This place is huge. Great events. Love the exterior murals

Not a well maintained place. We've been here multiple times for various concerts. It feels like a cheap location. The seats are cheap and uncomfortable. The security is iffy. The bar is very overpriced. The toilets deserve a special mention. They were overworking and very dirty. I saw women forced to use men's restrooms because theirs were very dirty - the men's weren't clean either. Parking is also horrible and the traffic flow is not at all well managed. It can take upto an hour to even get into the parking lot.

I don't know how to rate this arena. If I'm rating the workers, the people who work here.. 5 Stars, but the venue is Extremely Old. I mean from the 70's/80's. They're trying to keep this place alive but it's time for an upgrade really quick. They try and mask it with objects and glitter but she's still an old piece of history.

So it was very familiar to recognize and appreciate his work immediately.

Recently, my family and I attended the Disney on Ice show. Overall, the performance was enjoyable; however, the seating left much to be desired. The chairs appeared worn, with faded paint, making it challenging to clearly see during the show, as late comers would be blocking view trying to find their seats. Additionally, the seating arrangement felt cramped, leaving us with a sense of discomfort throughout the performance. Moreover, the high cost of food and snacks was a notable downside. The prices were exorbitant, negatively impacting the overall experience. It would be beneficial for the organizers to consider more reasonable pricing for refreshments. Another aspect that could be improved is the parking situation. It would enhance the event experience if parking were included with the ticket purchase. This could alleviate the inconvenience of having to pay separately for parking and streamline the overall logistics for attendees. In summary, while the Disney on Ice show provided entertainment for the family, addressing concerns such as the worn seating, tight arrangements, overpriced refreshments, and separate parking fees could significantly enhance the overall satisfaction of the audience.

We took our granddaughter for Disney on Ice last night. Now I know why the tickets were so much cheaper than other venues. I know it’s old but it needs a lot of work. A lot of the seats are broken and you have to sit in a folding chair. Electrical cables are everywhere to trip on. They don’t have enough bathrooms.

Arena is Ok but they have pathetic arrangements like you will have really hard time to find and use restroom specially if you’re here for some concert. Management should install proper sign / directions for basic services like water station, restrooms, access points to upper level, arena and ground, entry , exit etc.

Great venue for any massive event. Huge parking lot on 3 sides of the building. Easy access to freeway.
