We had a wonderful time at Rosevine Inn! Even though we arrived late, the innkeeper was there to welcome us in. Period music was playing in the living room and our guestroom, which set a relaxing mood. Our room--"Sports Legends of the 1930s"--was charming and cozy and I enjoyed looking at all the photographs and memorabilia on the walls. It had all the necessary including toiletries, clock, charging station, etc. In the morning, I explored all of the fun sitting areas on the property, though we didn't have time to stay and enjoy them. Coffee was available upstairs when I woke up. We had breakfast later, and it was delicious, including homemade bread. We enjoyed talking with the innkeepers and other guests. We hope to return when we have more time!

Rosevine Inn is such a wonderful place to relax! Beautiful historic house that has been thoughtfully transformed into a Bed and Breakfast! That leads me too one of the best parts of my stay…the breakfast! Becca’s frittata and breakfast sourdough bread!! We stayed in the Sherlock Suite in the Watson Cottage with it’s mystery and charm! Burt has created a unique place to escape to, and he has the scoop on all the best places to visit in Tyler! Make sure you meet them while you stay there. They have thought of everything from the comfortable bed to the rain shower head! Book your stay today! We will be back!

Bert and Becca, thank you for making our anniversary weekend so special! We thoroughly enjoyed every moment at your lovely property! The Casablanca was so perfect for us and the bed was super comfy! The delicious breakfast and lively conversation around your beautifully set table was a favorite! We are already planning our next visit with you! Also, thank you for going out of your way to accommodate my food sensitivities! It was much appreciated! Susan and Rick

Such a charming and beautiful property with lots of great amenities and delicious breakfast. Becca and Bert went above and beyond and made us feel like family. Lovely outdoors fire place, ample hot tub, comfy beds, fun game room, and super cute tree house. Certainly one of Tyler’s best hidden gems. This was our first time staying at Rosevine and we can’t wait to be back.

We had a great time at Rosevine! The hosts were loads of fun, and our rooms were kept up with obvious care. If you're looking for an East Texas destination for relaxation and rejuvenation, this is it.

Fun started as soon as we arrived at the parking lot. Bert and Becka, your services were more than amazing. Every time that we sat at the table for breakfast was the most entertaining, educative, and fun. Thank you for everything. Anyone visiting Tyler, this is the place where you need to stay.

The Fun started as soon as we parked on the parking lot. Bret and Becka are amazing hosts. Service outstanding. Breakfast, done to my expectations. This was our second time and will be more times to come. If you are going to be around Tyler this is the place you need to stay. While at the table Feel free to converse with them any topic that you might have in mind.

Our hosts were congenial and very helpful. My husband and I enjoyed an excellent breakfast each morning along with an opportunity to engage in conversation with our hosts and other guests. There are several comfortable areas available to simply sit and read or play various games if you so choose. I would definitely recommend the Rose vine Inn B&B if you are looking to get away.

Ritz Carlton of B&B, an impressive stay in Tyler Texas! The cleanest, best deco, great breakfast, and terrific hospitality we have ever had in any B&B ever, thanks to Bert and Becca! We gave our highest recommendation!!

We thought the whole experience was very cool with themed rooms and so many quirky decorations. We loved the tea and coffee bar upstairs as well as the barn game room. The breakfast offerings were amazing as well as the conversation. The location was close to the Tyler Rose Garden and Museum which was a nice way to spend a half day.

Bert and Becca, where to start! What an incredible weekend my boyfriend and I spent at the Rosevine! This place has a magical comforting feeling to it. From the moment we got in to the moment we left, an overwhelming feeling of peace, welcome and happiness surrounded us. We stayed at the Music Legends room. It was cozy and comfortable with great views. We toured around the barn, upstairs patio and downstairs bubble patio. Had the most delicious breakfast and met the wonderful couple who created this very unique and beautiful place. Can't wait to go back and experience the other spaces and adventures. Thank you so much for the wonderful time! Reba & Matthew

Stayed here for our 50th anniversary. What a wonderful find! The Sherlock room was so cute and cozy and anything you could need had been provided. The owners, Bert and Rebecca, are so friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts and treats were delicious and they were diligent to provide the low fat breakfast I needed. All was served in period style table settings which enhanced the enjoyment. We highly recommend staying at Rosevine.

Our second stay with Becca and Bert. Felt like home as soon we arrived. I enjoy the familarity and consistency. And I really like the breakfast and the conversation. Clean and complete with everything you need. I am reminded of a verse from the CHEERS sitcom intro song...Sometimes you wanna go Where everybody knows your name And they're always glad you came... Thanks Becca and Bert

My daughter and I stayed at Rosevine Inn B&B this past weekend for the Red Dirt BBQ and Music Festival, and simply could not have asked for a more perfect experience!! Our room (Texas Legends) and the common areas (both inside and out) were inviting, comfy, and cozy; breakfast (both Sat & Sun) was fresh and FANTASTIC; and the hosts, Bert & Becca, are both - as my daddy would say - "good people".... We could have sat at the breakfast table and visited with them all day long. Only regret is that we didn't have more time to hang out around the outdoor fireplace, or in the game-barn with all the cool vintage stuffs. Gonna get back as soon as possible!!

I stayed at Rosevine for a nursing travel assignment and couldn't be more pleased to have chosen to stay here. I stayed in the Texas Legends room. Bert and Becca are absolutely wonderful and treat you like their own family. Any issues were quickly addressed through e-mail with Bert's assistant, Emily. The house and each room is decorated beautifully. Enjoy some time in the hot tub, media room, or the charming barn. You can tell a lot of thought and effort is put in to make Rosevine Inn the place to stay. If you're looking for a place to stay for your travel assignment in Tyler or even a weekend getaway, I would definitely recommend Rosevine Inn! Bert & Becca, thank you for making my time in Tyler great! :)

The Innis close to downtown Tyler but feels like a secluded quiet neighborhood. We stayed in the Sherlock Holmes suite, which is a separate house with a bedroom, bathroom, dining room, living room, and full kitchen. It was strikingly appointed with vintage furniture and various Sherlock Holmes memorabilia. We enjoyed watching a DVD of an old Basil Rathbone movie. For a couple getting away for a long weekend, it was a comfortable oasis with easy access to anything around Tyler. The hosts were friendly, the breakfast delicious, and the bed quite comfortable. Highly recommend!

Wonderful adventure. The Sherlock room was so cozy and warm and hunting for clues or playing games in the barn was such great fun. Terrific hosts and the best breakfast. Could not ask for more.

Bert and Becca, thank you for such a wonderful time my brother and I had such a great time staying in the Sherlock Holmes suite. Searching for the hidden door in the room was so much fun. Your breakfast were so yummy and the conversation around the dinning table was very eye opening. My brother had great conversation with Bert solving the worlds problems. Your staff are so outstanding and you all made us feel like part of your family. Thank you. Can't wait to stay again at your magical place. See you soon : )

My daughter and I stayed at the extended-stay cottage called the Roosevelt for four months. My husband was still in Austin trying to sell our house. We were building a house in Tyler that was not complete yet. My daughter and I love the Rosevine! Bert and Becca are fantastic. They took wonderful care of us. It was a stressful move but everyone at the Vine made it great. Emily was extremely responsive to our needs. Olive was a true blessing and kept our unit clean and stocked. The treehouse, barn and the grounds were like a home away from home. My daughter and I enjoyed playing badminton, pool and hanging out on the grounds. Not to mention that we fell in love with the "guard kitty" that is always looking for a lap to sleep on.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Rosevine Inn for our anniversary, and found it absolutely delightful! It is hard to believe that such a delightful place can be found in Tyler, just a short drive away from where we live! We stayed in the Watson Cottage and found the Sherlock Holmes theme to be charming. Bert and Becca made us feel right at home, and we loved waking up to our breakfast already being placed on the dining table for us. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed in the Sherlock Holmes Suite/House for 2 nights. So much love, time and effort was put into preparing this out of this world suite. We were very pleased, happy, content and thankful with our wonderful visit. A big shout out to Bert and Rebecca for providing such a unique place to visit. We will return in the future and hope to visit one of the other inviting suites.

My room was charming and comfortable. The house is beautifully decorated. The yard and barn were especially unique with games, fireplace, patio, bubble machine, fountain, and pond. Had a great time with the cats and the host. Breakfast in the dining room and cookies in my room were delicious. I look forward to visiting again!

Bert, Rebecca, and Emily are amazing. This place is a must stay especially for traveling healthcare professionals. They take good care of you and make you feel at home. I was in Tyler for a very long 6-month travel assignment. I stayed all my 6 months with Rosevine Inn. The rooms are spacious clean and well maintained. It's very close to a lot of eateries and a mile away from the major health systems in Tyler. The staff is friendly and they have wonderful amenities on the property which are free to explore. They have a personal approach in each of their suites. Rosevine was definitely home away from home. I never felt homesick because they had all the amenities you could ask for. Looking forward to staying at Rosevine Inn on my next visit to Tyler, TX.
