I’m giving this hotel a 2 because the staff was amazing! However lobby and elevator was the nicest thing at the hotel. My partner and I booked a king room the comfort of bed was the best part I guess. As we examined the room looked like the pant job that was done was some low budget contract who didn’t care. I thought something happened. As we move to the restroom the shower couldn’t have full pressure due to the fact it was still coming out the faucet. We stood 7 nights not once did house keeping came we called twice for fresh towels and for toilet paper. I am not one to demand another room but for sure my partner and I will never start which was convenient location. The breakfast that is served downstairs mind you the price you pay I should of walked to dennys down the street, coffee was good. No mini fridge especially our stay was a week. I wish I could attach the pics I took to show I am not telling a lie

The check in was smooth and the staff were all friendly so far. However it was interesting to me to find that my total charge for our 2 night stay became nearly 500 dollars when I had agreed to pay 370 or so a month ago. I was told that early check in was 50 extra, not 100 or more, so I'm a little confused. The room is mostly very clean, but the bathroom smells very heavily of mildew to the point that we have to keep the door closed so it doesn't seep out completely into the room. There's also some kind of dusty red substance (rust?) behind the door of the bathroom, really not sure what that is. There is water damage in various areas, probably where the smell is coming from (or the drains, idk). Was also very disappointed to see there wasn't a mini fridge at least. Every drink machine that we have checked (4 floors so far) has not been working, and we have had so much trouble finding any available water dispensers anywhere. We ended up going and spending more money just to get a few cans to drink, and we've been waiting for the ice to melt just to drink it. I wish I could give a better review, but I feel I should have expected a bit more from the amount I have paid this weekend.

I would have rated this higher if we weren't left waiting at the airport for over an hour. Shuttle supposedly runs every 25-30 minutes but I saw 2 shuttles in the span of an hour and a half. The first one we saw was packed with no available space left as we were at the last terminal, United airlines. Meanwhile competing hotels had shuttles passing every 5 minutes. This resulted in approximately 40-50 people waiting at the United Terminal for a Hilton shuttle. By the time we got to the hotel the check in was fast. I tried checking in online through the Hilton app to skip the front desk but it didn't work... The room was clean but dated. We didn't really care as we were only spending one night on our way back from an international trip. The shower had the last guests used conditioner bottle in it still. If I was spending longer than a night in LA I would pick somewhere else to go. For a one night place to sleep the price isn't too bad.

This was my 2nd time staying here hoping to have a better experience then my first. We had 3 rooms. 1 shower wasn't working, 1 with bed bugs and 1 with no hot water! The shower pressure was fast and hard. They protocol for experiencing the bed bugs was extremely stressful. All they do is change your room. They don't want to wash or even send your clothes to the cleaners. 😔😨 It's sad because I had high hopes for this location and returning after 3 years. The decor has gotten better ✨️ I hope things turn around for this business. I would love to upload the video of not having hot water or even the photos of the bed bugs but some of you maybe grossed out 😵‍💫 Also, I almost forgot the power outage!!! So yes NEVER AGAIN.

Visited as a Hilton Honors member in May 2022. Had stayed twice before and was satisfied but this time it was a big downgrade. Very disappointed to the point I have decided not to stay there in the future. Biggest complaint is the shuttle service is a complete joke. Waited at the designated place for pickup over an hour and never saw a Hilton shuttle. Several other hotel shuttles came by multiple times while I waited. Called the hotel twice and was assured the shuttle would be there. Other hotels have their own branded buses but this hotel tries to save money by contracting out the service so you only see (if your lucky) a white bus. In desperation I took a Fox rental car shuttle which I knew would drop me off a few blocks from the hotel. Then I walked the rest. Said room upgrades were available but when I got there was told none were available. Got put in a shabby looking room that clearly needed renovation. No more Hilton LAX for me.

Pros: beautiful lobby. Convenient location to airport. Compliment shuttle, and it even ran VERY early (4am) for us. Comfortable pillows. Cool elevators. Updated decor in rooms. Typical hotel room. Cons: Very slow check in service. Watched a line of 13 people wait for help, and still only 2 check in staff helped even though the counter had more stations possible. Hotel is older, you can tell, with low ceilings in the rooms, doors SUPER creaky, to the point of being obnoxious. Only gave body wash and shampoo for complimentary toiletries. No soap for even washing hands. Room was exceptionally hot, and air did not cool it down. Had to troubleshoot thermostat problem ourselves. Beds were only doubles, so very tiny for 2 people in today's standards. Room attendant helped my married kids with their luggage, but when they didn't have cash to tip, he hassled my husband and I to pay, who didn't use him at all. Felt pressured. Didn't like that, even though my kids should have tipped him. Needed concierge service, but no one was there for a good 10-15 minutes of waiting, and no other staff stopped to see what we needed. Would not stay there again unless absolutely necessary for the location to the airport and free shuttle.

Nice spacious public area. Front desk was very helpful. Had a deficiency in my room so they offered another room which turned out to be even better. The room was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. Bathroom is quite small. If you're on the south side the room is very warm during the day and will cool down in the evening. Nice art work throughout the public area. Many nook and crannies to sit at the second level. The pool and garden plazas are very nice.

Only good thing I will say is the staff was very nice. The hotel itself is terrible. This place is old, unkept and more of a motel rather than hotel. The room was run down and had a mildew smell. Old, worn out furniture and bathroom. Dirty ac vents, dirty light switches and outlets. The shower/ bath combo was hideous, you had to use all the strength in your body to pull out the handle in the shower just to turn the water on. The tub was peeling and felt very rough on my feet. Room was dusty and felt unclean. Hilton should be ashamed of themselves running an establishment like this. This place needs to be renovated asap or demolished completely. I had two nights booked at this garbage Hilton but cancelled the second night after my horrible first night experience. I ended up booking Hyatt House LAX which was 100 percent better for my taste, with an up to date room, very clean and has complementary breakfast by the way. Trust me you get what you pay for staying at this Hilton. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else decent. This Hilton overall sucks!!

This stay was alright. Not sure it was worth the $200/night price tag, but that’s LA for you. The food during breakfast was AMAZING and the staff were pleasant. Our room was nice, but the tub took over 3 minutes to drain after a shower. To Management - the little details are what make a stay magical, please have the custodial stuff report any plumbing issues.

Ever had that moment where you feel like you've discovered a secret no one else knows? That's ʜᴏᴛᴇʟᴅᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ for me. Every time, like with this room, it feels like I've hit the jackpot. I stayed here for almost 2 weeks and my stay was wonderful. My room was clean and spacious - the nice dude at the desk offered many options for where my room could be and I picked one near the pool. This was a good option- the third floor has a lot of cute little patios where you can sit outside as well as the pool. The pool is spectacular- there’s also 4 hot tubs! There is a laundry room here if you need it- it’s on the fourth floor. It’s coin operated but there is a change machine and it’s $2.00 per load for wash and dry (cheaper than the Four Points Sheraton down the street.) There are lots of food options at the restaurants - it’s a little expensive, but not beyond what you would expect at an LA hotel. Shuttle service to the airport is fantastic and runs frequently. Parking is $44 a night, but if you are doing a long term stay the rate is much better. I hope to stay here again soon, this was a wonderful place to rest!

Check in and check out was seamless. As a Diamond member I was even offered an upgrade. And they actually had some nice choices. I love the updated modern elevators. Nice feature. Consideration with early hour breakfast meals was greatly appreciated and used. I love staying at the Hilton it's my go to place when I travel. This property did not disappoint.

Great location for an early morning LAX flight. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all so nice and helpful. Had a great drink at the bar on the top floor overlooking the runway. I would definitely stay here again. They have very easy and reasonable priced parking for long term. Well I needed nine days and it was perfect.

My family and I stayed here this past weekend. This hotel exceeds our expectations every time. The rooms are always clean. The manager Albert and staff here are always very welcoming, friendly, and make sure our stays are nothing short from satisfactory. They are honestly the reason why my family and I always come back to stay at this hotel. This hotel has become our go-to whenever visiting LA. They also have a great direct shuttle service from the LAX airport to the hotel. Thank you very much to Albert and the amazing staff! My family and I highly recommend staying at this hotel and we are always recommending our friends and family to stay here as well. We will definitely be coming back and staying here again the next time we are visiting LA. Experience: Stayed at this hotel total of 4 different times now every single time my family and I have visited LA during these past 2 years.

We had to return a rental car and they only gave 30 minutes of free parking and the check in took almost exactly 30 minutes (line and amount of time at front desk). Upon walking into the room and putting our stuff down I found a wonderful cockroach and a bunch of smaller bugs all throughout the bathroom (see photos/video; hand for scale). Luckily, no bed bugs were found. But for the price I would absolutely say don’t stay here. The shuttle ran so infrequently and was so crowded we ended up getting an Uber to the airport. Front desk didn’t care about any issues.

We booked a night here so that we don't have to rush heading to the airport the next morning and have been told that since LAX is undergoing some changes, to expect some delays. It was very close to the airport so definitely a plus. The front exterior is spectacular! It was really exciting to see the place be so busy and the lobby looked fabulous. Even though there were plenty of people, we managed a quick check in and were able to get into our rooms. I noticed that the hallways are a bit outdated as we walked by. Then we got into our room and even though it's a great design, it's not very contemporary anymore and the finishes of the room look tarnished. One thing I really didn't like was that the vending machines did not accept cards, it was strictly cash which I thought was inconvenient if you don't carry cash on you. Although, I really did enjoy their excellent service. They text you to check in on you and we were able to avail of the shuttle transfer even with short notice to the reception.

This Hilton has a modern welcoming vibe. We requested a corner room away from the airport. We ended up with a spacious and quiet room. We had a comfortable night's rest without jets waking us up. This is a great location, in walking distance to LAX. So, if you have a canceled flight or need to make sure you do not get delayed in LA traffic, this is a great stay option. This Hilton does provide free shuttles to the airport. There is a chance of a long wait and an overcrowded bus, but we made it to the shuttle just before it left, and it had some open seats. The room was clean, and the staff was attentive. There's a pool and hot tubs on site. One issue is that the bellman has total control of the luggage carts. As a customer, you can not use their luggage carts independently. There's a restaurant and convenience store. There's a couple of restaurant options in walking distance. They have a chic Honors lounge with a full bar and menu food items. The blueberry lavender spritzer was unique and delicious.

Enjoyed staying here, very close to the airport no longer then a 10 minute right even shorter, which is great for LA traffic…gas stations and few places to eat from a block or two away from the hotel…didn’t seem like a so sketchy area either…happy with the rooms would stay here again the airplanes might be annoying taking off but during the middle of the night no planes are taking off so isn’t so bad it didn’t really bother me. They have a 247 restaurant in the lobby of this hotel which is awesome…overall i would def stay here again

The WORST hotel experience of my entire life. There’s no mini fridges in any of the rooms either. You need to pay $25/night to “rent them”. I got one and it didn’t even work. It started to smell like it was burning and never got cold so I had to unplug it. So, my hotel food went to waste because I couldn’t refrigerate it. I switched rooms 3 times. The first one I couldn’t get into because the keys never worked after switching them a couple times. And this is after waiting for a hour outside of the room with all my luggage because someone falsely pulled a fire alarm therefore the elevators went down and were out of service for a couple hours. The second room was disgustingly dirty. The third room which I arrived in at midnight (when I checked in at 430pm) had a serious issue with the shower. The drain was gurgling up other peoples dirty soap and water so obviously the pipes were dirty and clogged. I called the front desk and was told by the manager that “I seem like a smart gal” and that I could fix the issue. Needless to say, I think I am done with the Hilton brand after this. I’ve been a loyal customer to them but this entire stay has been utterly unacceptable. No one should have to go through this, never mind PAY for it.

We had a great one night stay in an immaculate room with a view of the runway. The gym was excellent and a good range of equipment. The airport shuttle was seamless and got us to the airport smoothly. However some things we struggled with were: The parking garage had no signage for where pedestrians can exit to the hotel. This could be massively improved. The parking lot only had 30 mins free parking, we needed to check in and drop our bags off and 30 minutes was very tight, especially as there was a 20 min line at check in. It would be good to extend this free parking or get it validated at check in in this instance. Overall a great stay and we would visit again.

The shower took at least 10 min to properly heat up. The engineer was apparently notified but nothing happened. Our key card didn’t work on the morning of checkout. One of the two glasses in the room had a huge crack in it. No regular tea available. The bathroom was not that clean - hair in the shower. Location, shuttle is good. The Italian restaurant food, wine and service was great. Bed and pillows comfortable. Gym good. Housekeeping were helpful. Didn’t live up to their brand.

This hotel is located very close to the airport, which is very convenient. It also has some great views for plane lovers. However, for a four star hotel I found the bathroom to be very unpleasant. There was hair on the floor and in the tub upon arrival, which made me feel like it wasn’t properly cleaned. Then I saw the inside of the shower with the walls (see pic). The beds are super soft to the point where it hurts your back and the worst part is that the rooms have these connected doors where you can hear your neighbors. I woke up several times during the night to them just having a conversation. Parking costs 49 USD per 24 hours. There is fridge or microwave in the room. I have stayed at better hotels at the LAX airport for the same price.

I stayed here for one night. Booked a room through a 3rd party website and it gave me to crappiest room. It was on one of the bottom floors and smelled like smoke even through all rooms are non-smoking. The carpet was gross and the air was not working. We talked to the front desk and they agreed to change our room. We got a better, much cleaner one and food voucher so I am satisfied with their customer service. The rooms are not glamorous but are average and good for what is needed. The hotel has some eateries on site. It has a Starbucks and a sit down place for breakfast. Which is a plus since there is not a lot of options around the hotel. It also has a bar and a courtyard. It is pet friendly with a fee. I think it was a 40 dollar fee. Parking was also about 40 a night. All in all it was convenient. The parking fee I could see, it being a bit much if staying more than one or two days. But if staying short term, it wasn't bad. The hotel does get busy as it's by LAX and you see hoards of flights attendants/pilots and families with children coming in and out. So it may be noisy. But again it was convenient for a night or two. Once we were moved to our other room, we had no issues.

Everyone is friendly and the lobby is very inviting. The rooms are spacious and the beds are standard comfy Hilton beds. However, there are no USB outlets in the rooms (which isn't a big deal except I haven't stayed in a hotel without them for some years) and the bathrooms are kinda troublesome. The ceiling is weirdly low and the water pressure in the shower is like a fire hose (at least on the tenth floor; I heard from someone else that the higher floors had no pressure) and the water temperature kept fluctuating drastically. Also, the handle came off. And it was almost impossible to actually turn the water all the way off. So, while there is nothing terrible about the rooms, they could really use a bit of renovation.

The Hilton Los Angeles Airport exceeded all of my expectations for an "airport hotel," especially one at an extremely busy airport. I chose a room on a high floor (13th floor) and had a beautiful view of the airport at night, and the soundproofing of the room was excellent. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I arrived just before midnight and was hungry and tired. When I called room service for a late night dinner, they told me that it would be delivered within 20 minutes, then it arrived in just 15 minutes! It was a Reuben Pannini sandwich, and it was delicious. The next morning, I enjoyed delicious coffee in the lobby cafe before heading to the airport. The complimentary shuttle bus was waiting right outside the front door to take me and other guests to the airport. Everything about this hotel was wonderful.

Spacious EVERYTHING! Vaulted lobby created a nice breeze and bearable temp. The A/C was just icing on the cake. Several restaurants in the lobby to choose from just check their hours of operation. A short trip to LAX puts this hotel in a premium spot for people on the go. I just about melted into my bed and almost thought about canceling my flight. Yeah, its that comfortable. Dealt with the front desk mostly and they were quite friendly and more than helpful with all the random questions I had for them.

Overall a great hotel close to the airport. They provide free shuttle service from and to the airport. Front desk staff amazing and worked really hard to get the rush of people checked in and into their rooms. As well they provided a complimentary water while you waited there. As well the price for the room was not bad at all.

Beautiful hotel, lots of marble and chandlers, higher end cliental. Staff was very nice. The parking garage needs ventilation and some signs to get to the elevator off of the ceiling. It was so hot in the parking garage. The king size room is on the smaller end, cute, love the long mirror and comfortable bed. Some of the stuff in the rooms are falling apart and for a higher end hotel there shouldn’t be anything looking as if you touch it, it will break.

I wish I could have given this hotel a better rating. The front desk staff and everyone in the lobby was great. Very clean, very professional, and the food was good at the bistro and the bar. Two things made this a 2 star visit. First, the parking is outrageously expensive. To park in the hotel (other options are cheaper but require a walk) it is $42 per day! That’s right, with tax $46.20 per day as a guest! Second, I arrived in the room to find it was only partially cleaned. The floor had clearly not been vacuumed, the bathroom had someone else’s hair in it, and old used bars of soap were still in the tub. I called housekeeping and let them know what the issues were. I was gone all day from my room and came back around 8 pm to find no one had even touched it. Housekeeping never came by to do anything even after I left them a message. Very disappointing. With so many other options I. The area I would go somewhere else.

This review is heavily biased against a single negative aspect. The alarm between the beds went off early without us turning it on. This sets the day off wrong. We're paying for a restful night of sleep and didn't get it. On the other hand, the staff is sincerely helpful and friendly. We had conversations with the staff that was interesting and enjoyable. The elevator system is advanced and so clever. How about an alarm clock system that guarantees to only go off if we set it to?

The beds and pillows are soft and comfortable. That’s the only positive points I have for this hotel. First of all the staff gave us an already occupied room. Dragged all our bags again for another room. The room is smelly, bathroom very small and stinks like urine! Old furnitures. No water bottles. Very unpleasant stay. Will I recommend this hotel to anyone- NO! Pay a little more and have a better hotel for your vacation.

A good place to stay when flying through LAX. The shuttle was prompt and easy to use/find. I was able to use a digital key through the Hilton app, so I didn't have to wait to check in when arriving late at night. The rooms are a bit dated and rundown, but they do the job for an overnight stay. If you're picking up a rental car, it's about a 20min walk from the hotel. The shuttle only takes you to and from the airport.

  • 3/5 Andrew F. 6 months ago on Google
Stayed one night before flight. Arriving for the first time is a little overwhelming as the valets rush you around. The room was overall good. You could tell it hasn’t been updated in awhile and needs a Preventative maintenance visit. You are required to use the bellman. They are obviously paid on tips. I tried to do it myself and they would not let me. Service overall in the hotel industry has declined and Hiltons, while nice, are no exception. The shuttle driver was probably the most helpful person.

The room at first looked good and nice. But, I could smell a foul order and couldn't bare being in there. I left the door open and talked to one of the cleaning lady that was cleaning the room opposite from mine and informed her that my room smells abedul. She came in and agreed with me and turn off the fan/AC. She said that she will call the engineer guy to come look it. I went back to the lobby and explained the situation to the receptionist and was given another room. The room given was a lot better and better view. The only thing that I noticed was in the small closet. Inside the ceiling has brownish and wet ceiling (see photo). I would have expected higher standard rooms for Hilton's reputation and being by the Los Angeles Airport. Cons-Two rooms were sub-standard for a high end hotel chain. Check room completely before accepting a room. Pros-Close to airport. Get bottle of waters at the receptionist. Great gym, pool and hot tub.

I read reviews prior to coming and they were off-putting but my room was large (I had 2 double beds), bathroom was decent. I was only there for an overnight. The bar was open late and they allowed you to take your drink to your room. The shuttle ran as expected; every 15 to 20 minutes to LAX.

My stay at the hotel was what I was expecting from a Hilton hotel. Upon my arrival, the building exterior and staff were EXACTLY what was expected. When I got in my room this is when the expectations were not even close to being met. The tub had black mold. There was a table that looked like there was a dead bug and was super dirty under the glass. The room appeared to have not been updated since the 90's. Not what was expected at all. The price of the limited breakfast menu was over priced as well. 3 pancakes for $20!!! Not worth it at all.

Made several attempts to cancel a reservation due to family members contracting Covid. Spoke with both Hilton Corp and directly with property. Check in isn’t until 3pm, and hotel was contacted at 8am. Hotel would not provide any consideration for this medical issue. Did not specifically request a refund. Would have accepted credit for a future stay at the same facility. Travel to LA several times a year. As a longtime Hilton member, I’m very disappointed that nothing could be done and will reconsider my options for future stays

Perfection location if you need to stay super close to the airport for an early flight, massive lobby area and check in was super quick. Rooms were a good size however did look a little tried, the bathroom while clean still did look a little dirty also the rooms got extremely hot and while the AC was trying its best it still remained super warm all day and all night.

Very old hotel with weird smell in the hallways. The lobby looks very fancy, but the hotel rooms are old. The bathroom in the room was tiny. I did early check in with Hilton app and specifically choose a room facing the city and away from runway. When I got the room it was facing the runway. Apparently the app map has the orientation wrong. Airport shuttle is every 15-20 minute. Many people were waiting in the morning

Nice hotel, staff is very welcoming. Ready to assist. Things that I didn't like was that coffee was not available after you used one in the room, It was in the coffee shop which doesn't accept cash only cards, a bottle of water for 4$, a little bit too much. Breakfast 2 eggs Benedict 22$. It was a golden chicken for sure.

Great stay at the Hilton! Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were clean and shower worked very well with good water pressure. Convenient airport shuttle that runs 24 hours every 20-30 minutes. 24 hour room service and bistro. Great stay before a flight!

Not the cleanest Hilton we’ve stayed at. The comforter looked like it had blood stains. The was white specks dried up on the wallpaper by the nightstand. The room was outdated, didn’t have any USB outlets like most hotels these days. There was no mini refrigerator in the room. Forgot to put the “do not disturb/privacy” on the door, around 8am was awoken by a knock on the door from housekeeping. Before I could say anything I heard her use her key card and opened the door but was unsuccessful due to the inside door guard. That was a rude awakening since check out time wasn’t until noon. Didn’t get much sleep due to the noise. Room was by the elevator and by the patio that had people sitting outside with loud conversations. Parking garage was $49 a night.

Lobby is very nice. Shower was covered in mildew. Sheets were very worn and itchy. 24 hour food and beverage as well as proximity to LAX and free shuttle was great for a between flight crash. It was better than sleeping at LAX...but not by much. I booked with points and it definitely feels like a waste of points. The Hilton brand has gone down hill and is definitely not what it used to be. We are diamond members and it really doesn't even matter anymore.

Great check-in experience, selecting room on-line was a breeze, and using the digital key, superb; every hotel should have this feature. The restaurant was poorly run and not very accommodating, though, it may have been an off night and that is understandable, as it happens. Having said that, it would have been gracious of them to acknowledge and provide some exception or coupon for a future meal. Overall this hotel is my first choice when flying out of LAX.

This is the WORSE hotel that I’ve stayed at! The lobby was very nice but once you get out the lobby to the room it changes to a motel setting! I’m 5’4 and the bathroom sink literally stopped at my knees. The walls had cracks everywhere and white paint was used to try to cover the cracks but you can clearly see it! The beds were extremely uncomfortable! I have always had the mindset that you can never go wrong with staying at a Hilton Hotel but this hotel has changed my mindset and I will definitely second guess staying at Hilton from now on!

The lobby and exterior of the hotel got a fresh look, but inside the room needs a desperate remodeled. We got room 5025. The flooring of the room was slanting/sloping towards on direction so bad that I wonder if it's a structural issue. The bathroom faucet was tricky to turn on (need to be pulled outwards). The sound insulation was so bad that we heard upstairs footsteps, next door running their water (both tap and shower). If you are sensitive to these things, be warned.

Very old looking hotel, rooms and especially bathrooms in desperate need of a reno update. I only stayed here during a long layover, and wouldn't otherwise. Check in took forever because the front desk employee kept staring at another person who was being helped by someone else, 100% distracted, while I'm standing there absolutely exhausted from traveling for 17 hours and it's pretty late, around 11pm. And yet the check in process was like watching grass grow. Please pay attention to the guest that is standing in front of you, instead of being distracted with your gaze wandering literally everywhere else. Handing my room key poverty in slow motion while staring at the other guest. Also, there's definitely a lack of reasonably priced food options late at night. The Carl's Jr. next door closes their dining room at 10pm, the bistro sells bottled water for $9 - YES NINE BUCKS FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER. And also charges for a cup of tap water. I check the vending machines- $5 for an individual bag of chips. Never again.

From check in to housekeeping and the restaurants, the service was wonderful. The parking rate of $53 a day for guests is ridiculous. The rooms need updating. The furnishings and carpet seem to be from the 70's. Kinda dirty as well, needs a deep cleaning, not just the quick touch up between guests. With the rooms so outdated I don't know that I would stay there again. It's a shame as the lobby area and restaurants are beautiful and every staff member we encountered was wonderful.

The hotel room we stayed in was quiet- did not hear any planes. The big negative was how old, dark, and shabby the room was for our stay. Online shows the hotel as 4 star which is definitely not accurate. The bathroom shower looked like something you would expect in a not well taken care of 50 year old single wide trailer. It was disgusting and moldy. I described the room as dark and shabby because the walls are dark brown- kind of like in a horror film.

This hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area located to many attractions. The room was clean and no signs of bugs or bed bugs. The pricing and smells are my biggest complaints. Seems like they gouge you as much as they can money wise. $53 a day just to park your car in the parking garage. That's even if you have a room! $100 a day deposit just to get a room. That's on top of the regular price you pay for the room. The motel was clean and staff are friendly. The floor we were staying in had a very weird sewer like smell. Not overwhelming but still very noticeable. As did the parking garage has some unpleasant smells as well. Overall not a bad motel, but I would not stay here again.

I get it’s an airport hotel but if you can stay somewhere else, I would do so. However, I am not accustomed to American hotels so this may be because of my foreign mindset. We had to get new room keys 3 times because they stopped working. There was a giant wet patch in the carpet of the hallway. Underneath the mini fridge (which we only moved a tiny bit to put a suitcase on the ground) we found something that resembled a dog poo. The dinner and breakfast was terrible. Moreover, the hotel had a ‘Malibu Garden’ which was just a big concrete area with some potted trees every few meters and a tiny patch of grass in the corner. The pool was a similar concrete area, the same size as the beautiful garden 🙄 with a raised area for the pool and some loud air conditioners near by. Both of these were completely surrounded by either concrete walls or black I don’t even knows. The view from the room was dismal.

Probably one of the worse beds I’ve ever slept on. Rooms have terrible lighting and old carpeting, really needs an upgrade. However, The service was good, check in was smooth , bellman and valet were friendly. Plenty of common areas to hang out in. Just wish I had a more comfy bed to sleep on, really ruined my stay.

Great hotel.. nice and clean room. executive lounge is closed so u get $15 per day and have to use it that day or loose it. Parking was 40 a day with in/out privileges. beautiful lobby.. Has valet Parking and security on site

It’s a Hilton and it is Luxury but only in the lobby. The room does leave a bit to be desired for the price, however the airport runway view is amazing! Definitely get that room if you can. It’s not the Hilton of Quebec that’s for sure. Breakfast was good, however beware it’s $45 a night to park here. I probably would not stay here again honestly.

Stayed here before our trip to Maui. A+ for all services we used. Room and digital key were ready on time, room was clean and in good condition (just wish we had a microwave). Food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious and we had great service. Last time I stayed here we had a room on the runway side and it was really loud but this time we had one on the other side (facing LA) and had very little airplane noise. The shuttle service was quick. I like that I was able to get a discounted rate for the "stay & fly" up to 14 nights (but I only need 9) that was cheaper than paying for separate parking. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll be staying here again for my LA flights for sure.

Rooms are dated and they don’t provide room maintenance anymore citing Covid. They should spend more money on getting the rooms updated and less on the fancy elevators. First Hilton that I’ve ever felt the need to leave a negative review. People are vaccinated, wearing masks, let’s get services levels where they need to be or start offering discounts.

Decided to stay in a hotel near LAX on the last night of our trip to Los Angeles so we would be close to the airport for our flight out the next morning. Found a great deal here last minute via hotwire. Staff was kind and helpful, room was nice, clean and quiet and had a great view of the city. My husband and I had dinner and drinks at the bar in the lobby and it was all very good, our server was great. I'd happily return here next time I'm in the LA area.

The hotel is an awesome place to stay over. We were there for more than a week and everyone was super polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant was absolutely AMAZING! A little pricey but worth the price. The restaurant staff got to know us and always had a it’s wonderful to see you again ladies attitude. This has nothing to do with the hotel but rather an experience I had. I had really loaded the rolling suitcase and I had 2 boxes on top of it trying to get it down the basement stairs. Failing badly a gentleman carried the boxes to the bottom for me. Being a transgendered woman it really touched me that he would take the time. There are some wonderful people in the world!

I will never be staying at this hotel ever again. I am a flight crew member and I rely on airport shuttle dependability. This hotel airport shuttle is the worst in the business. First of all, they only have ONE shuttle running at a time, second of all, it’s extremely full every time it comes around through the terminals . The shuttle driver denied my boarding TWO TIMES because of course the shuttle was completely full before picking me up at the last terminal. It is currently past midnight and I’ve waited almost an hour to be picked up. Figure it out Hilton. It seems like every other hotel in the area had at least 3 shuttles. The Hyatt place had about 10. I’ll be staying there next time. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

The pictures they show on the website look better than when you get to see them in person. They do need a little more maintenance and cleanliness to be worked on. It's called "Hilton" show it!!

We love this hotel. As a Hilton diamond member, got upgraded to a executive suite which was a very nice touch with a lot of space. We had views overlooking the Los Angeles airport runway and got to see some very cool planes landing and taking off. The service at the front desk was awesome, though it can get busy. They do have a lot of receptionist to help with that. Parking is not included and was $40 a night, which is reasonable given the cost of the area. There is food options in walking distance, and the hotel itself has a bistro.

This hotel fills up ever the weekends with cruise ship passengers. NCL, Princess, and now Silver Seas are running cruises out of Long Beach now, and that number is going to increase. So don't expect an early check-in. Facilities are great. Beautiful place. Rooms are clean and comfortable. For us plane spotters the upper floors, 14 and above are the best. But furniture layout really reduces some views. Overall, nice experience. Beautiful hotel.

I was a little worried based on the reviews, but the hotel wasn't that bad. My room did have an odd smell, bathrooms outdated, ceilings are quite low, and the lighting was lacking. However the food at the restaurant was pretty good and management seemed invested in checking in to see how I was enjoying my stay. I'll definitely return just with lower expectations.

Positives: Very close to LAX and rental car return. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Reasonable price for a modern and stylish hotel. The shuttle was only a short wait, and we had a great driver. Negatives: Bathroom was missing hand soap and the hair conditioner was empty. (They were delivered to the room within 20 minutes). Makeup mirror light was broken and my mom was preparing for Mother's Day dinner. (Reported within 30 min of check in, and never fixed). Overall: Honestly, for the price, it would have been a full 5 star review except for the broken makeup mirror. Thank you Hilton Los Angeles Airport. This was a nice place to stay for my Mom and I before a smooth early morning shuttle to the airport. You will be high on my list of LAX hotels from now on.

Shout out to the front desk Franco! He makes my staying experience perfect. I use the Hilton Honor app to confirm my room. I message Hotel to ask for a quieter room, and I don't mind the specific view. That was my first time meeting Franco on the app. He is very kind and appropriate to choose a quieter room for me according to my room type. The attitude earns my satisfaction. At the time I arrived at the hotel a bit early, and I want to check if my room is ready to check-in. Surprise I meet Franco again at the front desk! He still remembers the room I asked for, so he followed up on the room availability with the front desk. Since the staying was full so the housekeeping work is still working on it. I asked if he would assist me to change the room number because I want a room as early as possible. Franco is nice and provides his best assistance to me. The professional attitude and reaction make my day! I believe I will sleep like a baby! Thanks to France and Hilton’s best service again!

Absolutely love this beautiful Hotel. Shuttle service..24 hr bistro and coffee shop. Bought a $20 Captain Morgan and Coke drink. Thought that was a little outrageous. But it is a beautiful hotel. Beautiful rooms. Great location. Very clean and the staff was more than happy to help you with whatever your needs are.

Definitely a decent hotel. The shuttle service is convenient, though not exactly predictable. They say every 20-30 minutes depending on traffic, and that seems pretty accurate. There are lots of interesting things on display in the lobby, large amethysts and coral. It feels pretty upscale. The pool is decent sized with four hot tubs surrounding it. One of the tubs' jets weren't working, but the other three seemed fine. Not much to look at when you're in the pool area, as it's surrounded by guest rooms. Guest room interior was decent, though our bathroom door frame had some rust and rot on it. The shower had the intensity of a pressure washer, almost certainly illegal in California 😉. Mattress itself was fine, but the sheets were scratchy and uncomfortable, even for hotel standards. The pillows weren't very amazing either. TV was dated and locked down; didn't have a chance to try my Chromecast but it didn't seem like it'd be an easy plug-and-go. Was not a big fan of the elevator system they have set up; we stayed for a convention and often the elevators were too full to get on, so we'd have to re-enter our floor again and again.

Great rooms and hotel. Clean, stocked, and welcoming. The staff is great as well. We had a late night bite at their on-site bar, and the wait staff were inviting and attentive to our requests. Ate ate their Bistro in the a.m. for breakfast. The register staff was kind, however, the expeditor was not so much. When I thanked her, they didn't reply at all. So I thanked her again a little louder in case they didn't hear me, and she ignored me, turned around, and walked away. That was probably only negative experience here. All else is great!

Rooms were fine. But definitely not family friendly. You have people smoking weed when you walk up to the drop off area and homeless hanging out. We took our kids to the pool and people were rolling joints. Hotel didn’t care at all. Also the parking spot next door is a complete rip off we came and went and had to pay over 200 for parking in 48 hrs. Hotel parking is for vehicles 5’1 and under . Definitely will not recommend or be staying at a Hilton again .

I’ll first start with the shuttle service. It comes around the airport fairly often which is good. The only negative thing is, it can be hard to get the driver’s attention at a pickup stop (I was missed even though I was pointing and waving my hands at the driver). But I can completely understand that because LAX is an incredibly busy and crowded place. The shuttle driver was very nice and quickly and promptly brought us to the hotel. Next the hotel, it is extremely nice. Looks brand new. The lobby is very clean and modern. The elevators are fancy which I thought was cool. The CSR at the HHonors desk was pleasant and made the check in process smooth. I asked for a runway view room and she happily gave me one. The rooms themselves are nothing great. It was kinda disappointing to see that the lobby was very nice and modern but the rooms were outdated. Some hotels have horrible water pressure for the showers but my golly, it was phenomenal. In the end, I definitely would stay here again.

Honestly pretty horrible place. Food is low quality but Hilton prices. It is the furthest away out of the ones in a row so you can’t walk. Parking is the same price or higher. No space to work at except room. Shower was broken and they told me I didn’t know how to turn it on…so I physically had to walk up and show them and the lady was convinced to prove me wrong. Couldn’t shower that day and then came back and was still broken at the end of the day. Marriott next door is way better. Sheraton is way better and less price

Very attentive to needs and the security is excellent. Love that they have food options and service 24/7. Rooms are clean and the bed was so comfortable. The 3rd floor rooms open up to the garden and it is so nice for outside access quickly!

This is not worthy of the Hilton name maybe the best Western. I stayed here and paid for two rooms, toilet paper holder, falling off of the counter not even screwed in properly. Carpets disgusting haven’t been shampooed in years. And to top it all off we found a booger on our king pillows at check-in. Now I want you to think about this if we found a booger on our pillows at check-in, where the sheets even changed how unsanitary is the rest of the room. So how would you feel if you spent $250 a night for two rooms for two nights not good at all. I’ll never stay at this hotel again.

Lot of hat, not much cattle! The hat: lovely lobby, beautiful elevator, parking next door, really good AC and great location. But there was secondhand cigarette smoke in the room, the bathroom wallpaper was peeling off the wall and the vanity laminate was coming unglued. Much worst, one bed was worn like a hammock. We were promised a suite for the children but were given two adjacent rooms. There was no fridge or microwave. The shuttle to the airport was 20 minutes late.

My family and I stayed for 2 nights and it was horrible, they gave us a room right next door to the ice maker, a room where a party was going on outside our balcony and our AC did not work properly maintenance showed up and the guy said "give it time to cool the room", and when we woke up we were sweating. We gave the hotel an entire day to fix our AC low and behold when we got back it was not fixed at all. When I was told at 5 am they would A) comp my parking and B) fix it during the day. That night I went to the front Desk and Shelly.M found out my parking was not comp , she went above and beyond for me she upgraded our room to a bigger one with working AC and for the trouble I went through she comp both days of parking for me. She made sure I was happy. Also there parking prices are ridiculous. $44 a night they are tripping on that. Besides Shelly. M being amazing this hotel was not at all worth the price.

We arrived late and had an early flight the next morning so we made sure to download the digital key so we could go right to our room. Upon entering the hotel and its nice lobby, my expectations for the room were too high. I am a travel advisor so I am very observant of hotels that I stay in. As soon as we got off the elevator for the third floor, the smell of marijuana was so strong, as well as cigarette smoke. We could smell it all the way down the hall to our room. Unfortunately, our digital key didn't work. The front desk gave us physical keys, which also didn't work. They ended up moving us to another room down the hall for the night, which was a suite. It had a sliding glass door out to a community courtyard. We didn't need the pull out sofa, but it was located right in front of the sliding glass door with only a shear curtain to pull in front of it. I definitely wouldn't feel comfortable having any of my family sleep on that sofa bed when you can see right into the room from the courtyard. We could still smell the marijuana and cigarette smoke from that room. The carpet and bathroom floors were disgusting. The shower was difficult for my 11 year old son to turn on so we had to call the front desk to tell us how! We booked this room with Hilton Honors points so the front desk offered to give us half our points back, which they did not. We had to call Hilton customer service and explain the situation to get our points back. Although very conveniently located to LAX with the shuttle, I don't think that I would recommend this hotel to my clients due to the dirty room and smell of marijuana.

Stayed here several years ago. Great place to stay, very nice elegant hotel just steps from the airport. Never heard a plane the entire stay. Bell staff is amazing. Concierge was great and got us a great tour of the area. Food was very good. Clean well kept property.

While I have always appreciated the excellent service and comfortable accommodations provided by Hilton, I have noticed a concerning trend of diminishing member perks. One of the primary reasons for my loyalty to Hilton was the promise of exclusive benefits, such as complimentary breakfast or free parking. Unfortunately, it seems that these incentives have gradually disappeared over time. Rude employee at parking garage.

When we arrived on a wednesday night, we got a room that should have had the toilet cleaned. However, we were able to wipe things off of the toilet. The shower was very difficult to get to any reasonable temperature, Unless you wanted for a wait or a very long time for it to heat up. The bed was below probably years old, and for the price paid for these rooms, it was ridiculous. The parking is several floors deep, and the room in each space is so unbelievably Small you have to be very careful not to hit a post. I plugged in my car into a Electronics charging station and left it there 5 days. When we came back there was no charge that had happened. Have no intention to never coming back to this hotel again

The only reason I would truly recommend staying here is due to the location to the airport. In that instance, it’s a great option that provides shuttle service! The rooms themselves need a major update. We stayed in a King Superior had a bathroom the size of a small walk in closet. Also bring your own pillows if you can. The ones provided were pretty awful. The bed and towels were comfortable. Also the AC worked great and it was neat seeing the planes!
