I have lived here for 3 years and to my understanding one of the best places to stay if you are working anywhere which is driving distance from Mountain View. It is cheap( these are mobile homes hence they are cheaper) quite, nice community with good management. Maintenance is great and management is very polite and nice to talk to. The only downside of living here is if you move in to a 3bhk and have 3 cars, then parking can be a problem since most of the driveways only allows 2 cars to be parked In short Pros - 1. Quiet Neighborhood 2. Nice houses 3. Good management 4. If you work at Google Mountain View this is the best place to stay since it’s so close. 5. Cheap housing Cons- 1. If you don’t have a car it might be a bit inconvenient since stores are not at walkable distances 2. If you take a 3bhk and have 3 cars it maybe to difficult to park your car The reason I gave 5 stars is because I did not face the cons but I know people who do.

I went here to look at a house for a lease. The management was friendly. The pool was under renovation when I visited. The house numbering is a little weird and might be difficult to locate for first timers as it does not show up in maps too. Pics of the house below. Cons : The traffic is awful because it's right next to Google. These are mobile homes situated right next to Google but not really close to any amenities. I read that people had issues with management when they tried to leave or replace people on Yelp. Also heard that some others had no trouble at all.

Been living in this Mobile Home Park for ~6 months -- Love it! It's safe, well lit at night. There a car patrol checking for safety all the time! Close to Google/Microsoft/etc campuses and the Steven's Creek Trail! :)

Avoid at all costs. The management from the park is horrible. They sent notices to long time residents of the park with this crazy long list of things that they had to do or they would be evicted. They did not send it to everyone. They seemed to be cherry picking the best lots or the l longer term residents. Pure speculation here but I think they wanted to raise the rental fee for spaces. Scummy, scummy management.

I don't love here, but visited recently. The place seems really nice. They have a gym, laundry, a pool, jacuzzi, shuffleboard, swings, a conference room, the homes are newer and/or neat and in good condition. Of course, with it being so close to Google, I'd be willing to bet the rents reflect this.

Has been a good place to live for many years. Now w Microsoft, and ever expanding Google, and a 5 story hotel almost complete, the traffic will be horrible. Just waiting for the buy out offers

Our server was awesome and patient and was really attentive. Food was great prices were good. Better then expected. The restaurant had awesome decor and relaxed atmosphere during restaurant hours, we will definitely be back!

Lousy service. Can't believe I couldn't play pool at the office. Couldn't get the code because it's against policy. I've been here for 15 years and they don't want to give me the code to get into the pool room. I can't believe it. They are not the owners. They only manage. They won't give me the code to get into the pool room. NOT professional personnel. They suck. Don't rent here please.

So close to the Google campus. A bargain in the heart of Silicon Valley!
