It really wouldn’t be a bad pool for kids if the pool staff would reinforce ALL of the rules vs just a few; profanity, vulgar language and horse playing in particular. Sure it’s in a hood area but that doesn’t mean the staff should allow certain behavior at least in the pool area where it CAN be controlled. I’ve been observing for the last few days and it seems the same group of rowdy boys are allowed in the pool with the same horrible behavior. People and staff aren’t in consideration of all the little ones and parents that are forced to tolerate such disgusting behavior from the older kids. NONE of the staff reinforce the rules or they’re afraid to reinforce with these kids. The boys are constantly bothering the girls and there’s way too much dangerous wrestling and horse playing going on!! Out of three days of attending and observing I have yet to hear or see a pool staff member talk to the kids about the strong filthy profanity. It’s really unfortunate because it’s simple...talk to them about their filthy language and horrible behavior. If it continues, make them leave the pool and when and if the same kids return, they shouldn’t be allowed in since they cannot behave and abide by the rules. It’s really disgusting how these kids are allowed to act and none of their parents are around. I see them picking on and threatening other kids as well. Smh the staff really should make more effort to get this under control. Staff are too relaxed here and us parents risk getting in altercations with others because we end up having to say something to these kids about their behavior because the staff refuse to. When someone gets hurt then you’ll want to try and implement or reinforce rules but what about PREVENTING?! Every other word that comes from these kids mouths are just filthy and disgusting! It’s extremely disrespectful

This is my childhood park that I can remember as a preteen in the office signing up for sports . At the time softball was my choice and made head pitcher for the team. Sign ups were from baseball, basketball and boxing at the time. Green Meadows also had a program with kids and activities. With three different separate jungle-gyms and all sand pitted. A small work out section pull ups and sit ups. Green Meadows has two baseball fields for game day. A large enough field for every Sunday a soccer game is being held. I'm thinking by an organization because it's grown men. Green Meadows has so much sport activity open to public for instance the tennis courts and the hand ball courts. Beautiful big old trees that cover some parts of the park with shade. Lots of picnic tables and benches to relax and take a breather. BBQ pits are available. Saving the best for last, the pool. The pool has its own activities and programs. To become a junior lifeguard or swimming lessons. Training. Loved it. Green Meadows has a parking lot. Public restrooms available limited time.

It's a nice place. It's place for the children to play there's basketball courts there's tennis courts and there's a handball court. But what the shame of it is a lot of us in our community we don't use this park enough nor any of the parks we don't really use them for what they are intended for. But they are nice places to play bring your family and walk around after work.

After renovation, baseball field is looking great. Police are there during kids' practice. So feels pretty safe.

Beautiful neighborhood park. It must have been twice as nice before they took over half of it to build the adjacent high school.

I only went here to get a COVID test. It's the 2nd time I've been. I like it because there is ample parking and it is easy to see & find. The people running the testing there are extremely courteous and polite. While I was there to test, I asked if I could also get my first vaccine shot. They asked me some quick questions and were able to register me on the spot. The woman who administered the shot is quick and painless! It was a pretty seamless experience!

Its a small park great for the afternoon. There a lot of rude little kids, and a lot of homeless people but if you want to come here stay in your own little place and you should be fine.

Small park.. Pretty ghetto.. Go somewhere else. Don't let your kids go there by themselves.
