Very poor service ....the guy who sits in reception is so pathetic...he made me stranded for 20 minutes without saying anything.... Inspite of telling him to book me a room he kept busy in many phone calls ....he should be fired ...he doesn't deserve to be working in that hotel...,👎👎👎👎👎👎

We were at Hotel Landmark Continental 📍Amravati, and we were so disappointed by the gesture of the hotel staff, When we placed our food order for starters The order placed from our behalf was 1 . CHICKEN DRAGON 2 . CHICKEN TIKKA 3 . CHILLI PANEER Where we were clear enough to specify our veg dish. As the waiter was in very hurry he didn't write this order & placed our order for CHILLI CHICKEN instead of CHILLI PANEER When the food arrived the waiter quickly went inside the kitchen.( He did not serve or did not even explain us about the ordered dish, which was expected by him to do) While starting the dinner my non-vegetarian friend found that all the 3 dishes were CHICKEN & not PANEER! We tried calling the waiter he took a long time to come to the table & after telling him that this was not our ordered dish he argues with us that the arrived order is correct & we ordered all CHICKEN dishes! (Which we did not). After this incident Restaurant staff were not ready to accept their mistake instead of this they started arguing. When we checked our main course order there was also a mistake that We Ordered Veg Bhuna Masala but they placed the order of Chicken Masala. SUCH A POOR SERVICE

3rd class hotel extremely poor room service there were cockroaches and big rats in the room. I exchange around 3 to 5 rooms for safety purpose. Still I am not satisfied with the room curse the room I got is not having its AC well working, still having problem with the cockroaches there is no at such maintenance the floor is not clean the bed is extremely untidy. Bathrooms are not clean. Non cooperative staff. Not at all worth for rs 2500.

It was so great to attend New Year Party 2022 there, we had great fun full night... the food was awesome starter to main course, Enjoyed DJ whole night, will definitely visit for dinner someday with friends..

First of all the location of hotel is wrong on google maps. It actually located on Badnera Akola road. Hotel is pathetic and not clean. It far away from city. Even they dont have hot water in their room. I checkout within1 hour of checkin.

The new live music theme ruins the experience. Earlier it was a quiet fun evening with friends but not the dashing lights and not so good music is everytime at you face. The food is good but i wouldn't recommend if one wants to enjoy the night.

It is a good place near amravati badnera few km from badnera railway stations towards akola road. Got swimming pool for kids. They have ducks. Evening dinner place is romantic. Also great place to have fun with friends

I did a booking through make my trip but they ask for extra money. ugly rooms, ugly bedsheets. they didn't provide a meal and breakfast which is included in the booking through through make my trip. they have no sense of talking to peoples. Maintenance needs a lot of rework, especially on hot water supply at all times and fumigation to rid of cockroaches. Kitchen ought to operate from 6-00 a.m. instead of 8-00 a.m. Check out early in the morning is problematic

My experience was like the torn bedsheet that I received. Too bad I can't give negative stars on here. The hotel looks flashy from outside but as soon as you enter you are greeted by a swarm of flies. The food in the restaurant is overpriced for the quality they offer. Finally my room which was in a corner didn't have any wifi coverage. The bed has a crooked design and when asked for an extra mattress then we received one with the torn bed sheet as in the attached image. Overall I didn't find them overly concerned. I think they might have their regulars who stay and hang out at the bar, who might have give the positive reviews.
