My first time at The Stuff I Eat and I am so glad I made it! Mr Davis, Chef Babette’s husband, was there and was so fun to talk to and knowledgeable!!! I had the Organic Nachos Salad (I added sour cream and jalapeño), with the cranberry lemon cheesecake, and the beet lemonade… WORDS are not sufficient for the bursts of flavor and how good these were- Plant Based??? Really? The cheesecake was raw and I will stand it up against The Cheesecake Factory’s… Thank you Chef Babette and Ron Davis for your commitment to excellence in food in our community! Regards, all the way from Austin, Tx

It's a really nice spot and you don't feel awkward eating there alone. The Mac n cheese was my favorite - so good!

I was super impressed with the vegan nachos I had! Very flavorful and spicy, even without beans. The sauce was so tasty and the tortillas had a nice flavor. I also added the tofu, which I never used to eat, and I loved it! The staff was friendly too. Such a nice quiet area and the art and ambiance was lovely!

Food is delicious and staff is friendly. However, prices are high. Also, it takes a while for your food to be prepared. Definitely not fast food. If you can afford it, it's a good place to eat. (Nut burger $20 in pic)

Delicious food! Clean eating with some down home soul food vibes. The ambiance is warm & inviting! Not a speck of dirt in this place! Highly recommend the enchilada pie and the vegan soul food plate. Honestly everything looked amazing. Countless orders for their burrito & nacho salad passed by us. Non stop business, food prepared as you order by the friendliest staff who constantly clean and greet customers! The owner pictured below sharing her diet faves looking fab & fit at almost 60.

The only vegan place for my palate. I'm not vegan. I have meatless days. Sometimes I want good food on my meatless days. These days bring me to Stuff I Eat. I used to live closer and could frequent more. Now it's a treat to drive in and get my favorite things. They never disappoint.

I had the lunch burrito. It was loaded with lots of flavor and texture. Amazing burrito! However I also purchased the blueberry cake. They have them sitting on the counter. Unfortunately they had very little lighting inside so I couldn't actually see that well. I opened the desert and this foul smell came out. It smelled like spoiled/rotten milk. I took a bite and it was so nasty. This has been sitting out way to long. I don't trust any restaurant that dosen't monitor things like this. All this could have been rectified but you can't get a hold of anyone. I wouldn't recommend any cake dessert.

OMG! SIE!!! My digestive system has been craving STUFF I EAT. Today after running all my Covid-19 errands and after being in the house for 4 weeks straight, I treated myself and they had the BLUEBERRY COBBLER Y'ALL. Let me tell you, THIS.....IS..... THE.... BUSINESS.... FOR SURE!!!!! After each bit I had a moment and while chewing I had to close my eyes and savor each chew and smack. THANK YOU CHEF B!!! PS I would've taken a pic but I ate the whole thing!!!

I found out about this place from a raw food friend of mine who was searching for a place where I could eat while visiting family in LA. Now each time I travel to LA this is always one of my first stops. I have taken several people, even ones who are not vegetarian or vegan. Everyone need exposure to good healthy food prepared with LOVE! The food is OUTSTANDING

Visited here three (3) weeks ago. Hubby found this place and wanted us to try it. The cashier was helpful. While we were waiting on our order. One of the workers came to quarrel with the cashier. Apparently an elderly couple were served twice. Now, you all couldnt handled this different? Go in the back have your discussion or argument there. Another gesture give the couple the meal on the house, if it could be done. That was very unprofessional and our first time there. Not a good look. The food is a lot. A bit pricey. Different things to sample, has variety. Mac n cheese was good. Candid yam was a bit sweet. Hubby mentioned was ok. Not sure if we will try again but good to know what is out there.

I enjoyed my beet lemonade I brought 2 of them. and the split pea soup was awsome. The blueberry cake was a hard funny tasting brick. Calling it a cake is drastic overstatement at 11$ a slice it is waste of money in this time when money is tight. should be taken from the menu until you do better.

Food and service was excellent. I gave 4 stars because the tables and decor were very drab. Not inviting for dining in at all. Nice pics on the wall, but the restaurant overall needs a bit more pizzazz.

The food is fresh, healthy and full of vibrations. Their menu is fairly simple, and my girlfriend ordered the nacho salad regular while I had the sumethin' sumethin' - a mix of black beans, wild rice, seasoned tofu with cole slaw, nontuna and a salad. Both were delicious but tasted fairly similar; one with chips and one with tortillas. Both were tasty, not overly salty and seemed healthy. I love the staff and the wonderful owner's energy. Can't say enough good things about Stuff I Eat!

Great food. Its hard to find good vegan soul food. Black eyed peas was my favorite. It is a bit pricey but honestly most good vegan spots are so not complaining too much. Not to mention the staff is friendly and has chill aesthetic to it.

I have turned non-vegans into believers with their food. I am not vegan; however, it is still a place where I enjoy the food and don't feel guilty. They give you plenty to eat, so you will not still be hungry afterward.

My faaaaaaaavorite vegan spot, for yeeeeears!!!! Beautiful Chef Babette is tha biznassss!! Always excellent customer service by Danielle and Babette💜💜💜. When Babette ain't there, Danielle effectively runs the show and she's soooo sweet🥰. Now the food. OMG!!! I looooove that Babette makes deeelishis Vegan food WITH REAL FOOD! Her menu isn't filled with "fake meat subbies". EVERYTHANG is tasty, big servings and worth EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR SPENT AND MORE!!!! The nut burger has been my fave since its inception. Everything on the menu is absolutely delicious, filling and very satisfying. Oh!! ...And did I mention the vibe there?? VERY VIBE-A-LICIOUS!! Dope art, great music mostly by indie artists, SUPER-DUPER CLEAN!!! aaand for ppl like me who dont like eating around animals, have no fear cuz MOST patrons who dine at Stuff I Eat don't bring their animals with them, so it's a hygenic dining experience 99.99999% of the time (before the animal frenzie hit the hood, it was hygienic 100% of the time!!). I've been dining there for yeeeears and only seen an dog ONCE (when there was outside dining). The other customers there are usually sweet too (Vegan and non-Vegan) and u meet wonderful brothas and sistas there. It's just a great place to eat, vibe and relax!!!! Stuff I Eat will FOREVER be my fave Vegan joint🤩🤩🤩

Husband and I enjoyed the Organic Nutburger this afternoon for lunch and it exceeded our expectations. OMG! It was delicious! Absolutely delicious! It was also very large and a complete meal, coupled fresh salad topped with an authentic dressing and well seasoned potatoes. Needless to say, the experience was well worth the 40 mile drive and we enjoyed every minute and look forward to our next visit to Stuff I Eat. To the owner & employees at Stuff I Eat, thank you for serving delicious food! 😃

Instant good vibes from the moment we walked in, but the food is truly outstanding. I had the jerk tofu, and from the size of the pieces ,to the sear, to the seasoning it was well crafted. I also had the lentil soup which was fragrant and perfectly spiced. We got the soul food sampler with the spinach, kale, BBQ tofu, sweet potatoes, potato salad, slaw, and cornbread. My vegan friends in the Lord, these are the greens you have been waiting for.

Very good vegan soul food! I've enjoyed it so much! All no refined sugar!!! Loved the soul food platter with tofu bbq, corn muffin, and banana pudding. And refreshing beet lemonade, I couldn't take better pictures because I forgot and already started to eat it...recommend this spot.

I live in another county and have been waiting to eat at the restaurant. It owes me nothing. I loved everything. The enchilada pie was so good. My mom made it, but of course, it was not vegetarian. But, omgoodness, it was excellent. I also got blueberry cheesecake, oatmeal raisin cookies, and lemonade beet juice. You all go support.

I enjoy coming to this restaurant 😋. They offer a lot of vegan food options that taste really good. They service is excellent, and staff members are top-notch. I recommend that if you're looking to try something different and want it to be vegan, go check out this place.

Black owned vegan eatery. Amazing customer service. Soul food with a healthy twist. Beautiful atmosphere and nice people. I suggest the kale greens with any dish, lol. They were great.

The vegan soul food sampler was very good. The greens, coleslaw, and yams were my favorite! My teenager who is not a vegan had the burrito and said it was amazing. My toddler was particularly happy with cornbread and mac and cheese. The desserts were very rich and each of us could only eat a few bites. We were all really full and still had food to take home

Owner is amazing and a total inspiration. She's super sweet and gorgeous. Body is banging like Meg the stallion. Im a meat eater but maybe I need to revisit this vegan idea. If I can look like HER!!!

Stopped in for lunch with friends. This place doesn’t look like much from the outside. My friends recommended it and it turned out to be great! You order at the counter and food is delivered to your table. I had two kinds of their veg tacos - rice and rice + tofu. Both were great. I’m not a vegan but would return for the quality and value.

First time here. VeryNice lady in the front, great flavor on the sauce, I asked for no rice in my lava burrito. Took a little while to get my order. There's rice! I returned,.lady was nice about it. However I waited another 30 minutes to.get the second plate. So pretty much 1 hour altogether just waiting for food. Got a free slice of pie because they closing. Great place but wished that if they messed up your order, that they place priority in making it.
