Expensive utilities and they demanded to hide all the things you have and keep it - not at the carport, not by the door, but in the apartment. Bike in the apartment, boxes in the apartment etc. by the reason they say “policy”, but why do you make policy against consumers convenience who paid rent - 2k a month, at least.

They don't even deserve a star...but had no choice but to click on it. This place Sucks. It's rotting and they don't care about people's health. So keep hiding the mold issue. If ever there is a lawsuit please notify me I will gladly jump on board.

Sandpoint is a nice community with professional, outstanding staff that go above and beyond to ensure customer service is achieved above and beyond! They are very knowledgeable and manage more than one community. Great place to live and close to the beach are added bonuses :)

If you are looking for a nice, quiet place to live, this is not the place. The neighbors' dogs are barking so much. some of them are barking at 6am in the morning and even at night sometimes. Others are barking when I go out, when I come back, and on the weekends as well. The managment's changing every few months. Never know whom to contact. Also, when you leave the place as your lease ended, you will never see your deposit again. You will end up pay them more. They come up with a bunch of fees and additional charges.
