It's a hotel but it seems like it's more of a "home" for most. There was a small child there who played with my children (which is fine) but this boy was constantly left at the hotel with no parent or way to get inside his room. When the small child came to play with my children he was running upstairs and my family and I were scolded by a front desk work for his behavior (this isn't our child. We can't control him) It got to the point where i was basically babysitting this child and had no choice but to do so. Which made my stay uncomfortable because it got to the point where I didn't want to go outside to come in contact with said child. The room was nice but the TV was extremely small and mounted to a wall so it was a little hard to see. The location is nice. Right next to laundromat, gas station, places to eat and a few grocery stores.

The transient speed phreak in the next room decided to follow me to the gas station next door and pound on the door screaming and scaring everyone. Police did come and talk to hotel staff… and everyone shrugged. Management refused to give me my money back. I wouldn’t stay there with someone else’s money.

I'll never stay Here again! Too High Price for a Motel that Looks Good on the Outside! Lots of Hair and Stains. I Couldn't even use the Top Sheet because of all the Hair! That is The Reason I won't Stay Here again!

Rooms are small but have a mini-fridge and microwave. They're clean and maintained, so no complaints there. Area is quiet and seems safe. Didn't get any weird vibes at all. Close to the mountains. Good place to stay if you just need a place to crash while visiting or doing outdoor activities/events. Price is fair!

Quality of service

I thought my stay in this place was good.

Staff is friendly and nice. Room is outdated and small with fridge and microwave. The key is not working properly for us so we have trouble getting in. Not bad if just need a place to sleep.

Love this place! Very clean rooms. Some features are older but it’s so clean it feels more vintage than old. Also a huge plus is how family friendly it is. There is a large grass area for kids to play as you watch them from your room. The people staying here don’t seem too bad either. And they had a great price in a pinch. I think when my family is in Fort Collins this will be our place to stay.

I was looking for a bed and a bathroom. That's all I needed, and that's what I got. No frills, but you can't beat the price.

It was a great stay. So quiet and not to overwhelming of an area.

Cannot check in past 10 pm. Absolutely ridiculous !! this information is not easily found, page shows that check in starts at 2:30, it does not state anything about check in ending at certain times.

This is a good place to over night it. Stay a few days even a month or two 👍👍

The complex is the best, good service, excellent quality of service, highly recommended
