You gotta try this gym! Been coming here for almost 10 years. Love the atmosphere and the people. It makes going back to a public gym impossible once you get used to the community here. It’s nice to have monthly programs so I can just show up and not have to think about what I’m going to do that day… it’s also incredibly nice to not have a wait for a squat rack!

What an awesome environment! Love the vibe, people & setup at Rise Above! This gym is where you want to workout if you’re constantly waiting for machines or tired of the distracting crowds at a commercial gym. You can keep to yourself and get in a great workout or make friends with the community that Brandon and Lindsey have created and have have a blast! Regardless, you need to check this place out!

I love this gym! A lot of places can be quite intimidating but this gym is super clean, welcoming, and reminds you to work hard! The space is large and there’s plenty of machines, squat racks, weights, bands, etc to choose from! A major plus is the easy parking and showers(!!!!). The owner is always so cool and I’m always looking forward to my workouts here. Thank you RAF for creating an amazing place to workout in OC! PS. look out for Walter 🫶🏼

I love this gym! Brendan is so friendly and welcoming to everyone who joins, there are numerous dumbbells and squat racks so you never have to wait for one to be free and the atmosphere is encouraging and uplifting. The location is easy to get to and there are always parking spots available right out side. They also have amazing merch for sale! Best gym ever! Special shout out to Corrie Gill who introduced me to this gym!

Rise Above has made such a positive impact on my life since I stumbled upon them less than 2 years ago. I’ve made amazing progress since starting here and continue to feel motivated everyday! The family community that RAF has created has always made me feel welcomed and is a great atmosphere to be a part of. I highly recommend this gym to anyone whether or not they are just starting out their fitness journey or have been doing this for years.

This gym/family/community has been exactly what I have been looking for throughout my whole training career! The care, the time and the experience I've had with each and every trainer there has been incredible. The knowledge they share with you between all of the trainers is amazing. I highly suggest this gym to ANYONE who wants to achieve their best self and more. They will bring it out of you! Hands down the best gym across the board I have ever been too. Came to RAF because my trainer Corrie moved to this gym and I absolutely love it! Not only is Corrie an amazing trainer she is encouraging and such an awesome person to be around. I have really enjoyed my time at RAF. The owner is super nice and down to earth and the atmosphere has been great. If I could give extra stars for their playlist I would!!!
