Super tasty cookies, friendly employees and extremely clean inside!

These aren't the typical cookies you get at the mall or from your normal bakery. These cookies are decadent; they are meal replacement cookies... the weight of one could knock me out if it was dropped from a building. I have a sweet tooth and it takes me about 3 or 4 tries to comfortably finish one. That being said, the favors are nicely balanced and they aren't too sweet. The outsides are crips without being hard and the insides are buttery with a nice chew. They also store well in the refrigerator and reheat perfectly. My favorite part is that they have rotating flavors so the selections are always different.

I recently visited Crumbl Cookie in Diamond Bar and while their selection was somewhat limited, the flavors we tried were absolutely delightful. We opted for the 4-Pack featuring Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk, Strawberry Crumb Cake, Original, and Chocolate Cake cookies. Each one was a delectable treat, bursting with flavor. However, what truly stood out was the personalized touch they added to our visit. The baker kindly gifted my nephew a baking hat, allowing him to be a part of the cookie-making experience. This thoughtful gesture enhanced our overall visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend Crumbl Cookie for their delicious treats and exceptional customer engagement. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcomed throughout our visit. However, one thing to note is that there isn't any seating available inside the establishment. If you're looking to enjoy your cookies on-site, you'll need to head outside to find a place to sit. Despite the lack of indoor seating, the exceptional service and mouthwatering cookies still make it a worthwhile stop for any cookie enthusiast.

3.5/4 stars because they aren't superb but I did thoroughly enjoy the Smores cookie. The peanut butter cookies are also very good. Still looking to try more flavors The store is always clean when I visit and the employees are usually extremely helpful!

Seriously the best cookies I have literally el!! I really do not know how they make them this good and soft and delicious! I’m so happy a location open up just minutes down the road from us! Will be going there all the time! Also absolutely love how the cookie menu changes ever week, so fun!!

Crumbl Cookies are always good! The weekly flavors change to give you a variety of cookie flavors! I got the Cookie Butter Lava cookie!

Everytime I come, I have an amazing experience. Staff is always very welcoming, and cookies are always freshly made.
