The place is good with reasonable rents. Its in close proximity to the shops and markets. Its kindof located at the lakeside which keeps the air temperature a little lower than the rest if the city's. It has also ample parking space. Some cons of living here are lots of noise from the nearby road and also small residential campus and no society life apart from small festive gatherings.

Good building in the south western part of Nagpur. Mostly middle class families. Metro track from besides the building and metro station nearby. Grocery stores and other stores available at walking distance. Located near green area of VNIT and near the Ambazari Lake. Temperatures are soothing because of these factors. A bit improper parking space but overall good building structure and house architecture.
