several times and have bought their beautiful catalogs which are definitely keepsakes or collectibles. The staff is friendly, and each piece I've ordered has been perfect and accompanied with a sweet, hand-written note of thanks from one of the staff. A little treasure trove. Have been here a few times, including in my childhood as my parents were collectors, and I've always loved it being a collector now myself. Having bought a few bears from them both in store and online, I can say everything is superb.

Amazing place for Teddies! I purchased a limited edition Bear for my niece, which bore her name, as an investment for her Christening. The staff are fab, the range of bears is fab, it’s a lovely, lovely shop to lose yourself for an hour or two. If you’re buying be prepared to have a problem choosing one out of the many there!

Just an amazing shop and the service Ian and team offer is next to none. The website is also so easy to use, with new bears being added quite regularly, and lovely packaging and very prompt delivery. So wished I lived nearer so I could visit more often but maybe better that I don’t as I think my bank balance wouldn’t cope.
