    I ordered McDonald's via their app, arrived to the restaurant and gave them my order code, they said my transaction was partially approved and that I needed to pay the rest with my card. I ran three different cards to pay the difference that were all declined. I told them to cancel the order, my credit card was charged the full amount for the food regardless. Also lost 3000 reward points. 0/10

    So trying to give them grace, but enough is enough. They've messed up 3 orders in the past, are slow even without a rush and have this up. I've been sitting here 15 minutes now for a single drink. I'm glad I didn't pay for the drink but this is ridiculous. If I didn't have points expiring I would wait to use them when I go to Santa fe or literally anywhere else. It didn't even take me this long to get a full meal at the Chicago Union Station and it was their lunch rush!

    I know this is just McDonald’s, I shouldn’t expect much. I mean I’ve been eating at this restraint in this town my whole life, including at the last location. But when I pay for something I expect to get it! These kids closing this place must be high or something because it’s a S$#T show! The guy at the cashier was nice, but the people prepping my food forgot a whole 10 pc. nuggets. They already shut down the shake machine early of course…. Then this.

    Just got a nugget meal and they definitely only filled my large fry half way. They also gave me spicy buffalo sauce and I definitely only asked for BBQ?!? Also, there is almost no salt. Finally, the hours are still not updated. I had to ask at the window what the hours were and it took 3 different people to figure out what they were.

    Worst McDonalds location ever. Inside has been closed for years even after covid was no longer an issue. The drive through is a mess, with cutting the line more or less designed into the parking lot. Its a very upsetting business to visit.

    **Dining room now open** Everyone knows what a McDonald's is. The food is familiar the restaurants are all similar. But the workers inside are different at every location and that made all the difference in my experience. I was treated very kindly and greatly appreciated the respect and understanding Naomi showed when an issue was brought to her knowledge . Will return for that familiar taste we all love. Thank you.

    When I pulled up to the McDonald's in Los Alamos, NM there was only 1 car ahead of me and no cars behind me in line so they definitely were not busy. I placed an order for Medium Big Mac Meal with a Diet Coke to drink. I also ordered a side of BBQ and Sweet And Sour Sauce. After I paid at the first window I went to the second window to pick up my food order. I asked the girl at the window numerous times to please put napkins in my bag. She kept on reassuring me that she would. After about 4 minutes of waiting she instructed me to go park in Reserve Spot #1 to wait for my order. Let me remind you that I was the only customer in line by this time so I was a bit confused as to why I had already waited 4 minutes plus I needed to wait additional time in the Reserve 1 Spot. I waited in Reserve 1 Spot for about another 4 to 5 minutes before a young kid by the name of Sergio came to my window with what I thought was my order. I told him what my order should be and he looked in the McDonald's bag that he was holding and he quickly realized that he had the wrong order. So he then went back in the McDonald's for my order which took another 3 minutes. When he came back I checked the bag that he gave me and of course the napkins that I had requested more than a few times were not there. So I told him that I had asked for napkins at the second window a few times and I asked him to please go and get me some because I had a young child in the truck that would be eating. He then looked at me like I was inconveniencing him and he walked back to the McDonald's where I thought he was getting me the napkins I had requested more than once. I waited and waited for him for about 6 minutes or so before I realized that he was not coming back with my napkins. This to me is unacceptable customer service. Items such as straws, napkins, and ketchup should automatically be in all of the to go bags that you get when you go through the drive thru. My order was not fresh on top of that. The Big Mac and French fries were cold and definitely not fresh. After waiting so long for my order I expected it to be fresh. I spend money at this McDonald's on a regular basis because both my kids like it and because it's one of the only fast food restaurants in Los Alamos and more than usual either the service is terrible, the food doesn't taste fresh, or they forget to put the toy in my son's Happy Meal. I think it's about time that I find a new place to get take out. I advise anyone who goes there to be prepared for a all around terrible experience. I'm not a high maintenance customer either because I've worked in the restaurant industry before. But after working in this field for so long I what's right and wrong when it comes to dealing with customers food and the way things are done at the Los Alamos McDonald's is definitely not the right way.

    Worst MacDonald ever. At least five times I ordered curbside delivery, waiting for 20+ minutes, and got nothing. They would try everything possible to avoid delivering your curbside mobile order. I reported it to MacDonald customer service twice but nobody respond. So I have to leave them a negative review after they fail to give me my curbside order again, which wasted my time and nearly caused me to miss my flight.

    Had a really bad experience at Los Alamos McDonald's this go round. Usually it's fine. This time the service was bad. The drive thru said they never got my order but they charged me for it and then only gave me part of my order. They had me wait in the parking lot and then when they came out with nothing other than to tell me that I hadn't ordered. The girl was rude. I told her their service was not ok and I didn't appreciate it. So she says then don't come back again.

    Got my order wrong again, didn't know until I got home. I paid for an egg, cheese biscuit but got an egg biscuit and ordered an bacon, egg, cheese biscuit

    Sadly our experience in McDonalds has been disappointing. They either don't have diet doctor pepper or their machine to make frape doesn't work or their ice cream machine doesn't work, and the list goes on and on. Took a long time to be able to get out of there and they lack an urgency whole serving. We waited a whole for our food to be delivered.

    The attitude was nasty. If you eat here, be prepared to feel unwanted. Los Alamos has a reputation of superiority, which is well deserved. Pathetic when even the McDonald's has that attitude.

    Went to three McDonald's in there different towns on my way home (Santa Fe, Pojaque and Española) for cinnamon rolls and a caramel frappe. Even called ahead for cinnamon roll availability. Not one could make a caramel frappe.

    Like most McDonald's these days, lobby is inexplicably closed. Not a sign to say it's closed so you're greeted with the cold locked door. Not a great experience if you come in from out of town. Corporate cuts continue to shamelessly march forward.

    I have had my fair share of wrong orders and annoyances at McDonald's. This one, and the one in Pojoaque have always treated me right. Gabby in Los Alamos is amazing, and so is everyone really. Mistakes happen, but consistently great service is why I am leaving this review.

    I ordered at 11:00 in the morning ask for a grimace shake and they told me that the shake machine was being cleaned. I promised my daughter to take her back showed up again at 2:30 they told me the ice cream machine is now broken.. they never have ice cream they're always running out of fountain drinks. This place is a joke for McDonald's. They seem to not care about their customers they just figure it ain't their problem

    You’d think that if the door says the dining area is open until 8pm on Sunday, and you show up at 7pm, the doors wouldn’t be locked.

    I go here a lot (I shouldn't but I do) and 90% of the time it's great. I've had a few instances of awful service but most of the staff are good. They try to keep the line moving and even during the lunch rush it moves pretty quickly. My order is almost always right. Their double quarter pounder is great. McDonald's quarter pounders are some of the better fast food burgers, overtaking Wendy's which has gone way downhill. The fries are good too of course. I definitely wouldn't recommend anything chicken, it's way too inconsistent and often dry/stringy.

    Place was busy went through the drive-thru had to pull over to curbside because the other spots were taken food never came for 13 minutes fries were cold Double Quarter Pounder was cold even though the place was busy they need better service. That's the young lady to come back I told her everything was cold and she just stared at me so I knew it was no use to send it back to you hotter food I'll never go back to this McDonald's when I'm there in Los Alamos.

    Awful customer service. I got my order and they didn’t include a straw for my drink or napkins. The did not offer ketchup for my fries and when I went into the store to request the items they didn’t include the cashier was annoyed.
