We've been staying here on and off for almost 6 months. All of a sudden when new "employees" appear it's brought to our attention we can no longer stay because we're "unhygienic and very dirty". The employees don't seem to Want to help paying customers, like it's an inconvenience to Do your job. It makes me laugh because this place is not up to standard to say the least. Hire people who have customer service skills and don't cop attitude every time you have to ask for something. Very very disappointed in how we're being treated now compared to when we first came here but it's not a loss, glad we won't be back.

JADA, a young African American lady at the front desk is rude, highly unprofessional and doesn't know what she is doing!!! You don't wake a customer up at 11 pm at night because staff the night before forgot to bill me a pet fee. Exercise customer service skills and wait till the morning! And if we're discussing payment of 1 night then I should be billed for the night in question. Jada didn't know how to simplify running a credit card, and claimed both my cards declined which is incorrect! She ended up charging my card 3x. I left a message for the manager but I'll be leaving this complaint with corporate as well. IT IS NOT LISTED ANYWHERE THAT THE PET POLICY IS FOR DOGS ONLY! Manager BRITTANY will be a part of my complaint!!!

Make Today Worth It - don’t stay here. Unless you like getting bit by bed bugs. The staff here was very nice and the room was clean but the mattress had these nasty things that came out at night. The management doesn’t seem to care since they never followed up on this.

This location was previously a Days Inn. It is now a Quality Inn. Like most Choice Hotels it is independently operated. The rooms are large. The location is good. For free wifi, the wifi was solid. Those are the only nice things about it. The front desk staff were decent some of the time but I would not say friendly. Several were more concerned with their phones than in assisting guests. The hotel is crime ridden my vehicle was broken into twice. There are people sleeping in their vehicles outside the hotel. If you have food delivered to your room don't have it left or it will be taken by other guests. The door to my room did not close fully, items were stolen from the room. The room smells. If I had had choice other than where my company booked me I would never have stayed for as long as I did. The hotel is unconcerned with people smoking in their rooms. They are unconcerned with vagrants trespassing on their property. Apart from the "quality" issues which I can allow for because as business road warrior there were worse rooms. The primary reason to stay away is the crime, and unwillingness along with disinterest by management in dealing with the problem. I received not even an apology nor assistance with contacting the police (Sheriff's Department). If value your vehicles and/or property. Stay way far away.

Room was filthy and had signs of bedbugs. Sat down on bed and decided to read reviews after I noticed it was filthy. After reading reviews I then noticed signs of bed bugs in my room: black spots around outlet and spots on bed frame. Promptly left. General Manager would not refund me. Also there was throw up behind the door, food on the surfaces, and no trashcan in the room.

I LOVE this hotel! The staff is nice, accommodating, and professional. Nice location. Next to the interstate, train, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Rooms are very clean. Full sized kitchen w/stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Kid & pet friendly. Nice handicapped rooms. Very accessable. Housekeepers are so sweet. And did I mention how nice the staff is? Customer service is everything. I've never met a mean employee here at this hotel. They make sure to accommodate you. I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed staying here!

Ohh boy, I would not stay here for $10 a night, I can't believe this is actually a Quality Inn hotel, something is fishy about this hotel, Choice hotels standards were none existint, very ghetto place, filthy carpets, only pastries and coffee for breakfast?? Rooms had no phones, no ceiling lights, all furniture was trash old. The only good thing was getting out of that place.

This shabby hotel was pathetic. As soon as I went to check in, the last with the broken english, immediately has an attitude with. Upon signing in with my reservation, she asked me if had a credit card to put on file for incidentals. I said no. She replied she couldn't fill my reservation without one. As I was jokingly talking to her, she went from 0 to 100 with her attitude. I went and asked my friend if she could put her credit card on file for me, as I didnt have one. When she went in, Mrs. Attitude told her she needed a credit card, debit card, or cash. I asked Mrs. Attitude how come she didnt tell me that? She blatantly lied to me and said she did. While going back and forth she said, she always has problems with people "like me" and when it starts at the desk it happens all night. The last at the front desk also called the police on my friend, who was intoxicated, but not bothering anyone. And lied to the police and said that she was harassing people. Which was false. Mrs. Attitude at the front desk, didnt realize I had recorded our interaction and will forward or to my attorney on Monday. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I would not recommend ANYONE to stay here. It needs a serious update with the furniture as well. There are better hotels all around the city. It may be a little more expensive. But you would feel safer.

The person (Asia)who checked us in was very friendly and easy to work with. The Denver Tech area is a pretty safe area with lots of hotels. The room was sub par; the shower head was terrible, the tub squeaked with every movement and the shower curtain didn’t even hang down enough to prevent the floor from getting very wet. Bathroom was small. There were stains on all of the furniture and most of the bed linen. The carpet in the hallways and rooms was dirty and old. The outside of the property looks decent but inside needs to be renovated.

You get what you pay for. The furniture was dirty and stained. The carpet smelled and felt slightly damp and sticky and my husband and I had to wear our shoes the entire time to avoid touching the carpet even with socks on. The AC vent worked fine however it blew out a bad “grandma’s perfume” scent. The bathroom shower squeaked every time you took a step or moved around and there were hairs on our bathroom counter. We stayed for 3 nights with a tight travel budget and 2 of the 3 nights, our room key wouldn’t work and we had to go down to the lobby to get them reset. I have stayed in nicer rooms for the same low rates and it unfortunately felt like we had to endure staying there because we couldn’t stay anywhere else. Really the only plus I have is that staff was friendly, nice, and easy to talk to.

Horrible place, room was disgusting. Burn marks on the floor, the shower rod was falling down, and it was one of the worse Choice hotels ever, not sure how they are allowed to be a part of the chain. And, their complimentary breakfast was coffee, juice, and make your own waffles. No fruit, no yogurt, no cereal, not bread, bagels, or english muffins, no pastries, nothing. Dirty, outdated, and there are much better places to stay. Don't waste your money or time.

The hotel is quite filthy and not in a very good place. Hotel stunk of weed, a group of people were blasting very loud rap music in the parking lot in the morning and this went on for a minimum of 10 minutes. Dried food on the wall, dirty couch in the room, and the shower had dirty foot prints in it. We also had a very visibly dirty towel in the bathroom when we first entered; it was covered in dirt skid-marks. The front-desk receptionist when we came in at about 1 or 2 AM was extremely rude. He was condescending and gave us sassy answers full of attitude when we asked simple questions.

The overall experience was fine. The room smelt like cigarette smoke, elevator was a little sketchy to ride. And there was leftover bread in the cabinet above the microwave. And the picture, I still have no words for. I have no idea what was growing out of the wall next to our sink or why there was broccoli ??? It was an alright stay for an overnight trip.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel from the time that we checked in until the time that we checked out. The staffs were very courteous. The room was very clean and spacious. There is a couch and a small table in the room where you can eat your meal plus another table and a chair where you can put your laptop on and do your office work. The breakfast was very good, you can make your own hot and tasty waffles.

I truly enjoyed my two nights with this Quality Inn (Denver Tech Center). The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Everything was clean and tidy the rooms were well kept. Be an older Inn it has normal wear and tear as expected. There was nothing out of order and everything worked. They have one of the best Waffle Bars that I have eaten at. I traveled professionally for business for nine years from Denver to Dallas. I stayed in $250 to $350 a might rooms that much more run down than this Quality Inn. The rates were very reasonable and I recommend it completely. It is located in one of the nicest parts of Denver near our foothills. Denver at its finest out sides of downtown. I am a Denver Native and proud to be from. COLORADO. Thanks to the staff. Diane Domino

Our stay was good. Aisa and staff are very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcomed. The rooms are spacious. They offer a light continental breakfast and hot coffee all day long. We would stay again !

Honestly, their weekly rates can't be beaten. Around $375 for a week is hard to come by. But you have to call ahead. For that price you do not get breakfast. But they have a rate that allows you to get breakfast. The company was recently bought by a new owner and they are working hard to get things fixed up. Unfortunately, there are still some cosmetic issues in the rooms. But the staff has been pretty friendly and they will do what they can to help your stay be better.
