Awesome restaurant!! It was truly amazing, had a wonderful experience. The food was all really good, my favorite were the nachos! Drinks were flowing, I loved the Chilean orange wine Jamon Jamon! All the staff that took care of us were very helpful and kind! Atmosphere was cool, people from other tables engaged in conversations with us and it was dog friendly!! Definitely coming back here.

Came with my sister, I didn't know it was a vegan restaurant, but the Buffalo style cauliflower wrap was super good!! They have loads of vegan dishes! Would recommend!

This review is a journey. Please join me. I was down. I was discouraged. I was not myself. In need of some vegetarian fare that would nourish my body and uplift my soul. I my googled “vegetarian food that nourishes my body and uplifts my soul.” And cafe gratitude popped up. So I grabbed my card like key of my eco conscious electric vehicle and braved the traffic of Los Angeles to begin my veggie-centric soul quenching dining experience. Upon arrival I was seated in a beautiful shaded Al fresco environment. I scanned the crowd and it felt approachable, it was like the erewhon crew had a baby with Trader Joe’s shoppers. I liked it. Then my waiter, a strapping young man, who most likely plays does light commercial work as his true career came to my table and asked me what I was grateful for. In my state of despair I could not conjure an answer and he graciously said. “My friend, life can be tough but we at cafe gratitude are here to lift you up when you are down.” I said. “Thanks” He said. “Would you like to start your order?” I said. “Why don’t you pick me some things you love and let’s go from there.” And pick things i love he did. It started with the I AM DELECTABLE. A beautifully spiced corn rib with a nice cooling sauce. I grabbed this planty rib and nawed on the cobs and the flavor bomb started to take me on a transcendent journey. Next I had the YO SOY FUERTE. A Veggie forward boogie Crunchwrap and after I sank into that I felt stronger. I felt like my soul building its soulful muscle and spotting me through my fight with despair. I then finished my meal with an I AM CLEANSED. And I felt both my palate and my inner spirit being washed cleaned and renewed. After going on this culinary journey my waiter said. “Mi Amigo (that’s Spanish for my friend) how was the meal?” I said. “I AM TRANSFORMED. I AM GRATEFUL.” We then engaged in a teary eyed embrace and went our separate ways. Suffice it to say I AM BLESSED. I AM GRATEFUL. I AM CHANGED. Because of my meal at cafe gratitude.

Very creative, tasty Quiche on the vegan brunch menu. Also enjoyed the pancakes and smoothies. So much Love here- it shows through in the food and staff. Good celebrity spotting too at the Larchmont/Hollywood location. Brunch is served weekdays until 1pm. Excellent service! 🅿️ Free Parking lot

We visited Cafe Gratitude for a small lunch time snack and ended up having a cookie and some smoothies. We ordered the I Am Illuminated and the I Am Empowered smoothies. They were both really good and gave us the mid day energy we were looking for. The staff was also very friendly and the inside of the cafe was clean.

It was a great experience. I am Spectacular, Eclectic, Opulent, Enthusiastic, and many other things but those are the ones I remember the most and recommend. The cafe has a great atmosphere and a very open look. My friends and I were greeted kindly and we had an initial server that was okay, but she left for the day and was replaced by a server and he was fab! All the food is plant based which makes it easy for a "mostly" vegan like me to pick what you eat. Everyone was satisfied with the portions and flavors. Please do yourself a favor and get the coconut calamari. I will definitely be back, especially to try their other dessert options!

So glad I finally had a chance to eat at this location. We started with the Coconut Calamari as an appetizer which was so much like the real thing that we had a hard time believing it was made from coconut! It got a 10/10. For our entrees we got the kelp noodle salad which could have used more flavor (7/10) and the eggplant parmesan sandwich which was delicious (9/10). -1 for bringing out cold, stale fries with a $19 sandwich.

We got the chicken and waffles and the spinach quiche, all vegan. Our items happened to be gluten free too. Everything was delicious and very filling! Highly recommend.

Vegan staple and franchise with nutritious and healthy options. The menu seem to change by season but it can always count on wraps and bowls to stay standard and offer you simple but good tasting vegan food. The lattes and hot chocolates are great too. Dessert are raw and no refined sugar is ever used. I would not recommend the sparkling wines as it comes in a can. Prices are decent for the amount of food you get. Lots of good shareables. Metered Parking on Larchmont or in the lot next to the restaurants.

Such good and fresh products!! We just wanted something quick and easy and it turned out to be quick, easy and delicious! We paid $38 total for 2 after tip which makes it a little more than we wanted but definitely reasonable for the quality. Food made with love, generous quantities and tons of very appealing options. We’ll definitely come back often 🙌

Even for non vegans highly recommendable! Most probably one of the best vegan restaurants / cafés I’ve been coming across so far. For LA it definitely sets the new standard high - which is wild, fabulous just amazingly tasty. Have a look below it was just great ! A matter of time till you won’t get space there Very friendly service !

Okay so I understand this was a (hopefully) one-off situation because their oven was down. We did appreciate how they handled the situation with grace and offered to make up for the massive delay in getting our food so the 4 stars (I actually wanted to give 4 and a half for both service and atmosphere) is based on what happened but I do highly recommend this place as the food was delicious, the wait staff very friendly and accommodating, and apologetic. My margherita pizza was amazing but I think others may not like the sauce because I love my sauce super tangy: I know most prefer their tomato sauces sweet with lots of added sugar. We were given delicious complimentary salads with vegan feta that I would definitely order again. I am also kicking myself for not ordering my chai latte "dirty" as I needed the caffeine boost. The atmosphere I took half a star off because the music was quite loud and we asked for it to be turned down a notch which I believe they did but it was still hard to have a conversation- this may have been because we were seated directly under a speaker but regardless, it extended the time we spent taking up a table because we kept having to repeat ourselves. Also, because of the delay, we were very concerned about the 2 hour street parking meters so that's a consideration for those who want to venture out for some yummy vegan food. I did see as I was pulling out of my metered spot with 5 minutes to spare, a motorcycle cop giving parking tickets to some cars parked further up Larchmont so beware.

Great place. Avocado toast 100% amazing. Asian salad.. GROSS. If you get it make sure they take out the seaweed.

We did not know this was a vegan restaurant. We would not have chosen it if we had. We saw it and thought it looked nice and wholesome and I loved the name. We were very pleasantly surprised at how good our meal was! My husband is still talking about the grilled mushroom wrap he had. My daughters pizza was very good and worked well with my side salad. Beautiful interior. Very clean. Made you feel good to be there.

Very healthy and delicious options, the theme is always refreshing which is a nice change. Every item is named after an affirmation like “I am glowing, I am humble, I am beautiful, et “ we love it here! And the service is amazing 🤩

This was one of the best places we ate at in LA ! Absolutely LOVED it. Food was 10/10, vibe and service was also excellent, and wasn't crazy expensive either. Highly recommend the crunch wrap and Cesar salad.

Everything was great except the service. Just a little too inattentive for a 5 star review. No water bottle refill and waiter nowhere to be found when we wanted to check). It was not busy at 4 pm and there were plenty of staff. Maybe they don't like tourists dressed in collegiate football apparel (We are...Penn State!!!) or that's just how it is here...however the food came out of the kitchen rapidly and all at once which was nice.

This is our favourite *lets go out to eat* spot in LA. When we lived here you'd find us here several times a week. My favourite item on the menu is the Whole Bowl w/ avocado but I defiantly love everything, especially the tacos. My favourite drink is the lavender one and the cheesecakes are the best. I had to buy both of their books just to get to make the items at home now that we live so far away. The staff are always kind and personable. Cant wait to visit home again soon and come back here.

Bummed because I LOVE it here…. Just ordered a $26 pizza (it’s personal sized) and for some reason, the mushroom carnitas were burnt to a crisp. Charcoal broiled. The whole pizza tasted ashy and burnt. Such a bummer. I’ve had this pizza so many times before and loved it. Gross.

Wow! I am not an LA resident but this cafe alone makes me want to move here. My friend and I eat vegan and gluten free and we were so happy with all of the options and could barely decide what to get. We ended up with the açaí bowl, “chicken” and waffles, black bean burger and the cauliflower starter. They were all SO GOOD. I loved the affirmation names too. Definitely come check this place out! It will not disappoint.

This vegan spot is a culinary delight! The food is amazing, but the real star is their exceptional hot drinks. The "I AM GOLDEN" drink stands out, especially when ordered extra hot, making it a perfect choice on chilly days. Highly recommended for a delightful vegan dining experience with standout beverages.

Maybe they don't like tourists dressed in collegiate football apparel (We are...Penn State!!!) or that's just how it is here...however the food came out of the kitchen rapidly and all at once which was nice. Anyway, great selection for the Vegans and our meals were completely delicious and satisfying. For me, a non-vegan, that says a lot. I don't always leave vegan restaurants feeling satiated. Here, I was full and really enjoyed the cuisine as did everyone in our party of 5. *10% discount for checking-in on yelp was nice for the +$100 check.

I had the "chicken" and waffle plate. I'm not vegan, but the "chicken" (mushroom) was tasty and crunchy; I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very patient and understanding with us and were able to accommodate our group, which included children. I parked on a side street since their parking was full and very limited. Overall, it was a lovely Sunday brunch.

Love this spot! I got the elderflower tea (has a free refill!) and the Crunchwrap. Highly recommend this place :) Only reason I took a star off was bc some of the waitresses are super slow and inattentive.

Their fried oyster mushrooms are so delicious (they come with the GF waffle). Their "I am pure" salad is fantastic and even got the thumbs up from my partner, who's not as big a salad fan. The GF pancakes are hearty and not too sweet - very enjoyable. The GF tiramisu is the best I've ever had anywhere. Their adaptogenic tonics are delightful. I've dined here and ordered delivery- this has become my favorite spot.

Amazing place with super friendly atmosphere and delicious food! All dishes named with positive affirmations, the service was just wonderful! I can recommend the key lime pie, and the Indonesian bowl. We’ve parked on the street, but I believe they have a designated parking in the garage.

This is one of my favorite spots in LA. The wait staff are incredibly friendly, the restaurant is beautiful, and the food is always delicious and unique. Recently, I had a breakfast quiche (amazing) and a Ceasar-style wrap with fries. I highly recommend this restaurant. Parking in the underground garage seems to be very limited, but I've had good luck finding metered street parking even on a weekend afternoon. Bottom line: Can't wait to go back soon!

Cool vibe, cool music, extremely easy on-phone ordering and check-out process. Really good avocado. Everything here has a cheeky name. I had the avocado toast, it was really good. Thankfully they do free refills on their coffee. Great serving sizes too.

Great food and one of the best acai bowls I have had out in the West Coast. I also enjoyed their green protein smoothie. 5️⃣🔥

“I Am Overpriced and Under-spiced” should be the new motto here. Sadly have noticed that the quality of the food here has gone down significantly. Plenty of vegan and gluten free fare to keep your plant based friends happy, but expect to pay top $$ (prices on all their items recently went up $1+) for just a hyped up Hollywood atmosphere.

Love this place! Learning to go Vegan, and I'm very impressed with the service and food. Heather, the manager, is the best!

I ordered the margarita pizza and it was delicious ! I paired it with the Olipop orange squeeze soda. All around great service and environment. Easy to order from your phone or at the front.

  • 5/5 Ashley M. 3 years ago on Google
The Mucho bowl was fantastic. Perfect amount of seasoning. The 4 other items we ordered were bland The ingredients are fresh and from great farms, so a simple taste and adjustment of salt would have been adequate to have it taste good. There's plenty of healthy whole food vegan options

  • 5/5 Adele E. 2 years ago on Google
The food here was very fresh, filling and the service was excellent. I appreciate the ease of being able to individually order / pay for the food using their online system. Their menu is vast and I would recommend for this place for someone that wants a healthy, delicious meal
