I had a blast touring with Armond, one of the leasing agents at Hanover Hollywood. He was super friendly and transparent throughout the process. The property and the amenities will remind you of a beautiful resort. If you are looking for a great living experience and a great service, I would highly recommend them!

Greatly appreciate both Olivia and Valerie for being great and helping me get a sense of the property. Looking for something both central and close to my job, they did an amazing job of helping me understand the area and the amenities the building provides. I would definitely say this is one of the better tours I’ve been on as i am in the process of transitioning from the loft i am currently in now to something new.

So far so good! Had a great tour and leasing experience with Armand! He was so lovely and helpful from the beginning. I’ve been living here for 3 weeks now and already love it. Residents seem nice and respectful and I love the amenities. Only wish they had a dog run! Would be so so helpful because at night the area gets a little sketchy, but the apt is really dog friendly. the staff are great and really nice and are always avail! I think it’s the best apt building in this area!

This apartment is amazing. The staff make it memorable. Extremely organized, courteous, and friendly. Valerie and Olivia take time to say hello no matter how busy they might be. You can tell that the residence here are their top priority. Maintenance requests are easy and completed promptly by knowledgeable and friendly individuals. There are many restaurants within a couple of blocks to choose from. There is also a Trader Joe's within walking distance. I highly recommend Hanover Hollywood.

Not only was I shown the different prices, floor plans and square footage, Matthew also informed me about the different color schemes, the changing views and natural lighting options, and helped answer all my questions & concerns with great professionalism and transparency. His genuine ways and his ability to understand my individual needs, combined with an unusual amount of patience, took away a lot of pressure from my search for the right apartment. I’ve visited this apartment complex so many times because I have a family member who lives here. This building is absolutely stunning, I would really consider living here in the future. On one occasion when I was here after hours there was a work order that was put in and I was amazed at how quickly the maintenance man Cody arrived and was able to fix the issue. Despite it being late and past his work hours he had a positive attitude and was very informative about the issue. I’ve frequented the pool as well and I love the cleanliness of it!

My time here has been great! Matthew Meehan has been super helpful with me and he is always so willing to help me solve any issues that I have with my apartment. The attention and service to residents is so great! He also helped me a lot during the leasing process and was available throughout the day for any questions I had! Thank you for a great service!
