    My wife and I each ordered a chicken club meal. We got our food home and discovered that both sandwiches were missing half of the ingredients and were grilled and not breaded. Additionally, the fries were cold and soggy. We head back to the store so we can get the meals that we ordered. We tell the store of the error and they take our food back and give us what we ordered. We even got slightly warmer soggy fries. We get home and about a third or so of the way through my sandwich, it feels a little too cold and chewy. That’s when I noticed that my replacement chicken sandwich was completely raw in the middle. Not undercooked, but raw. Pink, cool, and slimy. I promptly threw out the sandwich, finished my slightly warmer soggy fries, and called the store to tell them that they need to keep an eye on the kitchen considering that they just gave me raw chicken after giving me the wrong sandwich. I was told that they would tell the kitchen of this and I sincerely hope they did and that no more raw chicken is sold to customers. Looks like I will only be purchasing ice cream from this Sonic in the future since after all, there’s no such thing as undercooked ice cream.

    Is it possible to give 0 stars? Very slow service, with the button seeming to time out after a while so I had to press it again and restart the wait. The drink was good after I got it after 25 minutes, but they charged me the wrong price (almost double what it should have been). I mentioned that the price did not match up with what the menu (and my receipt) said. They apologized and said that I should call corporate. A couple of calls to corporate yielded no results. Suffice to say, I will not be going to Sonic anytime soon. If anyone is starting up a class action lawsuit anytime, let me know. Very disappointed, 0/5 stars.

    I’ve been there twice. They forgot to give me my complete order. The second one took three tries to get it right. After 20 minutes of waiting we left without any food and went to McDonalds. Much faster and correct.

    place is great, carhops/employees are great. it’s just the customers that made me give 3 stars because of how they treat employees when they hand them their food, call in to make a complaint and feeling overwhelmed, should seriously set up a complaint system on customers they interact with.

    I went to get a quick bite but when I pressed the red button, I got a just a minute. I figure it shouldn’t be to long. I was waiting ten minutes. In that time others had left without ordering. I had other things to do today so I left finally without ordering. Fast food is supposed to be fast not waiting over ten minutes just to order. Very disappointing.

    The worst sonic I’ve ever been to but I only keep coming back hoping they’ll change or the service will get better since there’s such few options in this town. First experience we waited 30 mins to be told they didn’t have ice cream anymore. Trip before my current one (typing this as I wait in a stall), we ordered ice cream online and got here to find out they didn’t have any. I was told it would be refunded but it never was so I had to take it up with my credit card company. Current trip I waited for 30 minutes and my flashing light kept turning off. People who pulled up after me got waited on and left and I’m still waiting for my 2 ice creams after 30+ minutes now. Apparently they had to milk the cow. Don’t recommend this place if you’re in a rush.

    Waited over 20 min to never be served. Car that pulled after I did was talked to within 10 min and my button light stopped flashing. Owner needs to pay their workers more to bring in staff rather than stay under staffed. Saw 1 other car pull up when I did and leave with out ordering as well.

    The worst service ever. Two days in a row I pulled in the Stahl just to get a drink. Both times my wait time was 25 minutes. 15 minutes to take the order and 10 minutes to get the order to me. The staff is so rude. You need more help and better staff.

    Went here for valentines day. It took weeks to get the reservation but my partner and I loved it. The head chef was amazing and made things just how we asked. Can't believe there is a place so nice in Los Alamos. The private seating is a plus and it gives you this "secret alcove" feeling even though you're still near civilization. I don't think we'll be able to get another table any time soon nor could we afford it. But that dinner was so amazing I think we'll be satisfied for a while.

    I ordered off the app and the attendant ran out to tell me they were out of chili, so I asked if they could take refund me for the things I got with chili, he said yes showed me a receipt a few minutes later and ran back in. Brining my food with only one of my items and a full 20 dollars charged saying ok have a good day. Didn’t help in the slightest.

    Service is terrible now due to low staff and the new manager that now runs the place. You food takes more than hour just to come to your car. I honestly recommend just going to the McDonald’s just down the road.

    This sonic is a joke. The workers can’t push the correct button if their life depended on it. They screw up an order and want you to pay for the correct thing you originally told them the first time. I’m done going to worst sonic in the USA.

    Food is okay there. I like that they offer the full menu all day. However, the drive up parking slots are never open at the Sonic in the middle of Espanola. I always have to go through the drive-thru, which in my opinion takes way too long and takes away the funnest and most convenient experience from eating at Sonic. Which is parking, ordering your food, having your food delivered to your car, and enjoying your food with your family or friends in the comfort of your vehicle. It seems like the Sonics in Espanola are never open in the morning when they are supposed to be, which can be inconvenient.

    This location has the kindest most hardworking staff. We stopped by after a football game and even though it was busy we got our food within a reasonable amount of time. People need to stop trippin about a “10-15 minute wait” Just because it felt like that long doesn’t make it true. Furthermore, you actually have to park in a spot to get your food so if your order is wrong there is a red button you can push to let them know so they can make it right. I’m sure the 16 year old who makes the club sandwiches culinary dreams are now forever crushed. It’s Sonic not Morton’s Steakhouse

    I placed an online order and when I arrived nobody was available to help. The 2 employees that were there didn't know how to make any food or drinks. They called the manager to get translation help to speak to me and I was told she would be there in 20ish minutes. Now I had to get to work and there is an online order I wasn't able to get. Then I tried to call the store with the phone number shown on the receipt and it is disconnected. Does no good publishing an invalid phone number.

    Two different trip to this location now and they have forgotten to gice me all of my order! I have used the app and gone to pick up, get home and discover it. The service is terrible! Check your order before they leave your vehicle as they don't know what they are doing. They can't read apparently!

    I waited well over 40 minutes for 2 medium cokes and 2 corn dogs, there was only one young man that was taken orders out but while I was sitting there I saw an additional 3 girls get there with no help to him! An order that should have taken 15 to 20 mins tops took way to long.

    My Sonic cheese burger had a manufactured taste - not very good. Fries were cold and rubbery as if they had been made hours before. Very disappointed as I always enjoyed Sonic when I was growing up. Will not be going back.

    Over half of the stalls are broken, so it's usually pretty crowded. The food was not hot, it was just kind of warm. The drinks are 95% ice. Not bad, I still go there But my expectations are low generally speaking

    We attempted to buy ice cream at this location. Half the stations were taped off and closed. I had to wait for a station to open up. When one finally opened up another customer cut me off and pulled in front of me. After waiting another 5 minutes with the red light blinking, I drove off. I have no intention of going back.
