We needed a Sports Physical for my daughter. Making the appointment online was easy with same day available. Cost was low. The nurse practitioner is kind and thorough. It was very quick and easy! I highly recommend.

I took my mom to this urgent care today. The call center squeezed us in. That’s the first good sign of all. At the site, I expected some prescriptions for my mom as she wanted as always. That’s my mom’s intention. The front and back assistants are very nice and friendly. The most impressive part is Jenny, the nurse practitioner, she is the best one I have ever seen. She was not only thorough on the patient’s care, but also try to dive in with us to find out what caused the symptoms. I couldn’t agree with her more. She made the decision on how to treat my mom, rather than giving her some medication as my mom wanted. also wanted to follow up with us in a few days. Carbon Health Urgent Care can take a pride on it. She is asset to the corp.

My fourth time going here! My favorite urgent care. Always in and out super quick! Even during the holidays i had to go in and it wasn’t too bad. Very caring and educated staff!

I usually go to the location in Yorba Linda but they were closed so I found this location! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel so welcomed. The facility itself is top-notch - clean, modern, and organized. My doctor was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns, providing thorough explanations and answering all my questions. Carbon Health in Placentia is hands down the best health center I've ever been to! I won't hesitate to return whenever I need medical care. Highly recommended!

In my both visits: Excellent warm welcome, excellent customer service,, smiley faces, good communication,explanation in understandable manner . Doctors,Nurse practitioners have good listening skills, they do listen what patients say. I really loved this place . God expand this place and staffs.

Making an appointment online was a breeze. I checked in 15 minutes before my appointment time and was seen within 5 minutes. The MA and NP were very thorough with my assessments. I felt heard and understood. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes! Thanks, Carbon Health Placentia :)

I came in twice for ear discomfort and both times everyone was very friendly. Dr. Jenny Lu was great and made sure to give me suggestions and references based on off my insurance. The app makes it really easy to input all your information and make appoints ahead of time.

The receptionists and the nurse, Jenny Lu, were so warm and welcoming. Jenny Lu was so empathetic to our situation and we truly felt that our concerns were heard. She didn't rush us, listened and took time to provide appropriate referrals to us that she felt would best meet our needs.

This place is fast and convenient. By far the best experience I’ve had with urgent care. Use their app! It’s wonderful! They are also kind and caring.

The entire process from making my appointment online to being seen at the facility was super easy and fast! The staff was very attentive, especially Dr Do. She has a great bedside manner and seemed to really care about my well-being.

I took my mother to be seen and she got in immediately. All of the staff were very professional and took their time with her. She was very impressed. and they made her feel very comfortable. I will take her back and I will be seen there next time I need medical attention.

Dr. Shumway is great . Being a doctor myself , really appreciated her explanation and the time she took for the appointment. Very thorough , detailed as well as crisp . Definitely appreciated the follow up she offered . Don’t see a lot of providers at urgent care offering that

Twice I’ve brought my husband to Carbon Health to identify medical concerns. Both times they diagnosed the ongoing issue, but also identified a separate, more serious issue, then prescribed successful treatment. The professional staff were knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. We made appointments convenient for us for each visit, including a third appt for a follow up. The first two were spot on time, the third required a 30 minute wait. I’m grateful to have them in our neighborhood.

This was my first time to Carbon Health Care. The girls behind the front desk were very professional and friendly, made signing in a breeze. Doctor Jenny LU was great. Like talking to a friend. I was very relaxed. Over all a very enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this office.

I went in with ear discomfort. The receptionist was very nice and quick. Paulo the clinician and Dr. Lily the PA were so incredibly helpful and so nice. They were able to help me with my problem and did so efficiently and in a timely manner. They really did a great job of making sure I was comfortable and the issue was resolved. I would rather go here than my own primary physician tbh after how I was taken care of today! Great care.

Such a wonderful and friendly facility. We are from out of state and my son had been feeling ill. Rosie took the time to call my insurance to verify. Our wait time was fast. Shortly Roberto called my sons names took his vitals and was notifying me as he wrote everything down. Asked for symptoms and went to get the Dr. The PA Lilly Tran walked in. Noticed all the basics was were well so she tested for any possibilities. Informed us of nearby pharmacies so that we may get medications. They were fast, thorough and friendly. I’m so glad we went there.

The staff is so polite. You really have a kind staff over there. They really take care of you. Making an appointment was easy. The appointment from the time you walk in and out was about an hour. We all know how important it is when you feel terrible.

I made an appointment before coming. I waited maybe 2 minutes and everyone was so nice! The dr was so nice and took her time. I have already recommended this office to all my friends I talked to after leaving. Thank you!

The place was far better when under the MedPost management. I had been coming her for a few years for quarterly physicals that are required for my martial arts school. Apparently they (Carbon Health) no longer provides general physicals for adults; only high-schoolers. The reason I was given..."that just our policy". They young lady at the front desk was uninformed, rude, dismissive and made no effort to assist me. I was in their MedPost system (because she looked me up) and, IMO, there was no valid reason they couldn't have completed this simply physical other than they simply couldn't be bothered to think a little harder as to how they could go ahead and service me. I don't recommend this location.

We did not have an appointment and the clinic was busy at that time. They were kind enough to take us in as my 5 yo daughter needed to be seen first before she goes back to school after having been tested positive for influenza A 6 days ago. Thank you so much.. we were out in no time after less than an hour of waiting which we were willing to do so since there were 5 people ahead of us.

The only negative is the Receptionist. Not friendly or personable. Shows no empathy. Made me feel as if I was bothering her. The Doctor is great. Caring and friendly. X-Rey tech very friendly and helpful as well.. 4.5 stars

The receptionist and the nurse were both very polite and very efficient. The doctor really took her time to talk with me. My eye was swollen and she did a very detailed examination. I really appreciate how kind and considerate she is. She is an excellent doctor!

Convenient to make a same day app. Super Clean and nice looking facility, doctors and Rn are very nice and informative. The only complaint was waiting for 20 Min. To go back for app. When I was the only one there, but once I went back I was out in 20 min. Close to many pharmacies and they will send your prescription ahead of time to your chosen Pharmacy..
