Absolutely darling, wonderful housekeepers, super helpful and even gave us water bottles every morning. Awesome ladies. However, that's kind of where the good ends. The third floor doors were permanently closed, so you have to go all the way down to ground floor from the parking garage, across the lobby, then wait for an elevator to the room floors. Funny how all of the surrounding properties-- even the 2 and 3 star properties-- haven't had this problem. Then you deal with the parking passes for the THIRTY DOLLARS A DAY parking. Once again, way more expensive than competing hotels, and my pass kept getting invalidated overnight even though it was -supposed- to be active for my full stay, so even more hassle. The rooms themselves are....fine? Like seriously, the only thing that set it apart from a Motel 6 was that the shower had decent pressure and a shower wand attachment. Otherwise I could have spent half the money for the same room, maybe even a nicer one. But worst of all, their downstairs cafe claims it was Starbucks, but they don't have the right brands, they don't have the right machines, and none of their pastries are Starbucks, either. The lattes tasted worse than what I could have gotten down the road at the gas station, and their pastries were somehow even worse. Vending machine danishes are tastier-- and fresher.

When I checked in, I overheard a man at the front desk saying how he was given a key to another person’s room, and he walked in on them. Definitely not a good first impression. Starting at the lobby, looks nice, but smells weird. The chairs around the lobby were cloth and they were not clean. Beds in the room- too soft and sunken in, there was no support at all. Also, when I pulled the sheets back the mattress was actually unzipped and you could see the filling? That is very weird and unsanitary. The sheets felt like printer paper. The shower was not clean. The shower curtains were those white ones, cheap and filthy. The garbage can had stains all over it, never been cleaned. The lamp shades were cloth, and those had stains all over them, probably never cleaned either. The sofa in the room was old and stained. The room smelled like old musty feet with a hint of urine, even when I opened the window to air it out. I am assuming the carpet and curtains are making the room smell like that, because they were also very old. People talked loudly in the hallways and slammed doors all night long, no sleep. The only decent things here: the dinner at the restaurant, it was delicious. 2-The free shuttle to the airport. That’s it. This is a Westin property, I think this company needs to look into upgrading their facilities. This is unacceptable. I am so thankful this was just a few hours stay, I ONLY stayed here to be closer to the airport for an early flight. Would not recommend it.

I have stay at this hotel everytime I visit L.A. I arrive Friday night the staff was rude. The line was long etc. Well this by far was the worst stay ever. On Sunday I went to hang out with my family just to around 9:50 am just to come back around 10:00pm to see that my room had been broken into. My items were stolen. I call the front desk they were acting very nonchalant unprofessional etc. They sent some unprofessional security who I believe broken into my room and stolen my items. I did a police report. As I was given my report someone else room got broken into. On the same floor. So I definitely know it was an inside job. Not to mention I pay 1,100 for this stay. The staff act like they couldn’t roll the camera 🎥 back etc. I’ll be taking further action with this matter. I’m stress not to mention my son was scared all night. This Hotel is a No Go! I will never stay here again. Corporate will be hearing from me. They didn’t offer to change my room after this incident. I couldn’t get any rest due to the protester early morning. I want a refund. Nobody at the hotel seem to care about there guests. Not to mention the pool was to open on Saturday and that was a lie. My son was so upset about that. Horrible Horrible place to stay!

Got BEDBUGS after 1 night at Westin LAX. I missed my connecting flight in LAX so I needed to spend the night at LAX. I thought the Westin had a good reputation and would be clean. Woke up the next morning covered in bites on my chest, face and arm. They later confirmed there were bedbugs in the room.

Came here for a business trip. Extremely rude staff and ignorant managers. Refused to help me in any way or work with with me at all. They dodged all my concerns and made up random excuses. Awful service, seriously some of the worst management and staff I’ve ever seen. Do not book at this hotel, they don’t care about you. They won’t take care of you. Nor will they help you if you have a problem. Yes it’s a nice “luxury” hotel, but I wouldn’t stay there even if you paid me. Been to less nice hotels with excellent service some of the highest experienced staff. It seemed like they randomly pulled a raffle to pick the manager, maybe it was her first day. But looked like whoever trained her was also their first day as well. Whoever was in charge of the front desk on 12/13, is unqualified to manage any part of the hotel. I wouldn’t even put them in charge of the parking. Not sure why I ever would pay for a hotel when the staff and service is non-existent. The motel 6 down the street has free parking and a more helpful staff. Not sure why parking is $44 there when right next door it’s $10 as well.. also closer and nicer. Didn’t even feel like premium parking. What a complete joke.

The lobby and room was clean, the front desk was just OK, not very excited to help but not negative. Self parking was easy just behind the hotel. They have a rental car service in the lobby which is convenient and the bar and grill was just what we needed after a long trip. Oh and the Lady at the small gift shop were we picked up a few late night sodas was awesome to talk with... she was such a super positive person... the kind that just brightens your day

By far the best hotel in the region if you were planning on staying over with quick access to LAX. Staff is friendly and courteous, the rooms are spacious and clean, and although the property is a bit old they have continued to modernize and kept pace with the times. My only complaint is that the restaurant closes too early for a hotel that services one of the worlds busiest airports with lots of night flights. Hence the four star.

Beautiful hotel close to the airport. Very comfortable beds and shower. We were on the 7th floor and it was very quiet. We didn't even hear the planes flying. The ac was not cold, and we slept hot, but we didn't realize the ac wasn't working well until 3 am. The free shuttle to the airport was an added bonus.

My husband and I just checked in to the Westin LAX about 3 hours ago. 1. We thought we had already checked in online. However, upon arrival, were told that only Elite guests are allowed to check in online. That's a little odd, but it's fine. 2. Then we were told the security deposit would be $200, which is more than the room rate. The manager, who was the only employee not wearing a nametag, said the deposit was $200 because we booked through a third party app. When we told her we booked through the Marriott app, she said it's because we prepaid for the room. Again, that's odd... 3. We go to our room and there are 2 double beds instead of the king bed that we booked. In response to this, the manager tells us that because of the renovations their system doesn't know what beds are in what rooms. She then says, "Let me check the system to see if we have any more kings." I asked, if your system is saying our room has a king how will you know. I was answered with a blank stare. 4. Our mini fridge is broken. There's no point in complaining, I'm sure there will be an excuse for that as well. " Our dedication to the customer shows in everything we do." That is taken from Marriott's core values. I'm not really feeling any dedication. I would like to compliment Fidel, the Valet. He was extremely helpful and courteous! Thank you sir, you are the one bright spot at this hotel!

This is barely mediocre. The hotel staff are lovely and personable and the rooms are spacious but that’s about all the good that can be said. The room was rather gross. The room was dated other than typical Westin beds, TV and shower head. We found mystery hair all over the room. Dust was everywhere. Stains in the carpets and ceiling. The toilet was dirty and stained. The room had a lovely fragrance of stale cigarettes. Lights flickered like some sort of horror film. It is safe to say this Westin is no where near the standards of the others I have stayed in. I’m sure the general manager will leave some sort of comment along the lines of “I’m sorry this isn’t what we strive for” blah blah blah. But if the management really cared they would fix the issues that so many others are complaining about. You are better off staying at the Marriot.

A quite enjoyable stay here. Comfortable beds and decent view of the airport. Only gripe is the water pressure of the shower was terrible. Had to shower longer to ensure no soap was present anymore. NU car rental services is present here and convenient for anyone staying here. Dedicated shuttle to the airport was also convenient. I would recommend this hotel for the convenience of everything, rental car, shuttle to the airport, close to the airport, close to all major highways, eateries, and walking distance to one of the best taco trucks!

So I never stayed at airport hotel! So many reviews and horrible stories. Well this was the best choice at the time of the family trip. And man was it a wonderful stay. The on-site restaurant very nice. The hotel ambiance was very pleasant the staff as well. When you check in they have red carpet for bonvoy line. The rooms were clean and spacious the window view is the airport which did not disturb my rest at night. They had valet so the car was ready when we departed. A lot good restaurants near the location.

This hotel has a car rental place called NU car rental. Straight up crooks. Prepaid for a car at 300 for 4 days. When picking up vehicle had to pay for liability insurance even though I'm already covered. Then a 400 deposit. Then when I returned the car with a full gas tank with no damage, a day later they charged me another 170 and 700 without any explanation. Won't reply with my emails or text or phone calls. What a joke. STAY AWAY. Will never stay at this hotel with these crooks inside.

11/5/2023 I truly enjoyed to stay at this hotel. The suite is better than any Marriott namesake hotels' in the U.S. due to its luxury marble bathroom with bath tub and shower as well as comfort bed, plus high quality sofa, which let you enjoy your sitting with comfort and relaxation. It has an Executive Club Lounge that provides Marriott loyalty members a prestige access 24 by 7. And it also provides a complementary 24*7 LAX Shuttle service every 20 to 30 minutes. All staff I met are friendly. If I will stay at LAX area again, I will select The Westin LAX again.

We needed to wait 3hours for the room with had a strong smell of chlorine. And the second room was only one bed when we we’re 4 and they sad it had two double beds. It was like they were joking with us and even trying to help. Even though the towels were dirty, the rest of the hotel was clean. They also have internet but you need to pay 15$ to use it if your not a member.

This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The pool was under construction. Horribly loud construction that everyone can hear bright and early in the morning! There were protesters screaming and banging drums at 7am in the morning and no hot water in any of the rooms! There was 7 of us staying here for work and barely 2 out of the 7 had hot water. What a horrible experience. Never staying here again!!

One of the worst service. I booked a room for a day with my traveling companion. He started not feeling well. So I had to extend it. While at the front desk I paid for the next 2 nights for his room. I then made a reservation for another room for 2 days just in case he had caught something I didn’t want to catch it. The front desk guy booked me a room for a single king bed on the 12 floor. I appreciated that because there are protesters out side banging drums & outside the room I was previously in the noise from the jackhammer the were using to work on the pool was disturbing. They seem to stress sleeping well, but all the pillows snd sheets and smells does nothing for all the noise. Turns out the manager moved me to a lower floor 4 closer to noise and no king bed. I’m a tall guy so it matters. When I told the manager r she should speak to her workers she said she would. That did not satisfy my needs. So I forced to stay here because she said she put a hold on my card and she can’t release it. I will never stay here with this kind of manager or staff. Lies

Room was very comfortable and super spacious. Good restaurant downstairs for a dinner. Unfortunately I didn’t have a chance to visit pool, but hope I’ll check it next time From cons HVAC system in the room only works as air conditioner, and can’t blow hot air and shower was leaking a bit when I was taking it, so some water was on a floor. But still recommend to stay here. Very convenient shuttle to the LAX, Starbucks across the street and walkable distance to the bus to Santa Monica Pier

Terrible property, especially for a Westin. Basically right next to a landing strip at LAX; perfect if you're into staying up all night to watch the planes land. Otherwise, quite loud. As of this writing the hotel is under construction so it's a bit of a mess. But that is temporary. What's not temporary is the rude staff who have no interest in helping (I didn't even get directions to the elevator at check in, which is confusing because of all the construction). I was here on business and called to book a conference room. Was told they don't have any. Spoiler - there are hallways full of conference and ballrooms. I also asked for a restaurant reservation since I was with 10 people. I was told we don't need it but walked into dinner and noticed a sign with a reserved section for some other party. Most of our group complained about the beds and pillows being uncomfortable. My invoice didn't match what was billed to my credit card but after calling the hotel, being talked over and transferred, I was told they only charged me a certain amount and there was nothing they could do. So I've been charged an additional $279 with no record of it and no explanation or willingness to help. The experience at this property is closer to a 2-star hotel rating. It falls very short of Bonvoy's Premium category.

I wanted to give this hotel 5 stars, but I can't for a couple of reasons. At check-in, the desk agent was wonderful and took good care of me as a titanium member, explaning about hotel renovation noise and road projects outside. She placed me on the back side, facing the airport, which was nice and quiet except for planes taking off, which I didn't mind at all. The bartenders I had at the grill/ restaurant were pleasant, and happy hour includes $8 and $10 cocktails, quite the bargain in a big city. My room was lovely and spotless! Food was the issue here. On my 1st night, I left the bar at about 6pm and headed to the executive lounge, which had been wiped out. It was supposed to stay open until 7. There were a few cut up vegetables and some cake slices. Not quite what I expected, and the attendant just shrugged and apologized. On my 2nd night, I sat at the bar and ordered the blackened shrimp and avocado salad. The romaine was supposed to have been grilled, and it clearly was not. It was also starting to go bad, as you can see in the photo. I asked for extra dressing and ate around the old lettuce. But when I asked why it wasn't grilled, the answer I got was, "Some cooks grill it less than others." Later, I pointed out the brown spots to a bartender. Then the manager came over and spoke with me. She didn't apologize, didn't reduce the price, basically said yeah, thanks for letting us know. That was a $22 salad. Also, as you can see, the blackening was really just a lot of spice laid on the shrimp with the texture of wet sand. They were not blackened. I hope when I return in 3 months that the food will improve. The breakfast in the lounge was quite good, but the bar/grill and the evening lounge happy hour need improvement.

A nice hotel, just a few issues that show its age. The lobby is nice and staff very friendly. Rooms had comfy beds, nice bedding, very large TV's, mini fridge, and plenty of plugs. Restaurant on-site with a few options close by. Neighborhood is suspect but very close to airport. Shuttle runs every 25-30 minutes continuously to airport. Enjoyed our stay.

The location is great because it’s closer to LAX Airport , and rental car onsite (Nu rental car). The staff from check-in to housekeeping were very attentive and helpful in making sure that we had a great experience. My only reason for giving it a three star is that the hotel itself could use some upgrades like the elevator, the old and moldy carpet, and complimentary breakfast. Overall the experience was good but I don’t foresee staying at this location

We booked this hotel for 3 nights during our trip to LA. I had my expectations pretty low and airport hotels are usually just okay. But this was surprising very nice! As soon as you enter the lobby is big and stunning! You have to request housekeeping, they don’t automatically send. They don’t have free breakfast but because we are Platinum Elite members, they gave us a $30/day voucher to use at the restaurant downstairs (each meal is very reasonable at $15 so it was perfect for two people per day) We parked on the street each night nearby for free so you don’t need to pay $30/night and park at the hotel. It’s less than 20 minutes (in good traffic) to Santa Monica / Venice beach, and not too far away from other attractions either. Overall I’d definitely stay here again! 4 stars and not 5 because the executive club on the 12th floor was closed.

The rooms were awesome! One of the best beds I’ve yet to sleep on. Loved the bathrooms. The pool was fun, my daughter and I enjoyed it. The orange juice from the restaurant was fresh squeezed and unforgettable. Close to the airport yet not noisy.

Great location and offers and free airport shuttle service. I was meet quickly by a well-kept and clean van. Originally, I was told the van runs every 25 minutes - however; on a positive note, it seemed during my departure - they were running about every 15 minutes. I experienced 2 different drivers and they both were not very active in assisting any guest or gender with getting their luggage on or off the shuttle. They stood inside, which requires you to do the heavy lifting and placing your own bag up into the shuttle and then they placed it on the luggage rack. When I arrived at the hotel there was a long line for check in, which moved very slow. I saw a variety of employee traffic behind the desk which for those in line were given hope that help was on the way, but no one stepped in to help 2 front desk agents. Seeing this repeated over and over left a bad taste in one's mouth - if an employee isn't able to pitch in when need, they shouldn't appear in the work area. The room I was given matched my reservation which offered a king-sized bed. The room was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The mattress was on older, and one could definitely feel an area that was worn down or sunken. They do allow pets - as I had a barking dog adjacent to my room. The hotel seemed to address the issue quickly after I called. Unsure if I would rebook a night again still weighing in on the pros and cons.

1 star because the manager, Cesar, was extremely rude, the room we booked wasn’t available upon check in, the room we were placed in smelled, the food was gross, it was extremely noisy due to construction in the parking lot, and the constant airplane traffic was loud as well Overall, we had a horrible experience. After landing from a 7 hour flight, we were exhausted and wanted to get to the hotel and go to sleep. We booked a king room to stay for a couple nights to start our honeymoon. When we checked in, they ensured us that we had a king room and handed us the keys. We got to the room, and it was 2 double beds. We were shocked because the lady that checked us in confirmed it was a king bed on a high floor. We went back downstairs to switch to the room we paid for, and they said they were out of king rooms. The manager, Cesar, who never apologized for the inconvenience, basically told us too bad and there’s nothing he can do to accommodate us. He had an extremely rude attitude and said if we don’t want two beds, then we can leave the property. This was absolutely shocking to hear. We have stayed at so many hotels, and this was our first bad experience with a manager. If you already planned to stay here, stay far away from Cesar. We took the room with 2 tiny beds, and the room smelled disgusting. We were also up all night because you can hear constant airplanes as well as construction nearby. We were told we could swap rooms on our final night here, but we would have to check out of our current room early in the morning, and leave our bags with the front desk until the afternoon when the original room we paid for will be ready. Do not stay here! Awful start to a trip.

I am writing a review here in regards to NU Car Rental which is located within The Westin LAX. I am horrified that such a reputable name like the Westin is affiliated with NU Car Rental. I was completely scammed by NU Car Rental and am now in the fight for my refund which I was told I had already obtained. Do not rent from this company, they are unreliable, offer deceivingly low rates only to cancel you last minute. It is not worth the hassle.

Airport hotels are a mixed bag. Westin Hotels can be a mixed bag. But this hotel was just what we wanted for a one-night stay before a next-day flight out of LAX. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The “park and fly” option was very convenient and the airport shuttle was readily available. The mild but pleasant surprise was an excellent dinner in the hotel dining room! All of the staff members were very welcoming. The only minor caution: don’t try to look out the room window because it looked like the outside hadn’t been washed since the 1984 Olympics.😉

I had the worst experience staying in Westin LAX. Many areas of the hotels are either broken/old or under construction. Hotel is understaffed. The sink was dirty. The room was missing blankets and sheets. I waited for 3 hours and got it only after i talked to a manager. I had to carry my own bedding from the lobby to my room. This hotel has poor security. While waiting for my bedding in the lobby, I saw a couple who was very upset because their things were stolen from the hotel room.

Hotel was very nice however under construction. The pool is also under construction which was disappointing. The rooms were clean, quiet and bathrooms large. Hot water did take 16 min to 60 to get to our room in the morning which was extremely frustrating. The Ballroom and staff were excellent!! The restaurant which is attached “ The Daily Grill had excellent food!! kudos to the chef here. There was a large bar in the hotel that was busy and the restaurant bar was busy. The location is very sketchy if your wanting to walk around but great for access to the airport and has a great shuttle. This hotel will only improve once renovations are done!

Overall, a great stay at a hotel close to the airport. You can get to LAX very quickly for an early flight. The hotel is large and the rooms are spacious. Good quality for the price. Parking is expensive, so be prepared for that. Also, there is not great lighting in the rooms. The brightest light in the room was in the bathroom and the living area only had one small wall light. Otherwise, I would highly recommend.

I was here for a quick overnight stay so it was a convenient, reasonably priced location for me and they have a shuttle that runs 24 hours a day. It’s not in the regular ground transportation spot but it’s not hard to find. There are signs at the airport for hotel shuttles up on the level where ticketing is. There are lots of different Marriott property shuttles but this one says Westin. You can’t miss it but you should wave at it so it stops for you. The hotel does have some construction going on currently but it’s not noisy and not too bad. The rooms are really nice and the layout is smart. Lots of workspace, a large TV where you can use your streaming services, a fridge and generous closet space are what you can expect. The view, is nice at night if you like watching the lights of planes. The restaurant had good service and they had vegan option. Yay!

This hotel is in major need of a full renovation. The hotel lobby is currently under construction so that's a start but it's a bit confusing on where to check-in. There is a ton of security on-site which made us feel a little uncomfortable. Elevators are very slow and dirty. The room was pretty old and dingy too. Carpet and windows were very dirty. Bathroom door didn't close. Also the bathroom light is on a sensor so if you go in there at night it illuminates the entire room and wakes up your entire family. Thankfully we only stayed one night before flying out of LAX. On the positive, staff was very friendly. Pack-n-play was provided and was very nice and clean.

We enjoy the Westin outside of LAX. Their shuttle service is excellent from the airport. Staff was accommodating and we really like that NU car rental in the hotel, we find it to be very convenient and we have had great experiences with NU. The four stars is only because they were under construction and the pool was closed, but other than that, it was a good experience.

The young lady who checked us in was Excellent! Her name was Tomisha! She was professional, kind, informative, and everything above. We loved her so much. The rooms were nice and clean. I love the shower heads, awesome. The only thing I did not like was the parking garage, they should have security. And our room location. The rooms only have one location for the elevator. So the walk is long. I enjoyed my stay.

I slept soundly on a very comfortable mattress, in a quiet room. There is a convenience/tourist shop on the ground floor that sells various goods such as floss, ice cream, chocolate, and other necessities. Parking in the adjacent structure is a bit pricey.

My second time staying here on business for a full week each time. Check in was just okay, no mention of any amenities, elevator location, pool etc... The bar service is not great but good accept both stays when visiting the bar there are the same two girls working on Thursdays happy hour time that are horrible at dealing with customers. No greeting basically ignored until I have to get somebody's attention to order food and drinks. After finally getting my food order in I waited about 25 minutes. After that the same girl that supposedly took my order came up to me and asked me "did you order food"? Seriously! Westin, train your employees to be professional and do the jobs they're hired to do. Who ever the bar / restaurant manager with the pony tail is should be replaced. He spends way too much of his time flirting and joking with the female bar employees while us customers are ignored. He would never work for me. Maybe he's the problem??

Excellent hotel. Located just minutes from LAX with shuttle running 24/7. Reasonably priced for a westin. Great front desk service. Got upgraded to the suite using my suite night award, which really made the last night of my trip. What a great suite. Very clean and roomy. Check pics and video. Great view of the city. The executive lounge was stocked with drinks, some snacks and coffee/tea. There was some remodeling going on on the 12th floor. But it wasn't too bad. Highly recommend.

Waited forever to check in. Had to request room close to elevator: couldn't tell hubby was disabled. Even though listed. Ordered food online waited 30 minutes go down. Mgr says of I didn't check orders. Waited more. Put sweet potatoes fries in a paperBAG guess what: big soggy expensive mess! Plus soups listed: don't have. They sure like to cater to bar guests though! They have 2 bars! Guess if your just paying to stay and don't drink your not super important.

A terrible experience at the "new " Westin LAX which has been refitted with the most uninviting and uncomfortable lobby furniture I have ever seen. The rooms feel more like a hard edged, cold Marriott property than the old Westin brand. Bed is still good. I got an extended checkout until 6pm because of roaches and mosquitos in my room BUT whenever I left after 11am the key card would not function because of the Marriott systems At $175++ a night it was really a 2 star experience. My last visit after 20 years of using this hotel

As much as I like staying at the this Hotel, there is a lot that they can do to improve their service. For instance, amenities in the rooms differs from week to week. The first week, I had a makeup mirror, on my return there wasn’t a mirror. Despite informing the front desk, there was no attempt to provide one. Second, your bar and its service? On my departure, ,the bar was busy and despite asking the Supervisor/ Manger Hispanic lady if anyone was taking orders from the outside table, she said NO! Although at that time she was delivering food to guests sitting at the bar. My experience with Marriott/ Westin is that staff/Managers are encouraged to go above and beyond! In her case she didn’t even have the insight to ask another staff member to assist. Very disappointed! On my next visit, I’m now choosing to stay elsewhere! Your staff needs to understand that every guest, irrespective of who they are must be treated the same.

As a Diamond member for Hilton I stayed here on my back from new zealand on a layover. Service sucked there’s no pool the bus you to a Marriott which is trash, the bell hop said they send everything to your room and when i called for waters and snacks they did they don’t send that to rooms? the AC didn’t work in the rooms and the happy hour means you drink the well liquor at a overpriced rate. The parking is overpriced, do yourself a favor and stay away. Please don’t have low level management respond to this. your. best bet is to have your employees try to come back with good reviews or have a low level management respond with you were under remodeling or some garbage.

It’s a Westin. Newly renovated rooms. Good location, wonderful beds. Yes the parking is expensive and the windows are dirty, but our party of 4 loved the two rooms that we had. The Hallways outside the rooms (at least on the 7th and 9th floors) are awaiting renovation. The Parking situation seemed ok — we had a good experience, however, it’s sad to see that other reviewers have dealt with break ins. I would be mindful if you’re parking your personal car. Overall, great hotel — I’d argue the best in the area. Will most DEFINITELY return. This might be the best value in LAX (especially if you’re not parking a car)

Service was great!!! I was here for a conference for a few days. The location was convenient for drivers and people who fly in. No need to leave the hotel for food or drinks because they have great options. I rated the service a 5 because it was exceptional. The location and rooms were good I just wanted to highlight the service.

Nice hotel, comfy bed...kinda small double if you share. Restaurant food is good, there is a bar in lobby and one outside Restaurant. Coffee shop with good coffee. Not much activity around the hotel. There is a shuttle from airport to hotel if needed. It runs 24/7. Pic of breakfast 😋

Overall I felt the hotel was basic and you can do much better for your money. The lobby was crowded, many people NOT wearing masks. One (or more) of the guest messed with disabled lift and the hot tub jets making the hot tub usable until they fixed it the next day. It would have been nice to isolate and watch the planes from my room but the windows were filthy. I had called ahead to confirm 2 bicycles would be available for me and was told yes if I was a Bonvoy member. When I asked to use the bikes, I was told told they were for airport staff only. Very disappointing. On the good side, check in/out was easy and the bed was comfortable. The hotel shuttle was easy. It is located in a great location for our purposes.

This was the second hotel on my trip and it was a clear upgrade from the first one. The rooms were big, bed comfortable, I had an enjoyable view of the airport, close enough to see planes come and go but far enough to not hear them. Shower had a natural rain feature. Overall pleasant stay

This place is totally phoning it in. ZERO in-room amenities, no attempt at even letting you know how to get decent food or drink, not even a bathrobe or an ice bucket. It's like a "ghost room". I expect so much better from Westin and would never come back here. And how telling is it that as I edit this a week later, nobody from the company has bothered to respond?

Omg. I'm a huge Marriott Hotel fans especially the Westin, but I WILL NEVER stay at this location again. If I could give it 0 stars. I would. Firstly my floor was wet in my room. They moved me (Eddie) was very pleasant can't deny that and he offered apologies. So I get a new room and it's not cooling. I had it on the lowest it could go. Only a piece of the room was at 62, where I'm sleeping was 69 which should be cool but it wasn't. My room was hot, sweaty, n muggy. Has to wait TWO NIGHTS to try another room 🙄. All of this is going on while Emirates was checking in and no one else mattered. I don't care how big a contract is you treat all your customers the same. You don't skip over customers and so forth. I was not pleased with this stay at all. I will say the staff that were exceptional and didn't treat anyone differently was Eddie, Natalie, and Noe! I'd give it 0 stars if it weren't for them.

Upscale hotel on Century Blvd about 2 miles from LAX. Sound insulated rooms keep airport noise outside. A free shuttle runs every 15 minutes to LAX, though it can easily take 30 minutes to get to Terminal 1 in the morning, so don't be deceived by the relatively short distance. Remember, it's LA traffic and you're near LAX, which makes it even worse. If you are driving, parking is $30 self park or $50 valet. Valet will only let you park in the circle for about 20 minutes to check in unless there's a line at check in and you grouse about the short grace period. FYI, there's a ton of street parking behind the hotel. It's light industrial, and looks sort of deserted on weekends, but there are definitely cars parked back there. YMMV. Bellhop service is good if you need a luggage cart. Ours provided a quick rundown of the amenities available on our way to the room and was friendly and helpful. There's a pool and spa on the third floor, and the rooms are decent, though I expect that the rooms have varying degrees of luxuriousness. Regardless, you should expect a clean room, a comfortable bed, hot showers with rain heads (pretty sure there aren't water restrictors installed). Towels are a not bath sheet size, but at least there are 4 provided. Shampoo is good for one head of long hair or two with short.

Property was clean and comfy , however Parking is $33 a night which is not included in the description . Checked in around 4 and notice our room was warm so we turn on the air before leaving . We came back to our room and the room air was not functioning. The fridge was not gettin cold either . So we changed rooms , and the second room was a bit more comfortable, however we stayed 4 days 3 nights and not 1 time did house keeping come to clean our room . So we called the office about 8 times before they answered for us . Once they answered we had advised them our room had not been cleaned since we check in , and at that moment they had informed me that they don’t offer room cleaning during the stay . They then sent a woman to our room , who made refused to come in and get any trash out of our room , or take our towels or even make our beds ! Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone . The service is definitely poor and And doesn’t match the price .

First off, if you're a Titanium Elite member or higher this is a must go hotel when visiting LA... Not only does this hotel provide immaculate service to it's Elite members but it goes out of it's way to upgrade you to the best available room upon your arrival. In addition, they ensure your stay is the best they can provide. Much different than more Elite hotels in the Marriott network of LA. TRUST ME, I'VE STAYED AT ALL OF THEM. The best service for the best price, plus some. Come Here! You won't be disappointed.

I had a bad experience during my stay at the Westin Hotel. It took me 45 minutes to check in at the hotel. I paid 33$ for my parking but there was not an empty spot for my car to park at the hotel garage. It took 30 minutes to find parking in the 5-floor garage. The parking garage was overbooked. And some of the parking spaces were reserved by third-party rental cars. I was traveling with my family. My family members were affected during this process. It took us 1 hour and 15 min to reach the room finally. The room was a complete mess. The sheets were not clean, the air conditioner was not working properly. The bathroom was not clean and we could see boot marks on the surface. Also, it took 30 min to checkout. We never had such an experience with Marriot before. The hotel staff was not responding well to the issues. Overall this hotel was very much disorganized and not properly managed.

So much to say, but for starters the Westin Los Angeles Airport is just 2.3 mi (3.6 km) from the airport and offers a free shuttle (available 24 hours). Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool or grab a bite to eat at The Daily Grill, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Other highlights at this upscale hotel include 2 bars/lounges, a 24-hour fitness center, and a fitness center. The comfortable beds and helpful staff get good marks from fellow travelers. The property is just a short walk to public transportation: Aviation/Century Station is 5 minutes away. Who could ask for anything more?

We came from florida and came to this hotel to pick up our rental. The website said to pick up the vehicle just need two proofs of picture verification i brought my passport and Id. However the lady assisting us was very condescending and rude saying they only accept id and credit card strictly. I only had my debit card but she wouldn’t accept my debit card nor offer any other kind of solution. Then while i was trying to see what i could do, without telling me she went and cancelled our reservation. Cause she felt like it. Never experience someone so rude. We showed her proof of the website saying passport and id is accepted and she said only international people can do that. Awful lady

3 star rate because it needs improvement. Queen beds are not the size of an actual queen bed. They don’t have noise proof windows so all of the noise from the streets can be heard, easily, from inside the rooms. Crazy because this is a hotel across the airport so one would wonder that noise proof windows was a must. Carpets are so stained it’s sad. Over $30.00 parking per day is just crazy Our bathroom had 3 complimentary bottles…body wash, shampoo, conditioner. But, the body wash was always empty. We needed to stay someplace where we felt safe so this was our pick. But, hopefully, we won’t need to stay there again.

The front desk worker was very helpful and nice. Restaurants in the hotel are good affordable. The room was clean and comfortable. Shuttle runs 24/7, which is great!. I will be staying here again and do recommend it.

Very nice hotel. Stayed one night. The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. We were able to leave our bags up front until our flight left that night. Free shuttle to the airport provided. Restaurant also onsite. Very close to the airport and close enough to catch a bus to go around town. Would recommend.

This is an easy to find and access location on the main drag to LAX. my sister used the hotel parking combo for a week long training trip. We ate at the hotel restaurant. The food was tasty and the service friendly. The parking garage was easy to find, simple to find a parking spot, and exiting was generally easy. We checked out at the desk. You can also check out your parking at a kiosk near the door. Just pop your card in the slot to exit. Car ahead of me struggled with that concept and was trying to tap to exit or something. Lol someone got on the intercom to help them.

First time at the Los Angeles airport Westin. Checked in and the we front desk girl was really nice and had s as great smile. The hotel is really nice and it is little older but definitely taken care of. There was a sign in the lobby saying the hotel is getting a “ new look” which will be really nice accordingly to the pictures. Checked into the room which was a corner suite that was Amazing! Bed was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi was good and the room was very clean. Will definitely come back next visit to LA

Stayed here twice already. It's my new to go to hotel when I'm in LA. I love that the parking has security. The staff were nice, I was greeted and helped very promptly. During the second visit, they ran out of rooms with 2 beds, which I reserved originally, so my family of 5 had to make it work with a king bed and roll put bed. The hotel lobby felt very welcoming and had an upbeat vibe with a nice bar. I was with my kids, so unfortunately, I didn't get to hit it. There are plenty of elevators that approached pretty quickly. A key is needed to use the elevator, which I liked for security purposes. The rooms were always clean. The windows need to be cleaned to enjoy the view of the planes going by. Overall, a good hotel to stay at near the lax.

They have a few kinks to work out when it comes to front desk customer service, but the Manager was insistent that some training could help to better relations with customers. We shall 👀 see .. Now the food in the restaurant was very tasty!! and the service (Stephanie) Amazing 👏 server. The guys outside when you pull in were on point! Love it! @the end of the day with all the Pandemic has turned upside down, I won't complain, I'd stay here again and again. Rooms were clean. Management great and we going to bounce back!

Pros: airport shuttle (runs frequently), clean comfortable beds, clean showers, close to airport, updated rooms, Starbucks downstairs, gym, quick check in Cons: none really. If you’re looking for a nice and comfortable place to stay close to the airport, this is the spot! The shuttle runs regularly and check in was easy. The view isn’t great from the rooms but it’s an airport hotel. Great for an airport hotel

Excellent customer service and management! This was my second time staying at this property in the past few years. This time was unexpected as I was sent here by the Fairfield Inn El Segundo which had unexpectedly lost power for several hours. It was late at night (around 145am) and the front desk staff was able to give me a room as a "walk-in" in this case that the Fairfield did not transfer my reservation or information as was hoped. There were a few issues with my room which I later brought to the staffs attention, but it was so late at night I just wanted a nice comfy bed to sleep, and I surely got such! It was a very spacious room and bathroom. I was able to enjoy breakfast at the Century Lounge as a Platinum or higher Bonvoy member. I reached out to the staff and management following my stay and they quickly addressed some issues and went above and beyond to solve them! This certainly made me feel like a valued guest and I hope to stay here again! It is very convenient to LAX with several restaurants within walking distance. Also there are always plenty of staff available to assist for anything. Thank you Westin LA Airport!!

The overall experience was below the usual standard of Westin. The service was below standard, pool was under maintenance, executive lounge was close and breakfast was missing In restaurant. They somehow managed with a restaurant in the premise but it wasn’t as per the expectation. Building is old and rooms need to be refurbished. Will surely not coming back here. There was labor strike and any of the guest hardly slept well as they were banging and shouting outside the building everyday at 3AM.
