Steer clear of this location. They are EXTREMELY rude. I’ve tried more than once and each time it’s been horrible. They fell at the patients and are very condescending. The location is hard to get in and out of and they don’t validate parking. So if you get turned away and have to come back you have to pay twice. They are unapologetic or understanding. In the short time I went in this last time they had yelled at multiple patients. And I can hear the patients flustered. I rather drive 45 min to another location then this one that is 5 min from me.

I personally had a great experience with the staff, and I love that it's very digital, but there were many folks there who were older or needed help and seemed to be a little confused about how to use the check in systems. They were really friendly and helpful, able to accommodate my needs in a wheelchair. I was there about 5 minutes before my appointment time and wasn't called back for about 30 minutes. There was no seating available for most of the time waiting and people had to wait outside. We also waited for 10 minutes to exit the parking lot because so many people were struggling with the ticket system, there was a massive line behind us before someone came out to help them.

Go to any other quest location if possible!! This one is always very packed no matter what. Making an appointment makes no difference they do not call patients in order or make patients with appointments a priority. I waited 45 minutes for them to even take my insurance information and I had an appointment. Location on Painter is so much more organized and efficient.

If i could give 0 stars I would. They wanted my 3 year old and I to put on a mask. Yes a 3 year old. After I refused them to muzzle us they refused to service me. Good thing I didnt want to be there anyways. Lets move on people. Its ok to breathe air again.

Very friendly staff. I had an appointment at another location the day before, however they called that my appointment had to be cancelled because of maintenance. This was not what I expected, since I always go a week before my Doctor's appointment at which time we discuss my tests! So I tried getting an appointment before my Doctor's appointment but was unable to get one with enough time for him to get the results. So I went as a walk in and it was a relative quick visit. Taking elderly patients first thing in the morning was helpful. There were a few there when I arrived but thank goodness it moved along quickly. I've always had excellent service with Quest!.

Quest Diagnostics is such a joke. How are they allowed to work in the medical field is beyond me. You can’t get ahold of a live person over the phone to ask a simple question, you get to their facility and they don’t have a front desk, I catch one of the practitioners attention (cordially) as a guest is walking out and they immediately shift their body language to disgust, and walk away as I’m asking a question. The utter rudeness is unacceptable. Sad, miserable beings work there, stay away, go to Labcorp instead!

Lab assistant Blanca P was the best. She was very knowledgeable and assisted my In laws as new patients with the registration process and insurance verification. Thank you.

Priti was an amazing phlebotomist! She was kind, patient, and got my blood taken fast with no problems. At other places, it takes them a long time and they always poke my veins. I highly recommend to ask for Priti if you are coming here to have your blood taken, she is the best!

Worst. Our experience was very bad. Apart from taking a while to get served. The nurses are arrogant and do not want to answer the questions asked of them. I do not recommend it. First and last time I come to this place.
