Incredibly rude barman. We planned to get our pasties and come for a beer (the sign outside invites you to do so) so I went ahead to take my little girl for a wee and to get the drinks. I was rudely told I had to buy a drink first despite the fact that my 3yo was hopping up and down. When the rest of my party arrived ready for beers, we were asked to leave as one of them had purchased a coffee with their pasty not realising we were heading straight to the pub. All 7 of us left upset and the pub sold us just one coke and a fruit shoot rather than 6 beers as we had planned. Bizarre business model. Wouldn't go here again if you paid me So upsetting.

absolutely the worst place in the UK! they don't serve food but won't let you eat in or on there outside seating area. everyone avoid such a nasty place. full of beer 🪰also. the manager is inside playing pocker with there friends! visitors not welcome . honest review.

Very pleasant pub. Big room, with lots of local memorabilia. St Austell ales, the Proper Job was very good. Probably some food also, but did not try.

Great quiz on Sunday nights!

So good to have a pub with stools at the bar, poker night, pool table, juke box, footy on the big screen, not a food menu in sight. Proper old school pub. Had a brilliant night with mates here. Will be back for the pub quiz on Sunday!!

Looking at previous reviews, I wasn't expecting much, however I was nicely surprised. Really friendly welcome by the staff and a lovely little suntrap of a garden to sit in and watch the world go by. Recommend if in the area and feel a thirst.

Great boozer. Popped in for a quick pint with family on way back to caravan site. Good selection of drinks with nice beer garden in the sun. Very friendly staff & made very welcome. Decent prices too. Highly recommended.

Left a cardigan unattended for less than an hour and it was stolen. No response from their FB page. Round of applause for the low life who stole from an ambulance driver.

My son attended a children's Halloween party and just liked to say what a great party it was. The staff were great, in their Halloween costumes. Tori was fantastic, she was very professional and got involved with the party, ensuring that all the little ones were having a good time too.

Cute little pub.. Good selection of drinks.. beer gardens fab in the summer and you can eat your pasties.. win win.. love the quiz on a Sunday to.
