The front desk lady was passive agressive, extremely rude, and gave me misinformation, sending me away more than once, just to call me on the phone and tell me to come back from my car on the road because it was "a good time after all" for them to see me. Her lack of professionalism made a two hour process take two days, which was a huge waste of my time, gas, and money. This place was very frustrating. I left in tears twice before I was able to get anything done. The rest of the staff was very cordial and professional, but the intake lady made my experience overwhelmingly terrible. I hope to never have to return to this location.

The person at the front desk was EXTREMELY RUDE & appeared she was doing Way Too Much even though she was by herself. She could have been a bit More helpful like letting me know I was going to wait more than an hour for just a simple vaccination. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT go to this facility EVER AGAIN!

Apparently their information on here is incorrect about the insurance they accept. After waiting on hold they picked up and hung up. Called back to let them know I was hung up on? Her response was “ok. What can I help you with?” No apology. Nothing. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Believe her name was Connie.

The woman in the front had an absolutely nasty attitude for no reason. She also wanted me to sign a paper that acknowledged no side effects after having received the treatment. How could I sign this at check in? She was arguing, using a rapid tone and raising her voice at me while slamming aged hands on the desk. It’s a shame they have to have her in the front. Everyone else was so great and quick about it.

Horrible! If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Doctor was pitiful. Undermining someone’s condition is not the way to treat a patient that should be under a physicians care. El Monte Concentra doctor stated he “recommends I get a CT Scan for my headaches” and that maybe the “line of business I am in is NOT for me”. NO CT was ordered. Thanks for wasting my time and not getting me the treatment and testing I need.

When I first walked there were two ladies sitting at the front desk. Nobody opened their mouthes to greet me. One of the ladies that were sitting at the front desk looked me straight in my face and didn't say anything to me. So, I instantly got an attitude and I said something to her. She was like I will be with you in a moment I just need to get this finished really quickly. I said well you should have said something instead of looking me straight in my face and not saying anything. Then, the waiting period was entirely too long. I went in there at 12:25 and I didn't leave until 2:00. The staff had a really bad attitude and they didn't have enough staff to cover people that were there. The only person that made my visit great was the guy that helped me with my drug test. He had a great attitude and was very professional. I hate that can't remember his name, but he is a black guy. I will never visit this location ever again! They were getting an attitude with the people because they were getting agitated because of the wait. There were people that were there for more than 2 hours. That's ridiculous!

Excellent customer service, fast and easy check in . They saw that I had my dog with me and due to the extreme heat did not want to leave her in the car very long , so they saw me first and completed my drug test so quickly! Love this place 💜

Doctor D. Harrison was rude! I get it he hurt his foot because he came in with crutches and I knew it was new because his nurse asked him hey what happened and he was kinda short with them too. When he came in to the room he didn't come in all the way he came in halfway through the door and there was someone sitting outside my door and I asked him when he wanted my medical information if he could close the door and he said no! what's wrong and I said I going over something personal and he was like they can't hear. that's not the point, I asked to close the door to reveal my medical record I don't need other people to know about my personal trauma about having a hysterectomy. His whole demeanor was very rude he kept saying nothing wrong with you nothing's wrong with you well he didn't ask about how I got hurt nothing.V ery bad manners and no compassion to his patience. I had read about him on Yelp but I decided that no I'm not gonna listen to the reviews I'm gonna go ahead and proceed forward with him but God I will never go back to him again!

I went for a preemployment physical and drug test. I’ve done this many times over the years and expected this visit to be no different than my previous. However, upon walking in, I was informed that it would be a three hour wait because a provider had just got home sick. I informed them that I would need a chest x-ray, rather than a TB test due to a positive test many years ago. I was told that unless I had proof of a previous positive test, they would not do a chest x-ray. I’ve never been denied a chest x-ray in the past. This required me to go back to human resources, get a separate authorization for a chest x-ray and go to a different facility. If you need a preemployment physical, I recommend you go anywhere, but Concentra.

Very kind!! Wait time was as expected in a busy facility. But less than I had thought. It was only 20 minutes. Service was amazing the young person who administered my test was so kind and nice and patient. Explained everything and also helped me thru my fears. I was there 10/6 at 3pm. Thanks for being such a professional person.

My experience in this clinic Concentra is that everyone in the staff and doctors are very friendly and professional and the clinic is very clean job well done. The 2 times I've been there at this clinic they have treated me very well I'm so happy with the staff and doctors. Even though there are very busy but they try to see there patients as quickly as possible.

Excellent customer service. Everyone is so professional, helpful, friendly, and efficient. Concentra takes walk-in appointments. I had recently visited for my worker's comp injury. It was my first time there and with it being a walk-in, I had nightmares of wait times taking hours, but I was seen in well under an hour, and that included the paperwork. The paperwork consisted of three forms that only had a few questions on each one. The paperwork was absolutely easy and harmless. They also send a text message to your phone for an additional authorizations. I liked the way they used technology to make things easier and more efficient. But the best thing I liked about Concentra in El Monte was my new doctor, Dr. Harris. He is a fantastic doctor. Very helpful, caring, and informative. I'm very happy with Dr. Harris and recommend Concentra highly.

This site is not recommended for anyone. If you considering checking yourself? Go somewhere else. I came I. For a fiscal check. Today and I had to wait for 4 hour's!!! This is horrible. I have not in my life waited for this long . Bad and worse experience ever coming in this clinic. I will never recommend this clinic evere. If you come in any day Make shure you have breakfast, lunch, and dinner, becuase trust me ! You will wait like 4-5 hours in here .

The staff there are very efficient and helpful. They try their best to make visit as pleasant as possible, even when they were busy!

I arrived at 3 pm after my workday for a UA for a new employer. The staff seemed inconvenienced by the fact that I arrived at that time. In addition they actually lost my results delaying my start date by an entire week. They need to work on scheduling more efficiently and potentially removing walk in availability if they're unable to serve them.

The front desk receptionist were nice. The nurse that helped me was really kind and made me feel comfortable. The doctor that helped me was super kind and his positive happy personality made the experience enjoyable. My wait time was a little over an hour but that’s standard

So pleasant! The staff was super friendly! I had just come from another medical center for a separate check up, and walking into this place was an entirely different feeling. They greeted me kindly and helped me out right away. The doctor was also very kind and prompted me a few times to ask questions if I had any. I had just gone in for a quick physical but I would totally come back to this place if anything else came up needing medical attention.

The staff are friendly, diligent and knowledgeable; doctors are terrific and spend time answering questions. But the wait time is outrageous!! I spent FIVE hours there (over 4 hours waiting in the lobby) It’s ridiculous. I don’t know if they need more doctors or rooms but they need to figure out some way to alleviate the wait. Staff is doing all they can, but the wait time is horrible.

Felt like I was just being pushed thru and not being listened to. Nothing was done even thou I am in pain and things are wrong with me. No personal interaction. Very robotic.. only kind people are the nurses there. Most of the doctors make you feel like you are a number and nothing. Second time I have went there and had to request a second opinion.

Visited this location yesterday for my first initial visit (no appointment). Was there for almost 5 hours!! I was livid and frustrated, to say the least. Then when I checked my paperwork, I noticed that my check in time was incorrect, which would show that I arrived 35 minutes after I actually did. Waited 2 hours to be called, one hour in the room to be seen by a doctor who didn't listen to my injury concerns, then was RUSHED to get a 20-minute PT session with a physical therapist that will talk to you like a child. Horrible first experience with Concentra...

I was very happy with Concentra Urgen Care it’s a bit of a wait which is understandable.. it is a clinic which will take walk-ins and if u don’t have an appointment be prepared to wait, other then the staff was extremely kind and the doctor was very attentive to my needs, also the physical therapist, Gloria she was awesome she helped me to get strong 💪. Fantastic Team this location has .. I truly recommend this location on Rosemead .

I needed a physical and a TB test done. I called in two weeks ahead to ask them about appointment times, they told me I didn’t need an appointment so at 8 am I show up at the clinic to find out that doctors at the clinic doesn’t start seeing patients until 9 am. At least 7-8 individuals who showed up after me were called before me even though I was one of the first five individuals to arrive at the clinic. I was seen at around 9:49 by a nurse who did my tb and I’m assuming my physical. She then placed me in a waiting room to wait for the doctor and my actual physical took 5 minutes. I left at 11:37 am.

It seems as if most of the clinics that I’ve visited, hire staff that have a great deal of apathy. Most of them make eye contact while you’re waiting to get checked, but they don’t say: good morning, good afternoon, hi, hello, how are you, etc!. They just walk by you with the most serious and inaccesible attitude! They seem angry, they seem bored, and sometimes I go as far as saying good morning to them before they say good morning to me, if at all! A lot of these employees should be placed in a PEOPLE SKILLS TRAINING!! Have a great day and be happy. 😏

Once I wa sin there were no problems, the employees are nice and everything went pretty smooth. The boy issue I had was that I had to wait 5 hours to be seen. I had Ben told it would take 1.5 to 2 hours and somehow it ended up being 5 hours. I saw one gentlemen with the same name as mine be seen before me even though he came after me so I wonder if they got the 2 patients mixed up.

My experience with El Monte Concentra Urgent Care was a good one aside from the fact that I was told it would be a 3 to 4 hour wait to be seen but it wasn't even that long but they were busy so I was sent home without my wrist brace but that was okay I'm only on the other side of the freeway from them so I got my brace before closing the same day. Staff was very nice even with all that they had to do in that day. So honestly score should be a 9......

Very good attention from all the staff and the person who attended to me without having a prior appointment helped me to be able to obtain what I needed, thank you very much.😃
