Days:-1 night and 2days Review of room:-The room were big and spacious and it was clean.The daily provide room cleaning service .The washroom was good. 2 stars that too only for food. Pathetic service and unprofessional staff If you have bookings on weekend should be prepared for everything. Light issues, Ac issues ( working like a second hand Ac), water supply issue. Overall should pay less than 1k for the stay Vacations are supposed to be stress free- here I wasted 15k with my family! Had to call four times for water supply in washrooms, water is basic amenity and this was not suppose to happen! And once you start complaining they'll hide owners number from the plate outside the reception office again terrible! If you cannot provide the service committed have guts to own it! Terrible! Horrible and all the negative words in this world for this place! I would not recommend anyone to visit also if going do not pay full money in advance! Look after your stay and then pay.

Hello, Guys if you are looking for a day spend then this place is decent. Good activities, scenic view. Food is good, though not much options in fixed menu... but a big NO if you are looking to stay here. Conditions of the rooms are very bad. Smelly linen, stinking towels not so maintained bathrooms(leaking taps), jammed doors of the balcony. We travelled with family but stay was very disappointing. As the location being too remote network is an issue here and on top of that NO WIFI IN ROOMS. So you are practically stucked up in connectivity point of view. So, other than food & activities, rest this place is disappointing.

The deal was a great one. We stayed there for a day. Lush greens to blow your mind and mountain view to allure you. It was drizzling so maybe we had a better experience. The copper coloured floor on the way to the rooms was gleaming. It reflected the skyblue sky. The rooms were spacious, big and beautiful. The coral paints inside them would make you fall in love with it. The views from the balcony was just enthralling. The ducks quacked and the birds chirped. The beige hut shaped bungalows would make your trip worth remembering. This place is 8kms away from main Khindsi lake boating centre.

We have 'not bad' experience in this resort. Room condition was okay okay. There was rat waste inside room window. So we did not open it, there was wierd smell from towel s. Thank god we brought our own. Cleanliness inside room very poor. I beleive the previous guest married couple because there was flower all over place. No doubt staff is very good and helpful, the other activities was good in resort. Good for group of friends or family. Incase you are just there to spend time with them. For couples not worth it.

The adventures for both adult and kids are good. Zipline is awesome. Their is a need to maintain rooms and washrooms though experience is good. The location of this adventure resort is awesome. There is something for all age group members here. All in all an awesome experience here.

Washroom is also clean. You can enjoy a nice sunrise from room 117. The jungle view is super nice. The greenery makes you feel calm. ✓ They provide 1 complementary water bottle. ✓ The service they offer is really nice. ✓ The best part about this place is their food which they serve. It's very tasty. They provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. The canteen manager is very professional. They call you when the food is ready. They provide you a coupon while checkin which you have to give during breakfast/lunch/dinner. You can order from canteen anything in between which will be chargeable. But I'm sure breakfast, lunch and dinner are enough. ✓ They have activities like a ropeway, archery, carrom, table tennis, rope cycling etc. The instructor will be there for your safety. ✓ You can have a walk after your meal. The area is hugely spread. You can also see ducks and rabbits here. You can play with ducks. Cons: The only con is the location. The place is not touched to the road, you have to go inside the village. If you don't have your own vehicle then you'll find it difficult to reach here. The only option is Autorickshaw. Just for 3-4km the auto driver will take ₹150/-(2 people). Better to take the driver's number, you can call him while check-out as there is no other option apart from that. You will not get any other source. How to reach here from Nagpur: Fetch bus (₹70 or ₹90) from Ganeshpeth bus Stand or Morbhavan. It'll drop you to Ramtek bus stop. From there you can fetch an auto (₹150/-). Make sure to take the driver's number. While going to Nagpur from here, just follow the reverse order.

The stay was pretty good. The facilities provided and food was nice. While entering we were greeted with Juice followed by tasty lunch. Had a good time during swimming and evening with DJ, Dance, bonfire and dinner. Overall great experience.

The adventures are complimentary but every adventure has a weight limit like zip line less than 90kgs, cycling 60kgs etc.. so if you are below the weight limit then you will be able to enjoy otherwise it’s just normal resort like every other. Swimming pool is very small compared to the land the resort has they could have built big one because in the evening everyone likes to come to pool but then you fill overcrowded. Food is delicious that’s the only point hence giving the rating 3 star.

I am writing the review just after returning home. I searched the resort and select as soon as i saw the two landmarks i.e. lake and hill, and between the rooms, my home town also have such landmarks so i already knew how it feels. not only we enjoyed but also feel the real happiness that one should have. Beside of visiting the nearby places we decided to stay at resort first day only becuase of its owesome scenery. thanks saiwal, shubham, mangesh the boys and other staff who are taking care of the land like their home. thanks kimmatkar sir the owner and md of the resort who maintained the resort till between covid 19.
