My 75 yo Aunt went for a required visit to get her meds refilled at the clinic in Gladewater, Texas. NOT ONE employee she encountered wore a mask! These medical "professionals" have put my Aunt at risk during a pandemic that has killed over 500k people. I am beyond livid! This is not the last they will hear from me.

The gross negligence & disdain for a patients time & money displayed by this practice is absolutely egregious. After two office visits, two urinalysis, and many follow up calls, the issue of not calling in prescribed medication has yet to be resolved. It has been 30 days since his initial visit. Not only that, a staff member told my husband that he would be “harassed” because of the medication he is prescribed for a disorder he’s had since he was a child. What does that even mean? That is a wildly inappropriate comment that borders upon disability discrimination. The only glimmer of hope this practice has is the Doctor is nice.

Dr. Smith and Dr. Zapata are great and always take time for me. Their nursing staff is always friendly and caring. Never do I feel like they are rushing to get away and answer all my questions. Great to have a clinic like this so close to home.

Sharon Martin-Holm is a awesome doctor! She has a very warm and understanding bed side manner. I follow her to every clinic she moves too!

my mom has been a pt of dr smiths for yrs now. she really likes him. however the office staff there is the rudest most unprofessional group of incompatents that ive ever had the misfortune to encounter. i myself worked 7-8yrs in medical and mom is a retired rrt. she is very ill but shes not without her faculties. we regretfully will be changing drs and happily reporting the awful unit clerks to proper autjorities!

Dr.Zapata is the best doctor that I ever met he always available when you need him. I started with dr. Zapata in 1997 after I arrived to east Texas. I will follow him to every location he moves to, Employees at front desk always kind and helpful when I arrive. Thank you Dr. Zapata for everything

This place doesn't even accept Molina Medicaid. You should accept all Medicaid insurances! That is being prejudice.

Lori Fried is THE BEST! Not only is her bedside manner fantastic, she really listens to you and takes the time to explain any questions that you have. One of the things that I am most impressed with is the time she takes with each patient, and does not rush us out! I have never had a Dr as good as Lori Fried. My whole family and I have been going to her for years and will continue to do so! She has been a huge blessing!
