Showed
up
to
a
room
that
had
no
heat.
My
kids
were
cold
and
had
to
wear
jackets,
the
room
was
set
to
80
degrees
on
heat
but
was
56
degrees
and
was
going
down
.
The
guy
turned
the
heat
on
and
off
and
said
that
would
fix
it….
that
didn’t
fix
it.
Tried
to
make
it
out
to
be
my
fault
for
trying
to
cancel
within
the
24
hour
window
saying
“for
future
reference
you
have
to
cancel
within
24
hrs”
I
booked
the
hotel
45
minutes
prior
so
that’s
impossible.
And
“for
future
reference
we
did
not
pay
for
a
freezing
cold
room
in
the
midst
of
a
snow
storm.
Your
customers
prefer
heat.”
I
canceled
and
asked
for
a
receipt
with
refund
to
be
emailed.
Never
received
it.
Called
the
hotel
and
they
said
it
was
not
possible
to
give
me
a
cancellation
confirmation
and
that
nothing
is
in
my
folio
so
I
won’t
be
charged….
(I
know
this
isn’t
true
since
our
family
owns
multiple
hotels)
I
asked
to
speak
to
the
manager
and
I
was
forwarded
to
the
office
in
which
the
answered
and
hung
up.
This
happened
twice…
Don’t
stay
here.
