    I have been with this group for yrs and really liked the way they were. Recently though they have become horrible especially with customer service. The call reps are rude as well as the practice manager. I had an appt scheduled and it was telehealth, they scheduled it as a hospital follow up and never called. When I called to find out why no call the lady on the other line was completely rude. I decided the next day to go to their urgent care because I really needed to be seen. Got there at 4 and they turned me away stating they were at full capacity even though there was only about 4 patients in the lobby. I have never had an urgent care turn me away, I thought that was the point of urgent care.The only thing they offered was to be triaged by a nurse but no meds would be provided. The point of going is to get the meds needed. Needless to say I will never go back to this clinic again. Run away and find another primary, trust me u will thank me

    These people will keep you waiting hours for urgent care and make you wait weeks for a doctors appointment. had to wait 2.5 hours for the ā€œonly urgent care practitionerā€ because they take long lunches. Then I came back after they sent me home and had me wait another hour only to be told to wait more. I only wanted an X-ray and I had to wait 4 hours almost. The doctors turnover seems to be high as they switched my doctor like 4 times now due to other practitioners leaving.I should have gone to the hospital theyā€™d be faster there. Which is a joke because this place barely is full and wasnā€™t when they kept me waiting. I left , this place is Disney world with lab coats. Nothing but Mickey Mouse work being done by the practitioners. The front desk staff is quite good and friendly. just unfortunate that the medical ā€œprofessionalsā€ act like amateurs. If only the medical staff could be like thier front desk employees, USEFUL. This place is awful and you guys should avoid it. Maybe it was ok a few years ago but as of 2022 stay away!! They are clueless and do not care about their patients. Coming from one of their patients since 2018, which I will no longer be as of today.

    I been calling all day to make an appointment and when they finally answer after 15min they hang up. This is not the first time it happens I need to go in person to schedule an appointment its ridiculous.

    Iā€™ve been telling a doctor there that Iā€™m depressed multiple times. He wrote me a referral for a therapist / psychiatrist that I never received in the mail. I called to check the status of my referral after waiting a long time for it in the mail to learn it was active. Iā€™ve been trying to make an appointment with a therapist / psychiatrist for my depression but no one picks up most of the time. When they do pick up they always transfer me to a voice mail. Who ever works at the end of the voice mail should be fired! They never return my calls. Iā€™m at the end of the line crying and praying they pick up but they never do. They only called me back recently and I missed the call. I keep calling back but no one picks up or calls me back. Iā€™ve been waiting to get an appointment since JANUARY! Itā€™s been 6 months. How long does one severely depressed person have to wait to get help. I can only imagine how many people they do this to. Iā€™m strong enough to hold on to life and get help, but I can only imagine other people who are at their lowest and canā€™t get help.

    I didn't have an appointment for my son who had a fever. The front desk customer service representative was extremely helpful. She was diligent with my paperwork and had us in quickly. The MD was bilingual as well as the PNP. Although I am bilingual too, it's very nice to have the option to use both languages. The restrooms were clean. The staff seemed happy to help. I've been here a couple of times and I've received the same quality service that I thought I'd take the time to acknowledge their hard work. It didn't go unnoticed.

    I tried to make an appointment by phone and it took 15 minutes just for them to answer. I have been coming here for over 13 years and the service was better back then.

    I brought a family member here to get Covid tested. I was soooo impressed with how friendly and helpful every single person was that I dealt with, and there were many. I made the call to ask about the possibility of getting the test done same day and the person I spoke with was amazingly cheerful and friendly. Then after arriving my daughter saw a nurse who she said was also thorough and kind. Then the half dozen staff members that were handling the drive through testing including security, paperwork, and medical staff were JUST as friendly and hardworking. I would (and may) choose this clinic for all of my personal medical care based on the treatment we received by their staff today.

    Absolutely horrible experience. My boyfriend had flu like symptoms (fever102 bodyaches sore throat )but possibly had strep throat, we were hoping for tamiflu or antibiotics depending on resultsā€¦ 1) was told urgent care doc wouldnā€™t be in until 2pm only to come back at 2 and the front desk staff said we should have been triaged earlier then come back.. we waited 3 hrs to be ā€œtriagedā€ only vital signs were taken 2) never once did they test him for flu or covid.. apparently the doctor said he didnā€™t see anything in his throat and wanted to order pain medicine?!? 3) supposedly doctor sent prescription to pharmacy.. apparently not.. Thank you for wasting our time. Absolutely horrible place and staff

    Went there to check a deviated septum I believed was from a previous motorcycle accident and to get a referral to potentially fix it. Doctor took a quick glance up my nose and said nope you're fine it's not deviated and sent me on my way. I was having increasingly worse breathing issues from before I even went there, it was why I went. I trusted the doc until it just kept getting worse and I couldn't take it. So I got a second opinion and found I had not only a very deviated septum, but also whatever a concha bullosa is and there was bone showing in the upper canal. Thanks for your total incompetence.

    My grandfather is a patient at this clinic. He had scheduled an follow up appointment following a hospital visit. Two days before his scheduled appointment they called to reschedule him for a day earlier, no problem. Less than two hours before his scheduled appointment the clinic called to cancel his appointment. They wanted to reschedule for another appointment 3 weeks out. mind you he had already waited 3 weeks for his original appointment. Extremely unprofessional; he will be moving to another clinic.

    I could tell you the same horror stories as the other patients here: "It was better in the year 20xx" "I had to wait hours to be seen" "they claim to have called me but never did," so I'll just leave it as this: the vibe of this clinic, and many other healthcare facilities past 2020 are making me consider my final exit. They'd sooner let me die of diabetic complications before they ever acknowledged something was wrong. Coming to this clinic makes me think about dignified dying options. EDIT: I had a caring provider today for the first time in what seems like years, Maureen Fleming-mullins. RE-edit: They lost my lab orders that I need for a referral and they dont know when they can recover them. I'd rather just kill myself now.

    My children & myself have been customers for over a decade. Dr. Wosk was my boyā€™s primary Dr. He was the best example of what a caring, loving & empathetic human should be. After he retired the customer service declined. My son had endured a sports injury after 3 visits & no immediate help we continued because of his pain level. He was finally referred to a sportā€™s specialist who diagnosed him with a knee fracture 4 months later. He is a now in a brace with 4 weeks recovery & no activity. Iā€™m a single Mom with no help. My other child has has lice for over a month. I keep treating him & doing my due diligence as the only active parent, but no one ever told me to treat every household member. I n ver received the knowledge necessary to be successful. Now I have lice. Iā€™ve been waiting at urgent care to get help & I was sent away due to a lunch break . When I called this morning no one told thereā€™s a lunch break from 12-2pm. Why call to inquire if no one is telling the value information needed? The manager is none apologetic & cares less about your feedback. Heā€™s short staffed & I just found out by complaining. Choose another healthcare provider because they donā€™t care. The ladies in front are not there to help they make continuous costly mistakes with no sympathy for the people. I believe your only as good as your team leader & after a couple conversations with the manager I see why no one cares.

    THE WORST MEDICAL SERVICE THEY CHECK YOUR PRESSURE AND IT GENERALLY IS VERY HIGH BECAUSE THE METER IS ALREADY FIXED, THEN THEY GO TO YOU TO WANT A BLOOD SAMPLE IN MY CASE I DON'T NEED IT I JUST WENT FOR A REPLACEMENT OF MEDICINE FOR THE PRESSURE, AND THE WORST THERE WAS NOBODY TO TAKE THE BLOOD SAMPLE, I WILL COMMUNICATE WITH MY INSURANCE AND MAKE A REPORT ON THIS CLINIC, THEY ARE THIEVES WHO ONLY WANT TO SCAM INSURANCE AND PEOPLE WHO PAY CASH.

    I am writing today to complain of the poor service we received from this centro mĆ©dico. Friday 09 December 2022. The front desk representative Jessica was extremely rude to my mom on her first visit here. I donā€™t appreciate this representative yelling at my mom the way she did, My mother was confused on how to fill out a certain part on the patient papers, and had a question. This girl named Jessica automatically chose violence, and start yelling at my mom telling her to fill it out and handed the papers over like 3 times but I canā€™t explain why Jessica couldnā€™t COMMUNICATE better without being so violent. This girl Jessica is racist!! I thought theyā€™d treat my mom better. other receptionist were so nice. They need to get this girl fired. My mom is Mexican, and does not speak English. I am not leaving this as it is. Worst first time experience for my mom. Jessica is no one to treat people this way, bad day probably? Why go to work and treat people badly. She made my mother cry, this is unacceptable.
