I’ve had nothing but problems with Lifestance for over 2 years now. Between overcharging for my visits, sending scripts to wrong pharmacies (requiring me to spend hours sorting out myself), but the worst so far is being ignored by my provider. I messaged her directly through the portal almost 2 weeks ago (in effort to reach her before the holiday) explaining the medication I just switched to isn’t working great. No response. I called the office following week, they said they’d send a note. A week later, still no response. I ran out of my medication right before Thanksgiving which caused detriment to my mental health (it’s not one you’re supposed to suddenly stop taking). Lifestance itself has unethical business practices and multiple class action lawsuits. There are numerous reports of corruption and patient harm (Google Lifestance complaints). If you’re in need of a mental healthcare professional, steer clear of Lifestance.

Keri Lemmond has been absolutely great to have as a doctor. She’s understanding, respectful, wants to include you in your treatment plan. Some doctors don’t want that for you. I’m glad life stance found me.

My provider Tiffany Taylor shows so much care and concern for me. She is always only a message away when I am having my extreme lows. For the last almost 2 years she has been a God sent in my life. I don't know if I would have made it through without her care.

If I have any difficulty at all, even with a pharmacy, questions, whatever- They are always able to help me. They follow up and if that person can’t answer they tell you who can. I feel like they are caring for me and on my side. It’s a great comfort to some of us who struggle with anxiety. Thanks you guys!

Finding LifeStance and Keri Lemmond has been a great experience for me. She takes the time to really listen to me and care about what is happening in my life and provide the care I need. I am so grateful.

Life stance has TRULY helped me their “office” & staff R available & easy to access though a variety of means, txt, phone calls, patient portal etc. my psychiatrist, Brea Kilpatrick NP, is kind, smart, & very helpful. She listens to my concerns & we have established a successful dialogue& Dr /pt. Relationship very smoothly from the start. I would highly recommend Life Stance to anyone seeking mental health advice & aide.

I called Life stance today to schedule an in person appointment, I’ve used them as tele health since before covid and I have to say telehealth and in person they are amazing they go out of there way to give you what you need and they are always kind and considerate as they do it. I’d recommend them to anyone!
