I signed in at 11:17 but did not leave until 2:05. I understand you all were short-handed and had a doctor come from Compton to fill in. It turned out he was the only one at one point until another doctor came on. Everyone was super nice and helpful so 2 stars are for the wait time.

The people were nice but the wait (almost 2 hours) was too long and when I did my physical at the very end it was a female doctor and a female observer asking me to pull my pants down for the hernia check. Get naked in front of two female strangers? Never in my life has that happened. Apparently there wasn't a male doc on duty so my options were to reschedule and have to come back, or just deal with it. I didn't want to come back.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. RUDE staff and always just on their phone. I had an appointment at 10:30 and wasn’t seen until 12:30. They stuck me in a room for an hour with no updates. I had to come out and ask how much longer and the employee was on her phone. Absolutely no respect for their patients’ schedule. Horrible experience.

The lack of communication and unwelcoming demeanor from the front desk is a horrible first impression. I had an appointment for a physical exam and drug test for a job application process at 1:00 pm and I arrived just over 20 minutes early. I stood at the front desk with only one other person for almost 5 minutes with no one saying anything to me, and then once I was helped they took the packet I was sent with and gave me paperwork to fill out. After completing the paperwork I went back and sat in the lobby until around 1:30 pm where I was told there was additional paperwork for me to fill out. I completed that paperwork and sat back down where I then saw person after person after person get called back before me no matter if they came in before or after me. At 2:10 I then had to ask what was taking so long and the receptionist went and checked where my file was and returned saying there was one screening ahead of me, mind you the individual came in after I did. I then sat for another 15 minutes before being called back. The only saving grace was the male nurse who assisted me in the back. Even the doctor came in towards the end and couldn't care less about me and asked more questions about the airport I'm applying to.

The worse place to be. While patients are getting frustrated from waiting so long, the nurses and front desk staff are just giggling and snacking. I’ve only came to this location since I had a really good experience over in LA location but this location seems to be not maintained very well. I’m not sure who’s supposed to be the head manager but they are wayyy too slow. Avoid at all cost

Horrible…. Horrible, the wait times are ridiculous. They don’t care about your time. It’s workers comp, so you have no choice. They always claim to be understaffed. They make the DMV look like a well run, organized company. And forget about calling and someone picking up.

I love the vibes of the doctors and desk people. It seemed a busy day and yet they still had good energy and hardworking prowess.

First time at Concentra, went in for new employment requirements. The experience was very efficient and I did not have to wait long. I have been to other clinics where they forget you're there. The staff was very professional.

Hours of operation are from 8 to 5. Don't plan ongoing to this location after 4 o'clock. You will not be attended. I strongly encourage concentra to change their hours from eight to four since they will not be admitting people after four o'clock..

Short wait, professional front office, PA Aaron was knowledgeable and caring, Xray tech (sorry, I don’t remember his name) was gentle and skilled. Overall a surprisingly pleasant experience. Thank you!

I've been there a couple of times for the same injury. The first time was spectacular, the second time my times and assigned doctor were mixed up. They have me scheduled to see the same doctor I saw on the first visit. So I waited around for an hour and was able to see the specialist. So it did work out but it was very confusing. Great staff, maybe the scheduling was out of their control.

Best experience I have ever had with Concentra.. the front desk ladies Diana and Andrea was wonderful very professional. And was helping every patient walked in with a positive attitude. The guy I forgot his name herber I guess was awesome very friendly and professional. I had a really bad experience with Anaheim and Santa Ana one

No sympathy. I went in because of a earlier work injury with a lot of shoulder and neck pain/discomfort. The doctor/nurse told me "it's normal, you can ask anyone here and they tell u that their shoulders feel the same. I left crying from their office that day Turns out it was Thoracic Outlet Syndrome.

I was booked for a therapy session. The day of the appointment I was told I didn't have an appointment. I showed the receptionist the confirmation text they had sent me, she left and cane back and said I don't know what happened but we can't fit you in. So I was stuck not receiving any physical therapy that day. She informed me she would book me for the next day. She never confirmed a time with me I never received a confirmation text. I call on Monday to see when I was scheduled for and she said I missed my appointment on Friday which i was never informed I had. Then she proceeded to say they don't have any availability till 3 weeks away. Bottom line the vibe I get is that they can care less weather or not u get the care you need.

Took a very long time to be seen. One of the ladies that calls you in had my name in her hand at least 5 minutes while talking and giggling with one of the other girls. 3 people got called before me that came after me. I wasn’t too happy after waiting over an hour and 15 minutes already. She joked about me having to wait longer than I should have. Very unprofessional. PA was great though. Very caring and helpful.

Best concentra. Very helpful but they are always in a rush to meet with everyone in a timely manner. They ended up not putting on the time they administered my TB test, but when I called them they immediately handled it. Thank you so much! :)

I came here to get my physical, drug test, and TB test for the job I was applying for and the process did take a while (there were some patients waiting so it made sense), but the staff members were pretty efficient. Some things I would hope they could focus on would be cleaning up a bit (I know this is randomly specific but I did see a spider crawl down from a door while I was waiting in a private room. Though, overall, I had an excellent experience.

From the moment I got there, even though It was the end of the day the staff treated me with professional kindness. They took it to consideration that my hand was in operable, and took the time to have someone still fill out the form for me even considering privacy for me. Even though it was after hours they did not rush the services and they did everything they can to make sure that I was comfortable. Herbert was exceptionally perfect with all of his services and Lindsay is a NP

The front desk staff at this establishment is horrible. They dont acknowledge you. They are just so rude! Ive been in the medical field for 30yrs. I starting a new job that requires a drug test. Chose this location as close to home. As soon as I walked in I wanted to leave. Place just looks dirty and like I said staff is less than friendly. The gentleman that took me back for the screening was great though. He deserves a 10. Otherwise this place is a zero. I would NEVER go back. Also expect to wait even if just a drug screening.

avoid like the plague. I waited over 40 minutes to be moved into an exam room and another 25 minutes sitting in a exam room, waiting to be seen. The doctor was in the room for less than 5 minutes. I understand they might be understaffed but this is ridiculous. My last 3 visits have been the exact same. If you can’t honor the appointment times, why have an appointment system? They don’t have any respect for their patients time. I had no choice but to come here for workers comp but if you have an option - AVOID THIS PLACE.

I had to do a TB test and arrived there right when they opened at 8am on Tuesday. Wait time was short, which was very nice as a lot of places, even right after they open, have long wait times. Came back on Friday to have it checked and was seen again very quickly. The only downside is that I was surprised to see this establishment still requires masks to be worn even though it has been proven several times over that masks do not have the ability to stop the spread of infection. In fact the type of masks they did provide were the little blue and white kind which have warnings on the box itself stating it does not stop or contain the spread of airborne pathogens. As a medical establishment I would expect that their staff, including several doctors, would know this knowledge and would make mask wearing optional, not a requirement. Since Concentra is part of a chain I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say that their requiring of persons to wear a medical device without being previously diagnosed as having a condition that requires a mask to be worn is them taking on the understanding and responsibility of forcing individuals to wear said medical devices. Even the president of the United States recently said on television there is no more “pandemic”.

Very bad experience with Concentra. The Doctor only spent 5 minutes in the room with me. He never got a detailed history of my injury. He never asked me about what I was physically able to do and not do. He developed a whole list of work restrictions without ever going over them with me and explaining how he came up with them. It felt like he already knew what he was going to do with me before he even saw me. And it felt like I just fit into a cookie cutter mold. I definitely do not recommend this place.
