Unfortunately, my daughter has gone to the doctors several times this past few months for the pain in her stomach she seen Dr. Moucharrafie. The doctor asked if she was crying just to cry. She kept telling her it was from her period. She didn't request any testing. She ended up in ER recently and her proper diagnosis is an inflamed left kidney. When a patient attends a doctor's appointments for the same pain in the same area for a few months you would think to look a little deeper at the pain area. She won't be returning. The ER doctor recommended she change doctors.

Great nurses. But the front desk 2 girls on the right didn’t even check me in. I took a photo of my son at 1:39- sat for 30 minutes while other people who walked in after were seen before me. When I asked what was going on after 30 minutes, she didn’t give me an answer so I told her I would reschedule. With my son’s health a priority, I cane back in to see what the issue was and she asked the other lady if she should check me in? This is the second time this has happened so I wouldn’t be as upset if it was the first time. You’re supposed to be able to trust your doctor office. Not deal with the stress of not knowing if you are checked in or not and need to change the rest of your plans around.

If I could do 0 for customer service I would. Since they changed system their service is horrible. I have to drive in to make an appointment . No one answers calls and left on hold and no answer. Their Doctors are great but this place with 1st point of contact has gone ⬇️

Definitely one of the worst hospitals I’ve been too. I genuinely feel like the doctors don’t care and the front desk for pediatrics don’t know what they’re doing. 3 times I brought in the same form with my parents signature granting permission for me to take my young sister in for an appointment, and all three times they said I wasn’t in the system. All three times I brought in a form and they made me re-due setting me back time. I always do my part and they simply aren’t doing theirs. How hard is it to do your job and do it right the first time. It’s absolutely ridiculous how it has happened 3 times. They don’t seem to be improving their staff and they clearly don’t care. They waste my time and don’t consider actually doing their job.

I took my daughter this morning to her follow up appointment. When I arrived the front staff ladies told me her appointment was cancelled and that they had left a voice message to to notify. When I asked her to repeat the phone number on the account she confirmed the last 4 of my child’s dad. So I nodded my head to let them know that was not my number. Then they go ahead and confirm the other number on file. But that they only called one number which was dad. I was so mad. I had to walk away before I became rude or disrespectful. Like what is the point of having two numbers on file if they’re only calling one? Unfortunately I’m the parent that lives 50 minutes away and It sucks my daughter was late to school for no reason and that I was late for work too for no reason! If they would have called both numbers on file I would have avoided having a bad morning! The staff is poorly trained!!

They cancelled an appointment that was schedule for more than 2 months, the day prior to the appointment called to cancelled it, I re-scheduled it for later the same month and they cancelled it at last minute, they didn't even call they just sent a direct voicemail, I've tried to call back and they never answer. So dissapointed.

I work mon-fri so I can only go to the doctors on Saturdays. This is the only place near my house that is open on Saturdays. Called to make an appointment on June 28. The only available date was Saturday July 20. The doctor was kind and patient. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. I experienced no problems. I will be returning.

I've been going here for years. Their building is beautiful and well kept up. I tried two other doctors and their buildings were like matchboxes compared to this one. The doctor I have is very very friendly and professional. What I love about this facility is they have a place to do your Labs right there on site so you don't have to go anywhere else.
