The staff was friendly and my time there was fast and efficient. Having many years of experience being a patient, my time here was great. Service provided from every staff was fantastic from the beginning to the end of my appointment. My lab and X-ray results were quick and didn’t require me to pay with my soul. I highly recommend you go here when you’re feeling ill, need your physicals done, covid testing, or even your travel health screening.

I hate going to the doctor, but this office definitely changed my perspective. Its not intimidating looking (its very spa like), staff & physicians are friendly & efficient, & the service is top notch. I was a first timer & check in process is fast! (I recommend filling your forms out ahead of time on the app). I was seen quickly & Dr. Swanson made sure to go over everything thoroughly with me. Overall, amazing experience & excellent service. Will definitely be coming back & recommending to friends & family.

DO NOT use Carbon Health. They have a predatory insurance billing scheme. There are many complaints on BBB. I got a bill in the mail even though they said they took my insurance. It hasn’t even been 30 days and they want me to pay the full bill and seek reimbursement from anthem. They also locked my credit card on file so they will charge it automatically. In the app I tried delete it but it will not let me. Shame on you guys for putting emotional stress on top medical emergency I went thru.

I was called by daycare about my child. Walked into the clinic without an appointment and they were so nice and professional. Angie V checked me in quickly. Alonzo carefully took my baby girls vitals. The provider Christina educated me about my child & why daycare was concerned. I highly recommend Carbon Health urgent care. Parking is free !!! Huge plus

I enjoyed this location overall. The front desk staff & nurse were kind but not super welcoming. My doctor (Lauren) made up for it completely though by being so kind, calm, and informative. She didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or judged once. Good communication and treatment plans after the fact too. I’d come back here.

I've used Carbon Health in the past and have received attentive, helpful care but that was not the case at this location. I made an appointment, but spent more time in the waiting room than speaking with the provider. The man taking my vitals was extremely quick, and the Dr I saw afterwards spent about 1 minute talking to me and checking my symptoms. I left without any treatment or even a correctly administered covid test, which they only gave me after I insisted taking some kind of test would make me feel better. Everything was left up to me when it came to what treatment I thought I needed, and the blank stares from both people who saw me made it clear my reason for coming in wasn't taken seriously and they didn't care whether I got adequate treatment. The girl at the front desk was nice but I'd recommend going somewhere else if you want to leave with any peace of mind or clarity in what's wrong with you and how to get better.

Highly recommend this urgent care! The provider who attended me and my husband was very caring and sympathetic. She answered all our questions and took her time to listen to our concerns. Is very rare to find that kind of attention. Front desk was also nice and wait time was not bad specially for a first time. I believe the providers name was Susan. I was def satisfied with my visit. Ty!!

Posting this because I’m in shock that no one else has. The positives: Nice staff and doctors. Great service, etc. Negatives: The gross lobby furniture! This can’t cost that much to have them professionally cleaned or just clean them by hand. Everything else looked in order and clean but why would I think this business is clean if the first thing I see coming in is liquid stains all over the lobby furniture. Ew. Y’all should be embarrassed. The pics really don’t show how bad it is. Every “shadow”/darker area you see in the pic is a stain or dirty marks.

All the staff were super nice and helpful. They didn't make me feel awkward, which is my general state of being when going somewhere new (or just living). Wait time was about average compared with other doctors offices.

Nayeli was very friendly with helping me get my covid rapid test taken care of. Quick and Easy with enough time in the day to continue what I was doing 😌

Undertreated! Place was clean and time was punctual but I went in earlier for chronic hip pain and was not even treated. Literally just had my vitals taken, seen briefly , then sent away to pickup a prescription and referral to a PT which is fine for the long term treatment, but went in with pain, left in pain. Went to the pharmacy and NOTHING was prescribed for pain, just a steroid that takes effect in days. Not even Motrin. This feels so cruel. I’ve been prescribed Motrin for a pulled tooth and I came in with some of the worst pain I’ve ever felt and left with nothing. I don’t understand. Pain was the immediate issue. Still in pain. I’m stunned,confused, and upset and now stuck between wanting treatment elsewhere but feel defeated since I can’t afford to or time off and went there to be treated adequately on a Saturday. I’ve never been felt more undertreated by a provider in my life. Hope my experience is a one off, for the sake of others…

Very welcoming environment. Amazing lady at the front desk. Amazing doctor and amazing nurses. I give this place a five star rating because they took the time to listen and go over different things and I would definitely recommend to everyone that I know to go there for urgent treatment.

Best experience I have ever had at an urgent care! Easy parking. Excellent and professional front office staff. Exceptionally helpful! Our Dr. Robin's was outstanding as well. Knew exactly what to do. X-ray tech was friendly and made my six year old feel comfortable and safe. This place really deserves six stars!

I was a walk-in at this clinic first the process of checking and being seen was so smooth and efficient. I went in to have some lower extremities imagery done the process was extremely quick and results along with professional solutions were provided. This place should be your number one consideration to be checked out for any ailments you're experiencing and walk out feeling assured of what to do. I had high hopes for this place. After a 40 minute wait for a 5 minute urine drug screen, they wouldn't let me submit 2 specimens at the same time for 2 different jobs. Mind you, I have submitted up to 3 specimens for 3 different jobs before. I also didn't like the person that took my urine drug screen, I told her my story of going to a different office and she said you should call. After I told her 3 times that I did call, she still dismissed me. She was also kind of rude to her coworker at the front desk in front of a waiting room full of patients. AND, she somehow mislabeled my specimen and I ended up having to redo it about a week later but went to a different CH location.

From helping with my appendix rupturing last year to any allergies I’m conflicted with, to my rheumatoid arthritis. Carbon is always there to help with the most caring & professional staff!!! So reliable & I cannot recommend enough!

Great support and service, my consultation was very thorough and easy. The PA and tech were very helpful and professional. I got my results and prescription all within 1.5-2 hours from door to pharmacy.

Second time being here, staff have treated me with a very welcoming attitude and professionalism. Wait time isn’t too long in comparison to other urgent cares that I’ve been to. Will definitely recommend to friends/family.

My last visit was not so great. I brought my dear sweet Mother here. She was very ill. It took the receptionist over an hour for us to be seen by a doctor. Her name was Alli. She was rude and dismissive. I got the feeling she was a racist. My Mother and I are African Americans. We finally saw NP Cristina. She was cool. Overall I give our experience here a C+. My appointment at Carbon Health this morning was pleasant and helpful. Allie, Danielle and Lisa were all a pleasure to visit with! Danielle is an expert at drawing blood and helped me to feel extremely comfortable. No marks left behind and I didn’t feel a thing! Thanks Carbon Health!

Went there to get my hand and wrist checked out didn't know the clinic was close everyone there was polite friendly helpful very professional and they was very accommodating I didn't have to wait hours before seeing a doctor and to get treatment and x-rays I really appreciate that part. I surely would refer family friends to carbon Health Keep up the good work

She was passionate about getting me what I needed and made me really feel like it mattered to her, too. Welcoming, Calm and Clean environment! Nice decor also. The front desk personnel was excellent: polite and professional. The medical assistant was also excellent, polite and professional. I was seen right away according to my scheduled appointment for a Covid Booster vaccine . Location was great with ample, close, and free parking.

Everyone was so nice and helpful! Jiselle was wonderful and gave me a great recommendation for a primary care doctor and helped me determine next steps. Also the person who took my blood did such a good job and the person at the front desk was super helpful with scheduling me another appointment ! Thank you!

Very easy to make an appointment with lots of availability. The staff is very friendly. My kids were getting a COVID booster and the staff member who gave them the shot did his best to make it quick and painless.

The people answering the phone and working the front desk are great! However, the Physical Assistant that I dealt with showed little to no concern about my symptoms. She gave me the run around and was concerned more about payment then my actual symptoms. The assistant said herself there isn't much they can do there ( Great place to receive an expensive COVID test though)! If you have no insurance the doctor will decide if you have to pay or not , and I had to pay $145 to get seen. Then they tried to bill be again months later!!! Very unprofessional and money hungry. Goodluck! ( which is what she said as I'm leaving)

Seriously the best experience I’ve had getting a Covid test. Locations all around Los Angeles, they take your vitals, give you rapid and pcr test. Pcr test comes back in an hour if you have symptoms. It’s was super clean and a health professional comes in and talk to you and everyone is super nice.

I discovered Carbon Health in the age of the pandemic, and I am grateful they exist. At first, I utilized their services for their pop up Covid testing in 2020/2021. The have a great app where you can schedule appts, talk to doctors, obtain test results, and see your labs results. Now, in 2022, I use them for their Urgent Care services (and Covid testing). The facilities are clean, doctors attentive, and the follow-up through the app is helpful. As previously mentioned, I’m grateful they exist and will be using Carbon Health in years to come.

I highly recommend going to get a check up here. Everything was easy. Shamim and Alonzo were super friendly and helpful. The check-in process was super quick and painless. They really have a way of making you feel comfortable they even have a phone app you can install that is user friendly. Again 5 out of 5 stars and I highly recommend booking your next check up here.

I was referred by my insurance to this clinic for urgent care. I feel like I went from coach to first class. The last urgent care place I went to was awful. Carbon urgent care was the complete opposite. The staff was friendly, competent, and professional. I Would highly recommend them to everyone!

Terrible experience! Don't waste your time. I had an urgent ear pain and made an appointment. However, two hours before my appointment, they called and canceled it because they don't accept my insurance and refused to take a payment. What kind of medical institution is this, who refuses to help a patient in pain who is willing to pay?

I had accidentally made a booster shot appointment for the wrong day and there was a chance they wouldn't be able to see me, but the receptionist went the extra mile for me and double checked their availability and I was able to be seen that day. All went smoothly, quick in and out, everyone was friendly.

I went in on a Wednesday night as a walk-in, the service was phenomenal. Roughly 45 minutes in-out. This included signing in/paying, vitals, two exams, 2 labs and treatment plan. The facilities are very well maintained and the patient rooms were clean. Can’t thank the staff enough for quick care and for an easy visit when I wasn’t feeling well. Highly recommend.

By far the best urgent care I've visited over the years. The space is clean, welcoming, and doesn't have that weird "oh I'm in a medical facility" feel. The PAs who took care of me the past two visits - Christina Brown, PA and Jissille Rama, PA were very knowledgeable and caring. I left the clinic in a much better state - physically, mentally, and emotionally because of them and the rest of the team as well.

The staff was friendly and professional The facility was top notch very clean Filling out forms were a breeze I came in for stitches after getting bit on the upper lip by my family dog (accidentally) and the pricing was very reasonable as I don’t currently have health insurance. It was Sunday around 6:30pm I’m glad they were open and were able to take me in without appointment I’d highly refer this location to anyone in need of urgent care The PA Lauren took her time and was delicate when she stitched me up and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way Hoping that I never need urgent care but knowing Carbon Health is close by puts me at ease. Great experience. Everyone was very friendly. Made an appointment for urgent care the night before. No wait, there a hr with testing. The atmosphere was soothing; spa like music in the waiting room. I told my family and friends immediately that I recommend. I will use in the future. Thank you!
