I
went
to
see
Dr.
Ross
because
a
crown
that
was
recently
done
by
a
former
dentist.
Due
to
the
new
crown
my
partial
was
not
seating
properly.
It
was
rubbing
the
gum
at
the
site
of
the
new
crown
and
kept
causing
infection.
The
ill
fit
also
wore
a
hole
in
the
partial,
so
I
had
to
stop
wearing
it.
The
front
office
staff
were
welcoming,
helpful
and
friendly.
Very
comfortable
atmosphere.
Dr.
Ross
was
very
pleasant
and
calming.
After
explaining
my
issues,
Dr.
Ross
took
his
time
doing
a
thorough
examination.
He
explained
clearly
and
concisely
what
was
causing
so
many
problems.
He
advised
me
on
how
best
to
correct
the
issues,
and
answered
all
my
questions.
He
also
was
able
to
temporarily
fix
my
partial
until
I
have
a
new
one
made.
Yay!
I
have
been
researching
dentists
since
September
2021
and
unfortunately
there
are
not
a
lot
of
good
dentists
out
there
anymore.
Such
a
shame.
Fortunately,
Dr.
Ross
is
one
of
the
good
ones.
He
is
kind,
gentle,
sincere
and
I
felt
that
he
truly
cared.
He
is
extremely
knowledgeable.
His
staff
are
just
as
wonderful.
I
highly
recommend,
if
you're
looking
to
change
dental
offices
or
are
new
to
the
area
and
in
need
of
a
good
dentist,
that
you
give
them
a
call.
It
will
definitely
be
worth
your
time.
I
know
l
will
be
going
back.
