The LVN was helpful and very nice, but Dr Wang caused us to lose confidence in this facility. We brought our child after refusing to eat for 5 days and being fussy and sleeping too much. We just returned from a 3rd world country. He check his ears and throat and then said he would issue antibiotics because our son “probably has a GI infection. We asked if he wanted to do labs, and he said he can but didn’t think of it. The antibiotic he prescribed can actually intensify to infection. Again, the Intake nurse was very friendly and amazing, but Dr Wang only cares about turning patients over quickly instead of the safety of the patients… even when they are small childre

Whenever I go or take my children, they serve me very well, quickly, and the staff is very pleasant.

Had a great experience here at this urgent care. Ana the receptionist, Dr Monica and fellow coworker Kathy are genuinely nice people and very professional. Great customer service. Med orders were sent to my preferred pharmacy and ready for pick up immediately.

Best Urgent Care!!! All staff are awesome!…Teri is super friendly, helpful, and kind to my girls, Kathy was super friendly and very gentle when I got my IV, and the providers Wendy, Dr Bembi, Dr Wang and Mike and Tom are very helpful and nice. All staff are amazing!!!

I've been coming to this office for quite some time and every single time I have gone into this office I'm always greeted with such nice staff at the front desk and the nurses that take care of me in the back are always so sweet and patient when it comes to asking questions. They do their best to help and provide you with the best care. They don't rush you out, they take their time to make sure we are taken care of. Vanessa helped me today and she was great! Wendy also came into my room and provided me with great care and provided me with information that was very helpful I really love this place. Thank you to all the great staff that work here.

Kathy and Linda were both excellent service providers and showed wonderful compassion and empathy for my issue. Kathy especially made the place very welcoming and Linda bandaged me up with the most gentle hands! They were equally such amazing people and honestly made it the smoothest urgent care experience I've ever had. Thank you so much for your compassion. You are both appreciated so much. <3

The staff is very friendly and the wait is short. Very good experience
