We stayed here for a convention for 4 nights. The hotel is nice with Starbucks and restaurant inside(restaurant being pricey). The room was nice and clean. Housekeeping was nice. 1 bed did have large stains on the comforter. We were disappointed with how far our room was away from most other convention attendees as most everyone was placed near each other. On the last day we tried to extend our stay for 1 more night and unfortunately they wouldn’t work with us. Management was supposed to call me about 5 hours ago and I still haven’t heard anything. We ended up just checking out. Parking is also pricey.

This is an amazing place to stay by LAX. The employees always go above and beyond to make your stay special. We checked in at 9 am and even though our room wasn't ready the front desk allows us to store our bags and provided access to the concierge lounge so we could have breakfast and relax while we wait. The food selection in the concierge lounge is also great and the food is excellent. The rooms are always immaculate. I sat on my balcony and looked across to see housekeeping cleaning a room and watched as the lady flipped the table to clean the legs and underneath. That is truly amazing how much detail is spent ensuring that the rooms are clean and guests feel comfortable.

Room service food was great and the service by the staff at the restaurant was lovely. Shuttle service was great. My problem was the check-in. I got my room keys fast enough. Unfortunately, the hotel is so busy that it takes forever to get into the elevator. That's not the hotel's fault, but after the hassle one does expect to get into a room that has been cleaned. The bed was unmade, trash everywhere, dirty towls tossed about. That's nasty. I now had the fun of hauling my luggage back down to the lobby to get a new room. I had the pleasure of waiting 10 min for an elevator and stopping at every single floor on the way down. I got to have a lengthy wait in line this time. I got no apology from the front desk staff. I deliberately paid for a more expensive hotel thinking I would be getting the best service and I did not.

Wow! Great hotel! We originally booked at the holiday inn express for two quick nights only to get there and find it was a total dump! Abandoned that room and got our money back and came here. Price was surprisingly only $20 more per night (although parking was significantly more at $55/night) The person at front desk was super nice and friendly. She upgraded our room for free to a pool view and was great at answering our million questions. This hotel is beautiful, the room is fantastic, and the pool is heated and usable in January. We would definitely stay here again the next time we need an LAX hotel. One noteworthy thing is that the restaurants are very expensive. $30+ for a basic breakfast. Yikes! We will eat off-site. Rather unfortunate though as we would prefer to just eat here. Staying here for the last two nights of a bigger trip and happy to end our vacation at this hotel with a resort feel by the pool. One more night to go, hopefully today is as good as yesterday!

I stayed 2 nights at the Los Angeles Marriott. The LAX shuttle was quick and efficient. They are clearly marked and hard to miss. The hot water was not functional. Both the faucet and shower would not get warm or hot. We had 2 engineers come out and try to remedy the issue. Each time they came, they kept saying something is wrong with this room. I kept asking to move our room, but the operating kept saying all of our rooms were booked We never got our room cleaned the 2 nights we stayed. I specifically called twice to confirm that housekeeping was going to clean it. The last night we were staying, we discovered cockroaches in the bathroom. They were under our dirty towels and near the trash. I was finally able to change rooms after we had a cockroach problem. This was a terrible experience at the hotel. The hotel was nice, and the location was great. Also, the shuttle service was smooth and easy to navigate. I was turned off by the cockroaches and the lack of service provided by the hotel. I warn future guest staying at this hotel to make sure you leave your towels and trash outside. EDIT - I tried adding photos, but they are not appearing on my review. I am not sure if Marriott has to approve of the photos first

Rooms were nice size and proximity to airport was convenient for my early flight. For me personally, the dried vomit on the toilet upon check-in was not very welcoming. I would think room cleaning would be a higher priority for a 4-star hotel. I'd advise travelers to consider a Motel 6 or maybe even urban camping if you're seeking a higher level of sanitation.

The LAX Marriott Hotel Had A Very Comfortable Room And A Fine View The View Was Surrounded By A Car Rental And Some Buildings Which I Did Not See Any Mountains. The Marriott Provides Smooth Check In Processing And It Was Crowded That Day A Airline Crew At The Next Line Over Had Filled The Lines Afterwards The Room Was Actually Very Comfy The Staff Provides Clean Bed Sheets After I Decided To Have Dinner It Was A Shrimp Cocktail That Was Very Fresh And They Are Kinda Quick Interns Of Serving The Shuttles Are Always Parked And The Driver Helps With Bags And Backpacks. The Entrance To The Lobby Was Amazing It Was Very Fancy! And To Be Fair This Is Of The Best 4 Star Hotels I’ve Been In!

Perfect hotel for transits. Free airport shuttle. Amazing friendly staff. They have accommodated our request for a late checkout. Renovated rooms but the carpets need some changing. I love that they use This Works products! Beautiful resort-style pool. Was very handy to have a Starbucks on-site.

Stayed here for my connecting flight early the next day, surprisingly, this Marriott offers very quiet environment that I slept through my night here. Plus, the VIP lounge has great view that you don't want to miss. Shuttle bus right in front of the lobby, frequent and cozy, love it.

This is a decent hotel, and gets the job done if you need something close to the airport. The rooms are average at best. Mine was dimly lit in the bathroom, and felt out of date. The carpet in the room seemed kind of gross and like it could be replaced. The overall vibe was that this would be a nice hotel in the early 2000's. The hotel bar was decent, although the bartenders didn't know 2 of the 3 drinks I asked for while there. The food at the restaurants is vastly overpriced, but that's what you get in California I guess. On top of that, parking comes in at $50 a night, which in my opinion is absurd. The gym was also hot and didn't have much equipment to choose from.

Close to the airport is the only redeeming value here. Rooms are basic, lacking anywhere and poor overall. Not enough electric plugs-weird for Marriott. Slow check in. Long lines. Awful food choices. Requested Queen but received double beds. Beds are nice. Keep looking! Saccharine responses from owner/manager don't reflect well on the property. If there was any interest in improving service that would have been done And this review and others clearly reflect that is not the case. We've recently stayed here twice and vow not to return.

Such an Amazing stay I’ve had May 11-14... wow. I would love to return to this location when I come back to visit! Wish parking was a bit cheaper $54 is a bit high. The hotel was super clean even with all the excitement going on and crowded areas. Housekeeping were outstanding and very attentive ! Thank you

This Marriott is pretty big and the rooms are fairly spacious but some things were lacking. My room did not have a closet, and I understand it’s an airport hotel but a small rack with some hangers would have been appreciated. The balcony facing the pool is nice, but the sound from outside echos. So if people are using the pool at 8am, you hear it. Beds are comfortable and staff is friendly. Overall I would probably stay here again if needed.

I do not recommend this hotel AT ALL for a layover. First of all, for the price, I expected beautiful lounges and places to hang out on the property... the lobby is like a loud, obnoxious sports bar. It has a Starbucks front and centre and a huge TV with a football game going. There is nowhere else to sit except outside and when I asked the staff if there is another lounge area somewhere, they said yes there is but for a $70 fee. Are you kidding me? My room was spacious and nice, but I could have gotten a nice clean room for much cheaper and rented a car and still saved money for what I paid for this property that lacks all grace and ambiance. My check -in experience was acceptable, but upon checking out, people were queued up and irate at being made to wait so long for service. My recommendation is to choose another option. This was a terrible choice for a layover.

Tropic-feel hotel by LAX. Great for crew transition, in between flights, vacation or even conferences. They have high quantity room capacity. Pool view rooms are the best with such lovely tropic feel. Not liking the low ceiling room but it’s understandable. Room amenities are very minimal. No drinking water in the room, fyi. Pool landscape is gorgeous despite how little shade the whole place is. Music is vibrant. Restaurant food is quite okay. Hotel is clean. Conference space and service are great and efficient. See what else? Shuttle bus service to and from the airport works well but make sure you plan enough time since it takes time in between drop off and pick up locations.

Me and my kids loved this place. At first I initially booked for a different day and they were so helpful in modifying the dates. The manager Abby was really nice as well. I believe their pool is the best hotel pool in LA. Their rates are great. 5 stars. We enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here a few times for work and overall it’s a good option by the airport. Overall clean and modern rooms, but unless you like looking at the pool from a not so clean weird balconies (not the ones with normal fencing, this was a high concrete wall)I’d suggest somewhere closer to the elevator as the first stay I felt like I was waking forever. Staff is friendly and a few good on-site restaurant options to choose from. Cons is there is a high parking charge. I think the sign said $52 or $62 a night which is ridiculous. I didn’t park there and I still thought it was insane. I will say they need to work on their app service. I asked for feather pillows, extra towels and toiletries and did not receive them in the room at all. I also called down to request cleaning everyday and they only cleaned once. I don’t feel that I should even be asking them to clean my room. The option should be tell us if you don’t want us to clean your room, not the other way around.

I stayed at this awesome hotel for the very first time to attend a Rotary conference 2/24/22 - 2/28/22. The events held were all staffed perfectly by the hotel staff with excellent customer service everywhere I went. The food was also delicious in the main restaurant on the Lobby floor. My server Ernesto provided excellent service with a smile. He is very good at his job. I also received perfect service checking out very early Monday morning (6:30 am) with front desk employee Vanessa. I had a small problem with my bill and she corrected it promptly and in a very professional manner. Vanessa is indeed an asset to the Marriott company and I know she will go far in the hospitality business. I know Marriott at LAX will always be my first & only choice when I travel back to the LA area. Kindest Regards, Richard Gutierrez

Arrived at this hotel Oct 31, 2021. Loved my room with a balcony. Enjoyed the hot tube, Workout room. Enjoyed having 3 restaurants available to me but I only used one of them. The bellmen were excellent and always willing to help me with my bags. The front desk help were kind as well. Vaccination proof was later required for use of restaurants and the exercise room later on in my stay as LA County started that requirement. I was able to stay several weeks at this hotel.

This was the loudest hotel I've ever stayed at. There isan ongoing thumping noise which caused me to sleep with headphones and white noise on. The air conditioning was also incredibly loud when clicked on. Staff was nice. Shuttle service was abysmal. When I got on there were 30 other people waiting who would be there another 30 to 60 minutes as the way the shuttle is design thru all terminals. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Couple of things, otherwise a normal hotel: 1) check in is very slow as there is only one staff working, have observed the same issue every night I passed the lobby, long line and only one staff; Hilton next door have non contact mobile check in where you can check in remotely and select your room like you could for flights; 2) they say all rooms are non smoking but you can smell weeds pretty much constantly outside or even inside the room (might come through from the ventilation); 3) we booked two rooms together a week prior but they can’t put us in two adjacent room or close by.

One of the best hotels I've been to. They have an airport shuttle (it's a white colored shuttle not a blue and black one as they describe on their website) and you are about 2 miles from the airport. The check in was painless and the rooms were really nice and clean. They treat their guests great and are willing to help and provide whatever you need. They have security on site, Starbucks, a nice pool, fitness center and two restaurants inside. FedEx and rental car services are there too. Housekeeping is by request but they are happy to assist you. While pricing for parking and the restaurants are quite expensive they do make up for it in comfort, convenience, and service. Excellent hotel that I'll definitely go back to when I come to LA.

Everyone was so so helpful. This morning Lawrence helped with our long term parking. He went over and beyond. We made it to the airport on the shuttle. We are now in Newark NJ on our way to Ireland. You have good employees and Lawrence is a KEEPER!

I Was Visiting For The AVa Summit And Was VERY Impressed With The Staff, The Service, And Security Provided. I Went Into My Room When Housekeeping Was Inside. The Housekeeper Asked To See My Room Key To Verify I Was Actually A Guest In That Room👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I Felt Reassured As A Women Traveling Alone, That The Hotel Was Secure. Valet, Shuttle, Customer Service Desk...The Entire Staff...Was Phenomenal! They Even Have Outlets In The Hallway...Wow. They Thought Of Everything And I Had Space To Complete A Few Exercises In The Room With My Friends💚

3rd stay. I get more impressed each time. Rooms are Marriott (high) standard. Husband wants to buy their pillows. Great little gift shop/convenience store. Hertz and FedEx in the building. Three decent restaurants. Urgent care place across the street (don't ask how I know). Ride share services show up in 5 minutes every time. So ... super convenient place to camp for brief stays in LA. Service was good. Everyone was nice. Quickly shipped an item I left in the room (see "FedEx in building").

Excellent staff! Guest laundry services on the first floor. Especially appreciated the ability to pay with a card for washers and dryers!!! No cash is needed! Easy app to sign up for. The only downside is check-in isn't until 4pm. I'm here 8 hours early and luckily the lobby is big enough to spread out. Early check-in is $75.00.

This is a pretty nice hotel. It’s not a luxurious as the pictures online. But it’s still nice and comfy. It’s a very nice set up especially compared to other hotels nearby. They have a nice pool and jacuzzi. Patio or balcony option. They have nice bathroom amenities. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They are very accommodating. I must say the food at the hotel restaurant was good and fresh. Of course it might be a little pricey, but it’s very convenient. I would definitely stay here again. It was a Starbucks inside! Also, the gym is nice. They had Peloton bikes and plenty of equipment. The gift shop is very nice too.

Very close to the airport and car rental returns. The hotel was very nice. We were on the hospitality floor. Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk person was extremely helpful. I wish I had got his name to give him a compliment. He was a very tall, young African american male. We only stayed for a day, but the accommodations were great. We could partially see the runway, which was cool. The only complaint I have is that some of the food in the hospitality room that should have been warm was not. There was a decent enough variety, but some of the items were cold. Service inside the room was definitely on point as well.

I stayed here at The Marriott LAX whilst on vacation in October. Sorry for the late review guys, I apologise. What a fantastic Hotel. From the moment I checked inn the staff couldn’t do enough for me. I asked for a runway view room months ago when I booked my stay, & as none were available they upgraded my room, & as I’ve stayed at other Marriott resorts they gave me complimentary access to the M Club Lounge on the top floor looking out to the airport. Do your self a favour and stay here !!! You will not be disappointed !!!

Very pretty and clean hotel just a few minutes from the airport. It wasn't noisy at all. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good sleep. The pool is pretty big and plenty of lounge chairs and cabanas around. The on site restaurants, bar and Starbucks are very convenient.

  • 2/5 L. S. 4 months ago on Google
Close to the airport, with a frequent and friendly shuttle service. Good selection of food options at the hotel restaurants and lobby shop. Wifi is free for “loyalty” customers (with a hefty charge for those who are not). However, as this is marketed as an “airport hotel,” with many folks using it to get a few hours of sleep between flights, we were surprised by the noise through all hours of the night — from the pool, to the lobby bar, to the corridors, and even the random “false” fire alarm that went off at 1am with little explanation or apology. If we layover in LA again, we will be looking for an alternative airport hotel.

The interior was quite nice. Rooms were comfortable, however you can hear everything coming from the hallway. Not too soundproof. The gym and pool were really nice. The restaurants/bar was overpriced and the parking lot frequently had issues letting us leave each morning. Overall, definitely not a family hotel, but perfect for LA business trips.

  • 1/5 Daniel F. 7 months ago on Google
Unbelievable. We checked in, they said their system was down, couldn’t issue us a key, said to meet security at the room to let us in. Fine. We waited 15 minutes for security to arrive. Frustrating, but whatever. Then we get into the room to discover hairs in our bed and a broken toilet seat, balcony chairs covered in bird poop. That was it. I came down to complain, and ask for a room key, but the system was still down. I asked to speak to the manager, but the manager was too busy to speak to me. Apparently she was on the phone. I checked out right away, and politely asked for a refund, but the woman at the front desk was too busy to work on it. Awful customer service. I’ve been a loyal Marriot customer for years, and now the experience has left me incredibly disappointed.

1.5 miles from the airport, when you are departing, you can't beat that. Free shuttle from the hotel. Hotel itself is beautiful, has a few choices to eat at. The market is kind of expensive, but there is a starbucks also if you don't want to spend that much on breakfast. Rooms are beautiful and modern, extremely clean.

Pros: Clean and comfortable hotel rooms. Cons: Was provided a room right next to elevator where you could hear the mechanical noise all night, very loudly. Staff did not seem interested in the feedback the next day. Service is normally much better at the Marriott.

I am currently staying here and visiting with a friend. The door to the bathroom is broken and does not close all the way and it does make me uncomfortable for privacy reasons as it opens up about an inch and can clearly see through into the bathroom. the hot tub was cool while on and it had accumulated large amounts of bugs. the walls are so thin, i could hear my neighbours next door screaming at each other and i felt like i was in the room with how clearly i could hear them. even normal conversations are completely heard. i tried to call the front desk and there isn’t even an option to, so i tried to call the hotel number and it was impossible to even get to them. as for the shuttle, the busses miss people frequently and the drivers could see us pointing to them that we needed a ride and after being passed by 5 drivers the 6th shuttle bus was reluctant to stop. many of those busses were empty too. also i logged into my netflix and the TV doesn’t even play the movies. the audio is on with a black screen and nothing is showing. although the staff has been nice, overall this has been the worst marriott i’ve been to, and honestly the worst luxury hotel i’ve been to. i was debating between air bnb and a hotel and with little to no help with staff you may as well get an air bnb and you get more privacy and quiet area.

Major disappointment for us on a 20hr layover after a 14hr flight, but the hotel was close to LAX. We paid for a king bed ahead of time. We were not told at check-in our room was going to change to be two full size beds. Once we got all of our luggage to the room, we ended up having to walk back to the front desk to resolve the issue (my feet hang off the end of a full size bed.) We were told there were no king beds available. Of all things, the manager "upgraded" us to a weird business suite room with only a murphy bed. She told us it would be a king bed and housekeeping would set it up for us. We got to the room and neither of these things were true. The bed had no pillows and it was a full size. Asked housekeeping for some pillows. Called the front desk to lodge our complaint. Then gave up trying to resolve things and went to bed for an uncomfortable night. The shuttle and lounge customer service was great, but I wish we would have booked with a more reliable hotel.

We arrived at LAX late and needed a placed to sleep for one night. I was really happy with this hotel as I had zero expectations walking in the door. First, after a late night arrival, having a hotel van pick you up was really convenient. The van runs all night and circles the airport every 15-20 minutes, so don't worry if you are late. Second, the front desk was welcoming and easy. I absolutely loved the fact that they handed me 4 waters. Honestly, such a small thing means so much. I have years of arriving at hotels late, dehydrated from the plane ride, and desperate for a drink of water. That it didn't cost me $10 for a bottle of room Fiji was amazing. The room was fine. I paid with points, so I think there are better views and room layouts, but I expected a bed and that's what I got. Where this hotel really shines is it's amenities. The pool is a small oasis next to a bustling airport. I loved the throwback feel to an vintage LA. There is a Starbucks in the lobby with some of the nicest baristas I have ever encountered. Maybe I am just used to East Coast attitude, but it was a nice entry into our West Coast vacation. Thanks Marriott for a great overnight stay. Next time we will plan on longer.

Caveat to people who are noise sensitive, many rooms are joint rooms which has doors connecting the next room thus the sound proof will not be good. I can hear clearly what the other room people is talking about. I try to exchange to a room that is not joint but there is none available except some on the first floor. Shuttle bus driver is nice and convenient shuttle service. The front desk service is not as warm as other Marriott places I’ve been to.

Average size bed room but tiny congested bathroom. Service virtually non existent. I'd even paid for the pool view upgrade, and even though I had reserved by paying in full a month before the stay, I was was put on a room at the very corner from where the pool was barely visible. Even that through neighbor's balcony! For the price you pay, you'd expect the reception would be handled by people who love their job (or at least pretend to) and understand the meaning of hospitality. Overall, it's not worth the expense. Find something else. A 3-star hotel with higher tier room would be way better than this.

We booked through Priceline in July for our Carnival Cruise that was supposed to embark on Saturday. Because we live in Louisiana, we have to fly and get a night stay as we thought would be a great choice of stay, but instead it was the wrong choice of option due to their lack of sympathy and compassion for people trying to get a refund because of our cruise cancelled two days prior of embark. It is completely out of our control . I understand their cancellation policy but there should be exceptions due to these terms. The Manager on duty had NO sympathy or compassion whatsoever. She did not care the reason but instead refused to even help me due to these circumstances. My advice is to not waste your money on this company as they have no care about the customers . F + in customer service .

The rooms here are very spacious and the location is great. We were pleasantly surprised about how clean the room was. I could have swore it showed a bathtub in the room except a shower so I was sad bout that because I prefer to bathe. The bed was comfortable and the room was plenty quiet for good sleep. No issues with getting quick hot water or temperature control which has been an issue at other locations. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing. The hotel is large so we got a little lost trying to find our room so just pay close attention to the maps and plaques on the wall. Our only gripe was the hotel shuttle never arrived at the airport for 40 minutes of waiting so we had to grab a Lyft. Hopefully the morning shuttle to get to the airport will be better

I was very impressed and beyond satisfied with the level of service by the hotel staff. I loved the decor, comfort, and quality of the hotel, especially since it's located at the airport. This was the best and by far the largest Marriott hotel I've stayed in. The rooms and bed were very comfortable and well decorated. The bathroom and shower was spacious as well as the room.

This hotel has fantastic free transportation from both domestic and international terminals at the LAX airport, which runs almost continually. The King size bed was extremely comfortable. Perfect hotel for a lay-over or while in transit. The lobby has a Starbucks and a bar. The pool area also looked good.

Went to the restaurant inside and parked free for 90 min because you just have to eat there and show the hostess your paid bill and she makes it so you don't have to pay $32 to park. The restaurant is bit pricey but not too bad. And the service and food are both outstanding! Our waiter Ernesto was spectacular! Gave great advice about the food and was there to get our every little need throughout the meal. Strongly recommend this place inside the Marriot. He even brought my 88 year old mother a piece of pineapple upside- down cake for her birthday after we ate breakfast. Very kind and sweet.

Hotel was great. The staff was amazing. Shout to Hugo at the bell desk, amazing man! He went above and beyond.give that man a raise. Overall great stay for 3 nights. Only thing is stay OUT of the hot tub. It completely died our bathing suits. Stripped them of all color. Still waiting for the risk management to get back to us. 2.5 weeks later.

Parked at this Marriott for park and fly. Came back from vacation to a stolen catalytic converter in a paid structure. Kevin loss prevention said nothing and they are not responsible. Do not stay and park here unless you want stolen parts or a vehicle . Stay and park at your own risk !!! I’m a gold member for this hotel and will never stay or park here! Be aware !!!! Shady parking and loss prevention.

My view is a bit skewed since I had an upgraded room. Very comfortable space and bed. Nice views of Burbank and downtown LA skylines. Customer service was good and everyone was very nice. Nice Starbucks in the lobby and plenty of dining options. My stay would have been a five if they could have just got my room key right. I had multiple trips to the front desk to fix my electronic key they provide on my phone and nobody answers the front desk phone.

Hotel looks nice when you walk in, rooms are not. Cheap facelift; no pride in or consideration of guest experience—sheets not even tucked in. Balcony rooms have a large fluorescent patio light mounted on ceiling that doesn’t turn off until late morning. You have to close blackout curtains to sleep. Don’t plan on facing the coast and waking up to the sunrise. Renaissance a few blocks away is much better. May move tonight.

I’d give 4 stars for cleanliness throughout the hotel. One thing really annoys me was the air conditioner in the room - loud and not functioning well! Parking fee is $46 plus taxes = $50.6 per night with multiple access. I wouldn’t pay $120 and above for a night at this hotel again. Don’t feel it has better experience compared to Extended Stay or Motel 6!

I stayed here a year ago for about a month for work. This place is very clean staff was extremely helpful and polite. Housekeeping was amazing! The food at the restaurant was great! I couldn't of asked for a better place to stay at for work! Can't wait to go back!

Reserved and stayed at this location one night. Room great. Beds comfortable. Bathroom fine. Towels a bit thin. But all in all very nice stay. Starbucks constant 20-50 people deep line that lasted 1.25 hours. Could be better since most of delay was due to breakfast food orders clogging up straight coffee orders.

Had an amazing time at this hotel. Went for a social dance event called Camp Hollywood and had 5 stars service had an issue with my shower that I reported at like 5am on my way from the ballroom and within 15 minutes I had a technician with a smile and spare parts and shower was fixed in less than 15 minutes. Was thrilled. Pool is fantastic, there is a ton of lounging chairs and it has an overall feel of a tropical resort. I will be back for sure. Never expected that for an airport hotel.

My room was clean. However the wallpaper was coming off in the bathroom. When we 1st got to our room we had a cleaning lady come in and yell at us to get out of the room as they need the room for the next guest ( Which I tried to explain to her we just checked in ). Shuttle bus service to and from the airport was nice. The bellman Hugo was great. Hugo went above and beyond what was expected. He made sure we had a great time and got to see LA. Overall it was a nice stay.

The staff was wonderful. From valet, to bellman, front desk, housekeeping and both restaurants servers, cooks, managers and the shuttle. The room was as expected and clean. Their Korean short ribs and margaritas were very tasty and strong! Shout out to the manager who sent my kiddos and I some freshly baked cookies the 2nd night we ate. That was very thoughtful! Overall a great experience. Thank you!

Rooms are okay, clearly older but clean and all you need. The location is perfect if you arrive later at night. The shuttle bus was right there and it was a quick trip to the hotel. The service by the staff at the Executive Lounge was absolutely first class. We want to recognize Luis who was exceptional and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome as guests of the hotel. Thanks Luis for first class service.

Fabulous experience, cannot speak highly enough of the staff. We were traveling with a family member who uses a wheelchair and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Everything was accessible and easy. This was a breath of fresh air for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great staff, great location, great experience.

Super professional staff all the way around. Sadly, our flight was delayed until the next morning, and at 3am, the front desk clerk was super understanding and allowed us to check in. My photo does not do it justice, but their morning buffet had many more options than my photo. I only had 3.5 hours of sleep because we had to be at the airport by 8 am. Rooms smelled so fresh and clean. Loved the pillows. The overall feel / atmosphere is very calm and professional. The outside vs inside is very deceiving. Feels like you're walking in a Los Vagas hotel vs one next to the airport. Family and I decided next time we are staying here for our early morning flights out of LAX. Two thumbs 👍 👍 up highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott by LAX. It was easy to get out of LAX. The airport provides a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel which was very nice. We didn’t have to wait long at all for the shuttle. The driver was nice and friendly. It was such a short drive from the airport to the hotel. Once we got dropped off, check-in was a breeze. The attendant was friendly and even offered us water to take to our room. The room was nice and spacious and comfortable for me and my husband. The room they gave us had a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The room had everything we needed. Although you could hear some of the airplane noise since it was so close to the airport, it really didn’t bother us that much. I would definitely stay here again when I visit LA the next time.

Checking in on a very very busy Friday night we were greeted with a smiling welcoming face. Alexandra did and exceptional job helping us check in especially dealing with an irate guest before us. We will return to this busy hotel just to have the level of professionalism and exceptional service from Alexandra again. Thank you from CoachellaParty!

Love this hotel! This is our 2nd stop over here... Every staff member greets you with a smile & is engaging, asking if you need assistance or if they can help. They make you feel very comfortable. The atmosphere is lively & fun. The rooms are comfortable. Will be our go-to hotel always when in LA...

We stayed and that Anaheim Marriot and them moved to this particular one had me questioning the service, nonetheless there were certain individuals who were just so lovely. The swimming pool.was great, the highlight of our kids stay. Room was nice.

This hotel is great. Clean, lively and easy to access. We stayed here because we were attending a football game. The staff was attentive as I had an issue that arose during the night. The staff made every attempt to rectify the problem as well as compensating us for our problem. I applaud this Marriott and its staff. Thanks for your help.

Great place to stay if you have an early morning flight. I wish I remembered the name of the employee who checked me in because he was wonderful. The pool is great too.

This hotel took extremely good care of us when we stayed here. Johar checked us in and made sure we were well taken care of with the best customer service I’ve ever seen! I was definitely impressed by the quality of customer service here especially in the M club lounge the staff were great! Would def recommend this place.

Room was clean. Desk personnel was helpful esp. LaQuan. Lobby was inviting. Cool restaurants & atmosphere. Worst part was the $53/night parking fee.

Stayed here overnight for a flight. It's a nice Marriott property. The location is great for the airport and there is a free shuttle. The rooms were nice, though mine had some plumbing issues which I reported when I checked out.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early because I got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional from the momemt of check in, cocktails at the bar, dinner, and checking out. Would definitely send a friend there. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown LA.

All around a good place if you’re doing something near the airport! My only complaint is the AC doesn’t do too much….wouldn’t budge past 74/75F for us even though we were setting it low with the fan on high. We stayed here to go to a concert over at the Forum - only around a 15 min drive at most, and easy to get an Uber from. We had dinner at the bar downstairs and it was pretty good, service was great. No problems checking in, bed was comfy, room was clean & nice. Parking was pricey but that’s LA for ya. Based on the other hotels in the general vicinity I definitely think this was the best choice.

There are obviously many options in this area. I read a lot of reviews and decided to choose here even if it was more expensive than most hotels around. I was glad about my decision. My family really cares about cleanness but not many other things. Our room was very clean, among the cleanest in all hotels we have stayed in. It was a big hotel but the check-in/out was very efficient.
