My daughter had a wonderful experience with completing her physical at Carbon Health Eastvale. Making an appointment on the app is so simple and quick. Jane was so helpful and friendly during the check in process. Maripaz was also very helpful and had a pleasant demeanor. She met with the provider Heather and she was professional, friendly and thorough. No long wait times, clean facility and friendly staff. These are some of the reasons they are a 5 star location. I would highly recommend!

I had a bad fall and went to Carbon Health Urgent Care. I was so impressed with their offices and how efficient and professional everyone was. No waiting or anything!! I was scheduled an X-ray and was sent to their sister facility and was pleased with everything.

We love all the providers and staff here. They are all very friendly and extremely thorough. My whole family and a few friends are now coming here for their urgent care needs. They are very clean too and they truly care about you. Give them a try and I bet you will be saying the same thing. I’m just so happy I found this one

The staff is really nice! I walked in, thinking I was going to be able to use my university’s insurance for my visit and tests, but I wasn’t able to because my university did not renew their contract with the company. I paid out of my own pockets for the visitation and for the tests (the provider I saw offered to write a referral for another place to get tested that takes insurance from my university, but I turned down that option and chose to pay out of pocket and have my test conducted at this company instead); it was pretty fast. I was in and out for under an hour and everyone is nice overall. I had a pretty good experience and I recommend this place!

This is the very best urgent care I’ve ever been to. Everybody was so kind and caring as well as very helpful and listened to me. I was able to make an appointment immediately with no wait time, and when I arrived, I basically walked right into the clean exam room. The visit was no than 20 minutes. Great parking too. Yay!!

Took time off of work and spent $95 to come here after having a severe sore throat for over a month. No other symptoms. After waiting 45 minutes, the NP insisted it was allergies and refused to give me antibiotics. I don’t even have allergies. I went to another clinic that same day that prescribed me with the antibiotics that I needed and I had relief that same day. The sore throat was completely gone the next day. The receptionist and the MA were both friendly and professional. But don’t waste your time and money at this place for these providers

I needed a TB test urgently as part of my new hire requirements for a school. The Carbon Health website was super easy to navigate, I was able to set up my appointment quickly and efficiently, they also accept walk-ins which is great. When I got there I was greeted with kindness by the front receptionist and check in was super easy. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The office is clean and everyone I encountered was super nice! Highly recommend!

I recently had to go to urgent care and having Kaiser I made a search online for closest Kaiser urgent care near me. I was led to Carbon Health and was informed they now accept Kaiser patients for Urgent Care. This location was closer to me than my usual Kaiser location. I made an appointment on the Carbon Health App, and was greeted promptly by the front desk, and because I filled out my personal paperwork on the app prior, I was promptly met by my nurse and soon after that by my clinician. I was in and out for my concern within in 15 minutes. I felt listened to and will return in the future. I’m hoping Kaiser will open up Carbon Health for primary care because it was overall a great experience.
