I’ve been rowing at the Flower Mound location for more than a year now. I highly recommend rowing with the full body workout. Great music and a motivating environment! The energy of coach Kimmy is incredible, always supportive and encouraging. All the coaches are fantastic and friendly. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience at Rower House Gym! The low-impact workout was just what I needed, and the staff, especially Coach Kimmy, made it even better. The gym's new installations and clean equipment create a welcoming atmosphere. The music added an extra motivation to push through the challenging workout. I highly recommend Rower House Gym for anyone looking for a great fitness experience. It's definitely worth a visit!

If you are looking for a high intensity, low impact, fun and inclusive workout…this is your crew!! After doing a boot camp for 5 years, I found this and my joints feel better than they have in years. I’m loving the challenge and the people…and the best trainers!!

Row House Flower Mound is awesome and loads of fun with hard work. I have to mention 3 instructors. Kimmy is so friendly and happy all the time. She takes song requests which makes me feel part of the team! Also I get to hear songs I like!! Sarah is a great coach and keeps an eye on your form. Always wants to help you do better but still insists on you knowing your limitations. Kamila is super energetic and again, fun to have as a coach. All are great there! We probably have the best set of coaches.

I joined in August 2022 and it has only improved. Sarah, Amy and Kimmy are such positive and motivating coaches. About the time you feel like you have given all you have to give, they say something to cheer you on and you surprise yourself. It is a great low impact, but full body workout. All the classes give you something a little different. Give it a try!

Started rowing here with my lady at the end of May and was hooked from the first class! Incredible workout! I’m a free weights guy who hates cardio, but you’ve got to have it. Rowing is a great mix of high intensity, plus strength training and for me there is no better place than Row House Flower Mound. The owners, Ryan and Jamie, are amazing! The community there is something I’ve never experienced at a gym. The coaches are next level and committed to everyone achieving their goals! Kimmy and Sarah are the BOMB! Take a class, sign up, and join the Crew!

Highly recommend Row House. Even if you have never rowed before. Instructors are polished, professional and very motivating. Rowers are clean and well maintained. Use of technology to track meters and speeds is impressive. My favorite part is the multi-sensory experience as the house lights dim and the blue lights come on. Everyone gets in swing together, everyone works hard together. The energy in the room is a lot of fun!

I'm already addicted to this fantastic and unique workout after only two visits! The coaches are motivating and enthusiastic without being overbearing, and the row machines are so much fun, while also providing a great workout. I've noticed a difference in my posture and physique after just two visits - amazing. I like the variety in each session, the meditative yet challenging quality of the row machines, and how energized and positive I feel afterwards. Glad my friend recommended this place.

I started Row house a little over a month ago. Row house actually showed up on my Instagram feed and sparked my interest. This was a time I was trying to find something that would assist me further on my health journey. So, I reached out and signed up for three months. I thought three months was enough time to decide whether or not I was going to like it. One of my close girlfriends, Cass, decided to come with me to my first class. We have been going strong ever since. The staff is great from the coaches to the front desk. Each one of them are so nice, encouraging and just amazing humans all around. Finally, I have found a work out routine that I am truly in love with. This is something I look forward to at the end of my day. Love the atmosphere and just being around others that are on their own health journey. I have done personal training, going to the gym, swimming etc… But nothing has sparked my enthusiasm, commitment and just love to keep going and reach my goals like Row House.

Regardless of your age, weight, exercise level, etc., Sarah and Kimmie (ALL the instructors) modify and accommodate to help each person enjoy the class. It’s the easiest and most enjoyable exercise I have found. Highly recommend!

I recently tried Row House for the first time and the experience was great. After my first class I knew I’d be coming back regularly. The people are great, the classes are fun, and it really is a whole body workout without requiring two hours at the gym. I’ve been to a couple of classes now and the owner of the studio has been in each, and I think it speaks volumes to see a business owner so passionate about their business. I definitely recommend you give Row House Flower Mound a try!

Such a fun and motivating class. I walked out exhausted and exhilarated all at the same time! Great work out! Update: I’m two months in now and still loving it. I love starting my week with a restore class and moving up from there as the week goes on. Today I tried my first crew vs crew and it kicked my butt but I’m so proud of it. Kimmy makes the uncomfortable worth it and fun. She is just one of my many reasons for showing up!

The Row House coaching is consistently applied across the various class options. The class size is usually between 15 and 20 people and everyone is focused on their performance, which is the way it should be. The coaches are very encouraging, because they understand their classes can be challenging. I hope they continue to be successful, because rowing is so much less stressful on knee and ankle joints. I really love it!

I’ve been doing early morning workouts for the last few years but wanted to try a different format. I found this place via google search. And love that they offered a free first class to try it out. Liz was great. Before the class I appreciated we talked for a few minutes and answered my questions. She also Showed me how to use the machine and even checked my form. She was highly motivating and energetic. Which isn’t always easy for 0515am! It was a great experience and a great trainer too!

😠 Use to go here till covid. Plan on going back but the price is so ridiculous. 2 people for the price of a car payment. 250 a month plus 150 fee if I wanna use the outdoor pool. The gym is nice but for literally 3000 a year, I can build my own gym for that. 150 fee for an outdoor pool? Wet...

🫤 Amazing equipment, but the gym is 85% high school children. They run around jumping over equipment yelling and pushing each other around. Several times they will bump into me while having weights in my hands. Dangerous and obnoxious.
