Way much improvement needed!! The box office counters were manned by just two staff. No online confirmation for booking tickets, you have to obtain it from the counter, for this purpose neither was the quick kiosk functional. Biggest disappointment was on the safety front. The mall and parking lot is separate, however Cineplex does have a moral responsibility towards their patrons. The first 15mins of the movie was very disturbing & distracting, due to the staff couldn't manage the public seated in their respective seats. The seating needs to be improve and the Personal Sitting Box has no privacy. Random people comes there and get seated intead who owns the box seats has to compromise. Another one lacks in its looks and the movies quality here screened are below average. Though when considered as a local theatre this is better considering the village.

This is the only cinema hall in the town infact other cinema halls in nearby are under renovation so this is the only option it's old style cinema hall which is good for townies Pros: Projection Quality is good Sound is ok for the price Decent prices 1 box with open sofa for 20-25 Enough and safe parking Cons Managment is too bad, no reserved seat system you will get a seat on first come first serve basis No seat numbering , infact you might get a normal tant chairs to watch movie Managment is not good some time they do overbooking and you have to change you slot or cancel the booking

Do not visit. They just randomly cancel the show. Don't even bother to consider the distance you have travelled to watch the movie. Consider any other option like maybe downloading and watching at home as that way you won't have to worry about show getting cancelled.Thanks

Bad sound quality, even worse picture quality, seats are uncomfortable. Overall, not a good experience. Definitely not family friendly.

The projector was not focusing properly so the movie was blurred and sound was very loud overall experience was ok not pleased with seats also
