Normally I don’t review nor rate things, but this hotel needs a significant improvement… For the rates in the area it seemed fair but we ended up leaving the hotel in the middle of the night because loads of bed bugs were crawling everywhere. And when we demanded a refund, He tried to rip us off with only giving back 2/3 of our total amount.

Do not book this place unless you have absolutely no choice. The place has a lot of bugs. I had to check out within 2 hours of checking in because i got bitten by multiple bugs while trying to sleep. I made a mistake by not checking the Google review instead I checked the booking.com review which is absolutely garbage. Not recommended at all.

Not a very attractive hotel, could do with a major makeover. For the price though in a good location, it’s a bargain. There’s a Starbucks opposite, the rooms are clean and the welcome is warm. Hollywood is ten minutes away and the neighbourhood is safe. I’d stay again just for the location

It's a little older but that's expected it's Los Angeles. I tend to like this oneespecially the owners are very kind and let me check In early too. I love how big the rooms are and fge price and location near Miracle mile is definitely a good for this

The price they quoted was $130. NOT the price listed on Google Maps. In fact, 130 is ABOVE the price of the other motels in the area. And… When I mentioned that to the gentleman on the phone… He hung up on me… You know what word I would use right now to describe that person… seriously don’t go there.

The room have roaches and it has a horrible smell I wouldn't suggest this spot for a stay once you see the room you're gonna want to leave

I stayed here a few times in the last week so I didn’t check the beds but after laying my kids down and then me and my husband we were itching nonstop I ripped the blanket off my kids to see bed bugs all over the bed in and out of the pillow cases the sides of the bed all over the bed we were covered in bed bug bites we arrived at 12:45am and left at 3:28 am. My kids are traumatized and we are homeless so we’re sleeping in our car instead of paying for another hotel for a few hours. He knew we had kids and refunded us immediately because he said the problem was in other rooms as well.. I wish I would’ve red these reviews and I wish I would’ve checked the bed. My kids have brain diseases this is devastating right now

Room 42, the one I stayed in has a balcony with a door that has a large gap at the top. It is uncloseable. And after checkout, my friend noticed they had several bed bug bites. I emailed the hotel immediately after seeing the bites myself, and they did not respond. I attempted to go through the company I used to book this room, and they refused to give any sort of compensation. This place is definitely not worth the money saved

The TV was not letting me play my game. It would connect but with no sound. Then it wouldn't even work with my firestick. It's a good location it needs hardwood floors in smoking rooms instead of carpet. The pool should be opened and not filled in. Dressers are old no one uses them. Just get tables instead. Saw a couple roaches but their everywhere. Need new curtains up. And the bed was kinda squeaky can have a better frame. Overall stay was ok for the the price.

Hate the outside colors but I love the rooms. I had a huge room. It was clean. The office worker was cool af. Good price too. Have nothing bad to say. This is still a 2-3 star motel so don't expect much. Bez are comfy

When this business finishes their remodel this will be 5 stars easily. The staff is very kind and professional for a family run establishment. Offering a 11am check out, low deposit, optional smoking or none smoking rooms, a unique floor plan and a beautiful remodel sample entry way of what the hotel will look like. The beds are not the best but not bad either. The interior of the rooms is that traditional 90s style design that is never going to look good and has to go. They have cracks and holes and damaged ammenties that need attention and the only guess I have why the renovation is taking so long is because of the brand new luxury vehicle. Poor spending habits Overall my experience here was great and I'd stay again

Stayed here for 28 days straight. Location wise, great for good food (Starbucks across the street as well as ice cream shop, donuts, tacos, liquor store, etc. Also 24 hour McDonald's a few lots down and target ECT. About one full block away. But police traffic is heavy. They're looking for people to mess with and usually find them. Usually a crazy or two lingering close by. Price is good. Rooms are suprisingly large, a bit outdated and wall color is that weird burnt yellow color but bed was comfy and clean. Maids are nice and do more than most. Parking is usually a little difficult on weekends. They're strict about bringing bikes, scooters to your room, oh and no visitors. Nice staff for the most part. Smoking and non smoking options. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING ONLINE. I've tried multiple times to rent as a walk up with no avail but after booking online, it was no problem. $100 a night except weekends it's 130) but overall worth it if your trying to get something in that price range.
