Tanner is excellent, gave me a sense of confidence in him right away. The female staff at the front desk and other assistants who helped me were courteous, business-like and professional. The cost of procedures surprised me, so I gave a 4 star due to what seemed like excessive fees, but perhaps it's typical to charge $1000 for a few small freezing/burning procedures--I have no idea what the rates should be! The place was clean and tidy and I would definitely recommend this place from my experience. It should probably have been a 5 star, but those costs....!

I felt like I was a cow going to slaughter, there waiting room was filled with people. Dr. Bobby didn’t explain what was happening, and didn’t num enough for skin graft which was very painful!! NO BEDSIDE MANOR, felt very rushed. Was not impressed at all. They do have a nice coffee and snack area and comfortable waiting area. The nurses and staff were nice and cordial with everyone waiting such a long time. We arrived at 9:30am and we didn’t get out until 1pm, was never advise that it would take that long.after I got home I received a call from DrBobby with an an apology for the way I felt and an explanation of the way things happened for that I deeply appreciate his concern and how he was a stand up man I know he has a hard job and is Extremely busy at the end of this ordeal in our conversation my hat is off to you Dr. Bobby thank you

It has been a pleasant experience so far. When calling the office the recording is pretty repetitive, and would be more calming if we were listening to music after the first introduction. All & all it has been a pleasant experience with staff that is very nice & professional.

October was my very first visit to this group. I did not unfortunately get the name of the two girls at the front desk assisted me who are extremely sweet and knowledgeable.. the two girls that took me back to my room were also very sweet and knowledgeable. Coming from the medical field myself sometimes I like to play little games just to see how people react and I gave the back office girls a little bit of a hard time they kept smiling and then got them laughing. I loved the dermatologist P.A. Tanner Cavanaugh, which I have now nicknamed Doc T. I am so grateful to have found this practice so far at this point I’m a happy camper.

Front office staff very nice, waiting room was very full. Kind of concerned me on how long my wait could be. It was my first visit. I ended up getting in and out very fast. I was pleasantly pleased with my entire visit.

First appointment was great. All staff members and the Doctor were welcoming and informative. The Doc recommended a great day/nighttime routine. I had all my questions answered and help with my prescriptions ! I’m very thankful.

Dr. Tanner was outstanding. He was very educational and the procedure he did to remove my mole was painless. I would absolutely recommend my friends and family to him. Only feedback I would give would be having signs of where the entry is, as the front looks like the place is closed.

All in all my visit with my son to his appointment wasn’t so bad . The wait time was as expected for our first time there . The area I fill can use an update on is their internet system , it seems to run pretty slow as we had to wait longer in the room due to slow internet service making it harder on the medical assistant to input our information in the system . As for the actual doctor , he was actually good at his job and in communicating everything with us about what needed to be done for my son to get better . My son was prescribed medication by the doctor and we were taken to the in-house pharmacy where the attendant there needs to work on her customer service , she never once looked up at us to acknowledge us but just opened the sliding glass where I handed her my son’s prescription. The receptionist in the front was very helpful working with me getting my son’s next appointment scheduled that best accommodates our time schedule .
