This review is couple years overdue, but I can finally write it! If it's an emergency, sure, go here. Can't say I know many places open at 7am. But if you have the choice, go elsewhere. I was in so much pain when I went in I could hardly think, they did the whole high pressure up selling, and then spent over an hour asking how I was going to pay before even looking at me. I had doctors berate me for the state of my teeth because I couldn't afford regular checkups, and nurses making fun of me TO MY FACE because I was scared and in pain. One of them told me to start doing pot because I was scared about having 6 needles in my mouth! I've put off another dental trip for years because of the way I was treated here, and if it wasn't for this bad tooth, I don't think I'd ever go back to any dentist ever! You want to be treated with respect, go somewhere else.

As a first time dentist experience, as well as a 3rd consult my experience with Gold Coast Dental goes as follows: My first 2 Consults estimated $5,200 and $4,300 for a non salvageable out of pocket estimate tooth implant and was highly repelled. As Gold Coast Dental as my 3rd Consult: I Paid $3,000 for a full deep cleaning, as well as the PLANNED molar extraction, implant, bone graft and materials. As a 27 year old male, whos first experience with dental work, such confident Doctors Bryant & Geon not only SAVING me $1,000, not only being professional, gentle, thorough, through every cleaning and procedure, not only saving my molar with a root canal and a temporary crown without needing the originally planned extract and implant as well as only paying a total of $2,100. To summarize, I ENJOYED<-- this experience and trust these doctors completely and can now chew on my left side of my jaw after 8 months of large cavity decay and finally enjoy my meals. If you're scared of pain, if its your first time as well, if you're afraid of estimates, Golden Coast treats you like Royalty financially and professionally , I recommend them for all family and friends who want a quality, abundant experience like I did.

After my dad's second rescheduling I should of known to go to another dental office. When we finally got seen, not only was the staff rude, but they go super fast when explaining the treatment. These people are all about money and not for their patients. I work in healthcare, and this is not how we treat patients at our clinic. Please do better for your patients and not rush us into paying for something we are unsure of.

They cancelled our appointment when we booked 6 months in advanced. Literally drove an hour in traffic. Will be wasting another hour driving home. Also took over a year to get a dental implant in so I was missing a tooth for over a year and their office kept pushing the appointment. By the time we did the surgery the surgery failed because they said my gums shifted too much. Second surgery was successful but it took over a year and they have a constant theme of rude receptionist and pushing appointments or forgetting them altogether. Won’t be coming back terrible service all around.

I have been coming to this place for almost 8 years. I got my braces and continue to come here. The dentist and hygienist are very attentive. When it comes to financing you just have to be very careful.

"Awesome" would be an understatement to describe Dr. Bryant Nguyen’s professionalism and expertise, especially when it comes to dental implants. I recently had dental implant procedure from him, and the result was truly outstanding. Dr. Nguyen's expertise, attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort made my entire experience positive. My new implant looks and feels fantastic, and I highly recommend Dr. Bryant Nguyen for anyone considering a complex procedure such as a dental implant procedures or just a routine check-up, you can be assured that you will be in the hands of a knowledgeable dentist and supported by a wonderful staff. He truly excels in his field! Looking forward to my next dental checkup!

Worst customer service in the La Habra office. They make mistakes and then will not face you when you question them Update 6/28/2023 Today I was able to speak to the manager Grace from the La Habra office and needless to say, businesses need more people like her. She took care of my issue and made me feel heard. In face she changed my mind and my kids and I will be returning to their establishment. Tha k you so much Grace!!

The dentists are great, and some of the dental assistants, you can tell the unstaff in this establishment. I did have a bad experience and am still waiting for my copies for a cost that should've been covered with my credit line. One of the assistants took her time to put my crown molding and didn't clean the residue and left me pretty messed up for 1 month. After I finally came back, my crown should have been easy to pop off turns out due to her distraction with her family being services as she worked and wanted to make sure her family was taken care off beside the patients that day. The dentist noticed she used the wrong glue. 😬 so I pretty sure I'm not going back there again.
