No complaints here. Topping always placed perfectly. Order is done on time. Pizza tastes great. And friendly staff!!

Really tasty, didn't realize we baked the pizza ourselves but it was perfect because we were planning to pick it up and eat it later for dinner.

Not my favorite pizza have had multiple times where they giving us a wrong order. Overall the customer service was very nice and helpful but the fact that we got multiple wrong orders warrants taking off a few Stars.

I had tried Papa Murphy's in Santa Fe and wasn't impressed with the skimpy toppings or difficulty getting my order taken accurately. Papa Murphy's in Los Alamos is superb, orders are always accurate, toppings are generous and the staff are the friendliest around. (Tip: bake your pizza for 7 minutes then lift it to lightly spray butter flavored cooking spray between the crust and the paper tray then continue baking normally for that pizza joint type crust).

Decent pizza and good service. There's little in the way of surprises, which is a good thing when it comes to a franchise location. You get exactly what you expect, take and bake pizza. I did have a couple of opportune deals when someone no-shows on their pick-up. Discounted pizza is everyone's friend!

My first and last visit to this place. First off, their website lied to me about the price. Would have been a passable pizza for $9. But alas, for $17 and me having to bake it myself, it's just too much. The taste was very competitive with a Walmart take and bake with an ever so slight upgrade on the crust. The only positive, at least the kids working there put on gloves before touching food after handling the money, and did it without an adult on site, I'll give them that.

In a small town like Los Alamos, finding good (or at least decent) pizza is hard. This Papa Murphy location is simply great and sort of takes care of that. Nice staff. Fast service. Wide selection of pizzas with pretty good prices. Of course, you need to go home and bake your own pizza, but that's what Papa Murph's about. Keep up the good work!

Called at 7:32 PM to place an order, was told that orders can't be placed after 7:30, because they close at 8. I understand not taking orders a few minutes before closing, but a full half hour seems unreasonable to me. Either way, disappointed.

The only good place to get pizza left in Los Alamos. Fast pickup times, reasonable prices, and tasty pizzas. A million times better than Domino’s. Cook the stuffed pizzas longer than you think you need to at this elevation (I usually do 50 minutes).

Get orders wrong and makes customers pay extra while they wait for order to be corrected. Typically good, but sometimes they get it very very wrong here.

Love the pizza and the prices. Excellent service.

EBT works here since nothing is cooked to begin with.

I placed an order online and even I went to pick up the food, it was all ready for me. The food turned out great. And those cinnamon wheels... Man are they tasty!

I loved the people who worked there. Even though I saw some of my friends, everyone was cordial and pleasant to be around. I would recommend this to all my friends and family.

My order was wrong and made me feel like it was my fault never comeing back again

I always know what to expect and they do me right everytime!
