Horrible customer service. Incredibly rude to us the minute we walked in the door. Avoid at all costs unless you like being spoken to rudely.

I come here often with my son and you know it's the usual frozen yogurt store as many others out there but I will give this place 5 stars because of this super sweet employee which went above and beyond for me. The new POS they have doesn't support Samsung or Google pay. I had forgotten my wallet home and being that I couldn't use the e-pay option we ended up in quite the predicament. I had $5 credit, so the employee said I could get my son's yogurt for free but not mine. You know I didn't ask for a freebie, but it was kind of a situation in which he would've thrown the yogurt away just because I couldn't use the e-pay option. It was the end of his shift, so the next employee took over. By that time I was sitting down with my son so he could eat his yogurt when she comes to me and hands me the yogurt saying: "here you go I paid for it for you." She totally made my whole day, I have hope in our young generation. So yes I will give this place 5 stars 🌟 because of her, not the previous guy and because I don't know how else to thank her. 🙏🏻

Besides the super slim choice of toppings for your yogurt, they refuse to let me use their bathroom, which is illegal, and I won't be that Karen who will call the non emergency police out to force them to allow me to use it, but I will leave this bad review and tell you, if you plan on coming here, you'll be underwhelmed on quality, and you won't be able to use a bathroom. Fair warning.

My 7 year old kid swears by this place. His favorite frozen yogurt shop, and he's got a wealth of experience when it comes to the subject.

What an awesome place, good selection for all pallets, also an option for dairy free. Friendly staff, rewards program and fair prices makes this place my go to place when I need to satisfy my frozen yogurt cravings.

Exactly what you want in a yogurt place. It's fast, they don't gouge you too badly, and there's just enough variety for everyone.

After my first visit to this place I would have probably given it 5 stars, good yogurt and an excellent selection of toppings. I appreciate that masks are recommended but disappointed that many customers don’t follow this request. However, the last time I visited there was a sick maskless kid who was sneezing and coughing all over the yogurt dispensers and the open toppings, disgusting! And the staff didn’t seem to notice or stop him.

I really hate giving this place anything but five stars but it needs to be done. So before the pandemic you could add as much toppings as you wanted which was good, but now the employee adds the toppings for you and they add the smallest amount of toppings possible. You can pay an extra 50 cents for an extra topping i think but its still not great

Great local froyo place. Lots of yogurt and toppings options. Good for summer. Plus they have large pump Carmel sauce, they know what I want. The brownie topping was surprisingly good. The rainbow mochi looked cool but we did not try it this time. On a semi-busy street. Has a few outdoor tables. No dogs except service animals.

I wanted to enjoy a nice yogurt for lunch but they open at 1.00 pm after lunch break who does that

Far superior than most mainstream froyo places I’ve tried! The yogurt was very fresh and creamy, and the staff was so welcoming. You can request flavors and check their website for the flavors they have. I think I’ve found my go-to yogurt place!
