    Wanted to give 0 star but unfortunately that option is not available. BEWARE! AVOID THIS HOTEL. I booked a deluxe room in this hotel on Oyo app for one day stay from 13 to 14 Dec. I made 100% payment while booking online. On 13th evening, I called the hotel just to inform that I will check in around 10 - 10.30 PM. Shockingly, he was demanding extra money (Rs. 300 - 400) on top of what I paid on the Oyo app. This was my first shocker. Then I called Oyo customer care and raised a compliant. They told me they spoke with the owner (Mr. Parashar) and he confirmed I can check in without paying any extra amount. After I reached the hotel around 10 PM, the reception guy shown the room. It was too small and dirty and not the deluxe room which is listed on the Oyo app. Another shocker. I then called the hotel owner and he said he will be ther in 10 mins, but he came after an hour. I then again called Oyo customer care and told everything that happened with me. Then they spoke with the reception guy and asked me to go with a different hotel. They tried to book a different hotel but nothing was available. Then I asked them to refund my full money which was done immediately. After the owner arrives with full attitude, he asked me to pay extra to get the same deluxe room. I said why should I pay extra? I paid whatever was mentioned on the app while booking. He said there is some technical glitch with the app and it shows less amount. After 11 I had to look for a different hotel and I moved there. I insist guys don't book this hotel. You will get much better hotels in the same area but please avoid Parashar hotel. It's a big SCAM.

    Very bad hotel 🏨 Behaviour very unprofessional. They are offering in Oyo app 927 Rs and after reaching the Hotel they are asking 1400 Rs. With the lot of luggage I have no option to see other place, so I paid 1400 . The main drama started after online payment done. They showed me room number 105 which good enough before payment, after online payment done they gave room number 106 . When I asked for room number 105 they told why u made payment to Oyo , So, conclusion is that I had paid 1400 booked in 927,. Got the very bad small room with smell, the dirty, bed linen also not clean.

    smelly, unhygienic bedsheets and towels, provided teared clothes , Got infection on eyes and body, no shampoo or separate towel for two person, facilities are very bad, cost is more and washrooms are very small. Will not recommend this. If you want diseases stay here. Denied OYO booking also, OYO was charging 1155 and he refused and asked to pay 1900. Fooling the customer Worst hotel i have ever seen.

    Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star! Staff is unprofessional. The Daytime Receptionist over here is not cooperative he don't know how to talk to customers. He was very rude, half of the sale happens by receptionist but this guy, if u r the owner of any hotel make sure u get an experienced and professional receptionist than some illiterate guy who thinks it's a cheap business, it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge... I booked a room from mmt, and before booking, it said, room has 180sqft area with king size bed and a couch etc, and what i got was less than 90sqft area with dont know what type of bed it was, but definitely not king size or any size and couch, electricity were missing. see below i have attched photos, you will get the idea what u gonna get after paying alot. Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... Dont go by their uploaded photos becoz thts what u goona fish for and below is what u gonna get.

    Hotel owner must be care full from your employee like adilesh. He got 1200 per day. But gave me a bill like 1000. He said actual room cost 1500. I asked for 1000. He said I’ll make it 1200 but bill should be 1000. After he showed me a 2 room,I felt not good. But I took 1 room for one day. But stay was not good bcoz of that adilesh and that singh guys. I asked it’s very bad, why u r guys like this? Adilesh said I’ll give you another hotel number it’s should be good. And one guy there to pickup me within hour. I got vacated. After I went to another hotel. Really feeling sad about the hotel investors. It’s a plan. Because my stay is total 6 days. While check in I informed.

    My whole experience start from the check in was horrible... The room was stinking, in a very bad condition, flush was not working for that i literally need to fought wid thm. Food was average. Reception people were rude. Ibibo mentioned me the free brkfst while i booked the tickets but at the reception they denied directly even though they had words with ibibo people.there are many other good n better hotels for stay. Dont opt for it.

    Amazing hotel at a very approachable location... Clean n comfortable rooms.. Couple Friendly as well family friendly... Restaurant taste is decent at that rate...Drawback they won't allot rooms to OYO booked people due to rate issues, so better to book offline... For official trips it may not be useful as they are not providing bills....

    Booked from OYO manager was sadakchap took 1100 extra from me I’m giving 1 star because 0 star was not available guys don’t book room here room are like toilets everything in room is dirty Ac is not working room size is hardly 70 sq ft four wheeler parking is also not available they took 76 rs for only 2 boiled eggs.pathetic don’t go here

    everything about this hotel is pathetic ,rooms ,staff,manager...also charge extra for everything ..rooms are dirty, bathroom is dirty..bedsheets and light are worst..plz never visit here...we checked out immediately after the insulting behavior of the manager...rude man..never visit or suggest anyone this place.

    Worst room/bathroom, booked deluxe room from oyo, but when reached, they offered very smelly and unhygienic room, bedsheets and bathtowels were having strains, asked to give better room they refused and demanded extra money, they don't even listen to oyo customer care. Finally had to cancel the booking. There room is not worth 500 rupee. Don't even deserve 1 star.

    Worst Service & Room is not so clean in all room there cockroaches roaming like they have booked a hotel instead of me.The behaviour of receptionist is like he doesn't bothered about visitors...Very Rude Behaviour I personally don't recommend..... It's better to stay at platform instead of parashar Hotel

    Extremely pathetic ppl, especially the manager. I had a paid booking from MMT for this hotel for 1K night.. When i reached, they denied me to check in unless i paid 2k more, despite having booked and paid online thru makemytrip.... The location of the hotel is also veru shady... And their behaviour is extremely poor for a service induatry

    Liar staff...always adding extra charges aren't true to their words we spent 30-45mins only on argument while checking in and out please do not opt for this hotel they have false price on oyo...oyo says one price n they say something else rooms arent Clean average rooms waiter forgets where to serve food always ends up miss placing DO NOT GO HERE I AM SUGGESTING YOU

    Good service.Rooms are so neat and clean at reasonable rates.food quality is best and specially food service is provided on time. All Staff are very co-operative by nature.Railway station and Ganesh temple by walking distance. It was a very amazing experience to stay here. Thank you 😊

    Everytime I choose this hotel for stay whenever visit to Nagpur. but this time I have faces many of issues. 1:- Extension phone not working - I did informed on reception for this issue, but everytime they just come into the room and just did nothing, only saying that we will resolve this in some time. 2:- Water issue:- Bathroom tap water not available, after complaint they started water 3:- WiFi - I did asked couple of times for WiFi password as my cellular network was not so good, but WiFi password also not provided till the checkout. 4:- TV related:- Set top box got disconnected after electricity fluctuations, after completing hotel staff send someone to repair but instead of repair he chocked the cable wire and asked me to wait for 10-15 mins as he needs cutter for wire cutting. i was waiting from 8:15pm till 10:50pm but no one visit again and confirmed if the issue get resolved or not. Later I did repair this. 5:- Waiter:- Whenever I ordered food or just tea or water bottles, everytime Waiter asked for extra money tip's than order amount. 6:- Supervisor:- When I dropped complaint, supervisor had come for checking with having some pan masala or vimal in his mouth which smells very bad if we had conversation. Supervisor needs to be cleaned when interacting with customers. Afterall I have very bad experience for the hotel this time. Even I had used this multiple times before also, but this time I've faced very bad experiences with all. I was there for more than 3 day's, but after having that much of issues they did not asked for any complementary settlements. Instead that one of reception lady asked me to open the app and she start giving 5* ratings on my behalf from my phone. Customer should decide how much rating they want to give, staff can't force and argue with customers on ratings. I hope next time I'll not face that much of issues.

    I have booked one room and paid online. When i reached hotel, the staff told me that we are dening your booking. I ask why they said we want pay at hotel. I cancelled the booking and left the premises and booked another hotel Worst experience receptionist and manager both were arrogant..

    Though I dont want to rate this hotel, because it doesn't deserve it but I would like to share my experience. This is a so called 3 Star hotel as per Owner, but staff and rooms of the Hotel are even worst than that of a Third Class Lodge. Premium Rooms are too much expensive and doesnt worth a single Penny. On the other hand I would also like to highlight that Owner behaviour is Unethical. He tried to fool me by offering a Third Class small room which was smelling, Untidy and Uncleaned Indian styled toilet. Whereas we booked room which was premium 3177/-. Owner asked another 1500 Rs to stay in our booked room. Total cost of (4500 /-) Owner lacks quality of understanding and professional ethics. Girl sitting on the reception do lacks behavioural manners. Do not waste single peny on such hotels. Staff also dont have a sense and manners to talk with ladies . Owner also challenged Infront of everyone that see how I make 3k Rs on both of this rooms. Though this hotel is associated with Oyo but this Hotel is fully managed and controlled by Owner, just uses Oyo name for Publicity and marketing. The Hotel has 3+ rating on google, I suspect most of them are fake and paid ratings.

    Worst experience.The front desk staff are cheater/lier. No coordination between them. Highly recommend not to stay in such fraud hotel. Suggested the owner/MD of property should closely observe the activities & services provided by the staff to the guest and take corrective action against them otherwise you will loose the confidence of customers.
