First off I love this place I come here with my wife but after today we won't be coming back for a while, I love there soups but after this meal it shocked me that they are serving a smaller portion but using illusion to make it look bigger and charging more for less the pictures speaks for it self

This is a surprising one. I don’t typically eat vegan but I was feeling the need to eat particularly healthy so I thought I’d try this spot out. I have to say it exceeded my expectations. The server told me that their vegan fried chicken and pancakes were popular so I went ahead and ordered that. The chicken had some really good breading and texture to it, you could barely tell that it was vegan chicken. The pancakes were fantastic. Cooked perfectly. The dish came with some warm maple syrup and a sweet chili dipping sauce for the chicken. A surprisingly good combination with each bite. I also ordered the vegan chicken satay cause I’m a big fan of the usual version of it. I gotta say these were actually good. I think their sauces and seasoning really make their vegan items really stand out. I did order a Thai iced tea because I was told that was popular. Was not a fan. Had a weird flavor that I can’t even describe. Almost like a smoky milk flavor. Just not my style. The server was cool enough to notice that I didn’t like it and immediately gave me a free Coke to take home. The place had a very chill, relaxed vibe and I was served right away. If you ever need to host a vegan friend for a breakfast I would definitely recommend this spot. I’m pretty interested to try other vegan menu options after my experience here.

Theyre open for Dine-In, they have the menus displayed so you dont have to touch anything or whatever. Im not vegan, and I can honestly say that their vegan chicken sandwhich was better than any other chicken sandwhich ive had in years, vegan or not. It was perfectly fried in tempura batter and the stuff they added in the sandwhich, I could tell was really simple (vegan mayo/cheese, tomato, sprouts) but wow...it went a long way. And the fries were PERFECTLY cripsy, honestly really impressed and completely surprised. We got breakfast burrito, chicken sandwhich, fries, and tropical pancakes and....everything was so so good. Again, not Vegan, i only ate here bc my brother is vegan but this was SO good, will be back with or without him lol

This place has Amazing vegan food! It was a beautiful hike down from Griffith Observatory to come to a welcoming restaurant full of delicious food that we gorged. Highly recommend for anyone out of town and visiting!

Good vegan shrimp! (2018 review). UPDATE 2022: We get the fried shrimp, seitan wraps (may not be on menu but they make them), fish platter with fries, Thai iced tea and experience no problems. Re assessment of previous pandemic score moved back to 5 stars. Thank you.

I am a vegetarian and I found this place very satisfying. They have a broad menu and their imitation-meats are very on point with texture. Highly recommend chicken satay and thai tea.

Wonderful Vegan Spot in Los Feliz area of LA. We were in the area and took a chance as we were looking for a healthy vegan meal. Cute vibes and great listening music. They have lots of choices so it was hard to decide what to order. Everything we had was delicious. We ordered the fresh rolls as an appetizer and it came with two sauces: peanut and spicy. My Cashew “chicken” was tasty and the sauce was so flavorful. The Kung Pao Tofu was also good. And just to try we ordered the onion rings, and they are delicious. It was a large order so you definitely need to share with friends. We had great service and will be back! Please note that there is only street parking but luckily we found a spot about two blocks away.

I've eaten there about 3 times and each time I've gotten their OG pancakes so it's difficult to assess the entire menu. However, those pancakes are good, so much so I had to bring my 3-year-old son there to inhale that deliciousness. What's always great, I've seen a wide range of customers frequenting their establishment, that's always a great sign that the food caters to a number of communities.

Stop reading reviews and just go! This place has instantly become a favorite of mine. I’m not vegan but this is my go to breakfast or lunch spot in the neighborhood. Better food than some of the busier and pricier options nearby, wonderfully kind and generous owner, fast and helpful staff - what more could you want?? I can’t wait to bring my friends here. A truly special spot.

Top, the name of host server, has an amaZZZZZing timeless memory! My son and I travels do not allow frequent visits to Green Leaves like frequent days of the past. When possible, Top recalls meals with specifics each time. Incredible! Each meal and experience has been consistent, since day one of 8+ years! My favorites are like trying to separate the wave from the ocean! I simply and wholeheartedly enJOY with much gratitude and culinary appreciation! Priceless!🪴

We really loved our dinner ordered as a delivery. We had pineapple fried rice, pad Thai, and chicken nuggets. Everything was really good. Can't wait to try more of the menu, because all the other food also sounds delicious.

The guy who was servicing us was efficient, quick and accurate while also super friendly! The food is delicious and comes in big portions, so you definitely get your moneys worth. I tried the steak wrap, which was amazing, the Thai tea was bomb too, and then I got the chili glass noodles as well which tasted incredible. Thank you for making our first experience here, a great one! I highly recommend. The location is so clean too.

No better vegan place to brunch imo. They have friendly, quick service. So many options- breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try the Thai tea, it’s the best around! Also very reasonable prices

What pulled me in at first, 6 months ago, was the fact that they had all-day dim sum AND it could be delivered.

Consistently delicious food, fast service, reasonable prices. I always get the spring rolls and shiitake curry and have enough to take home for lunch the next day. They have heaters outside. Thai tea vegan style is a must have too!!!

SCAMMERS - if ordering a burger, make sure you mention that you want the 3$ side of fries otherwise they will charge you the biggest portion. After a long wait for an almost empty restaurant, I've got the fries and after finishing my fries and another wait, I've got the burger. No apologies, no nothing . Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't come back. And yeah, you have to give change to the customer when they pay cash and they will choose how much they will tip, I regret the whole experience and hope you won't last long in the vegan industry. It's sad that so many restaurant in LA are scamming tourists.

Grilled chicken salad was amazing (word to the wise, give your dressing a swish or get garlic-gassed out). Fried tofu well executed, and sides hot, and perfectly, comfortingly, greasy. Service friendly and a pretty good deal! I definitely want to try the rest of the menu.

I love this place! The chicken and pancakes are what my husband and I get every single time we go! It’s delicious! The coconut water is served as the whole coconut, where you can drink the water and a spoon to eat the meat. I’m so glad this place exists! Would recommend to anyone. Vegan or not! 😄

Amazing food absolutely flavorful and delicious 😋 you do not miss meat at all coming here! I recommend trying the spicy chicken drumsticks for an appetizer at least once 🔥 and there curry is a great dinner option

Incredible food. With so many options it was hard to decide. I had the spicy Basil vegetables and fresh rolls. The vegetable dish was one of the best stir fries I’ve had. The staff was super friendly too.

This place surpassed my expectations. It looks like the regular variety vegan restaurant that has a mix of cuisines. I was was wrong thinking that this place was run of the mill. They go the extra mile by adding more spices to their food. I went with friends so I had a chance to sample a variety of their dishes. In particular, the spicy chicken burger was actually spicy! It tasted great! The lentil soup was full of great flavor, and was visually appealing.

1st Time trying Green Leaves, I'm so happy that I got the vegetable Dinner Stir Fry with steamed chicken not tofu and on the side I wanted to try the fried soy chicken. Which was everything I'd hope for!!! Overall, it was delicious I cannot wait to go back!!!

Winner winner chicken dinner! I can't believe it's not chicken! Ok enough with the taglines. As a long-time vegetarian I enjoyed most of the dishes we ordered. Chicken was nice and crisp, seasoned perfectly. Vegetables it came with however were almost raw, they were barely cooked. Curry noodles were creamy, little spicy but nice. We also ordered wide noodles with "beef" on the side, which was also well-prepared but chicken was the best in my opinion.

The chik'n wrap would have been better with chopped cucumber and dark greens instead of lots of iceberg lettuce as filler. The "ranch" dressing was pure sugar. And they forgot my order so I had to ask for it after seeing the people that came in after us receive all of their food. But I would give the place another chance because the sweet potato fries were delicious, as was the Thai tea, and the waiters were really nice, they just need to be a bit better about the orders.

Love all the food, the breakfast platter with pancakes, scramble tofu eggs, etc is my go to! The lunch menu is delicious as well. Definitely recommend!

This was the worse takeout I've ever had in my whole life. It was amazingly bad. I got 3 dishes and they were all dry, unseasoned, and undercooked. Undercooked eggrolls seems like a rookie move given their solid predictability.

This is one of my favorite places! The staff is amazing and the food is delicious. There are standard Thai dishes and also some very inventive things! I’ve never been disappointed. I even bring my non-vegan friends here and they love it! Highly recommend!

I just had delicious food at Green Leaves, it is Christmas Eves, Jazz is playing in the background. The service is impeccable, not too overbearing at all but just right. I went here for a Saturday morning meal, to get out of the house and get some sunshine. I got country noodles and my partner got lentil soup because his stomach wasn't feeling great. We were bothe xtremely satisfied with price and service. The food felt like someone in my family had cooked a hearty meal

Sasabune has the highest quality fish! Having lived in Okinawa, Japan for three years I truly appreciate the use of warm rice with the sushi. Well worth the cost. Enjoy!!

Vegan food... very satisfying. Service is always nice even when they have a full house. Service is consistently above par. The bill was reasonable.

This is one of my most favorite little coffee shops in the valley. Super chill, good music, deliciously simple food (that is thankfully not overpriced for being in Scottsdale) and has an excellent variety of drinks. The owners and staff are always really nice and down to earth.

Hands down the best Thai food in CA . Every dish I've tried is next level so I think it's safe to say anything on their menu will be good. My props to the chef!

Good portions. However- Pad thai hard clumpy and stuck together. Ordered 3 meals asked them for hot sauce I made sure to ask twice. Only put one inside. One tiny sauce isn’t enough for 3 people. Shiitake curry too spicy - they should specify on their menu if a dish is spicy...

Great service, delicious vegan food anyone could get behind, and a lovely location. Have eaten here countless times. It's my go-to for comfort food! Love their Spicy Eggplant, "Fish" and Chips, "Rock N' Roll Noodle" (Pad Kee Mao), and their "Chicken" Sandwich. Deliciousness abounds!

Our waiter was quick and attentive. I was pleasantly surprised by his warm demeanor and great service. Also weird thing to note, but I noticed that their health score changed from a B to an A. Phew!

Situated in the vicinity of touristy spots in LA, to be honest I didn't expect much out of this Thai restaurant. Initially, from seeing the furniture and decorations of the place, I had my qualms in terms of the authenticity of the food.

Very good veggie sushi. I'm not a vegan but my friend is. I highly recommend this place for vegan sushi. My buddy ordered for us and every dish that came out was delicious. Who would have thought? The open at 5pm and get pretty busy by 6pm. The service is outstanding.

AMAZING little find! We decided to stop in for lunch after hiking in the morning and while we both are not vegan or vegetarian we still wanted to give it a try and I'm so glad we did! I order the Chicken Spring Rolls and then we both order the Chicken Pineapple Sandwich! We took our first bites and we LOVED everything! My fiancé is a good sport and trust my judgement of restaurants and he was even amazed at how good it was and even said so to our server who I think may have been the owner. He was very friendly and service was also outstanding. We already looking forward to going back!

If you are a vegetarian this is probably one of the best and must places to eat in the city. This place deserves the Michelin status Tip: Go on a weekday and try to be there when it opens. As the evening progresses the wait times increase exponentially.

Awesome vibe. Very chill atmosphere and they had an open mic night. Went on a Sunday after a wedding. Was about midnight and needed a night cap. We walked right in and immediately fell in love with the intimate space. The service was great. Very nice bartenders and very knowledgable in all their drinks. Will definitely come back, hopefully earlier than midnight! :)

This is a gem of a place! I’m so glad we found it! The food is super tasty, fresh, and the service is friendly and fast. We had the Sweet potato fries (incredible!), the Curry Noodle Soup (mouthwatering), the Fried tofu (get it with peanut sauce), and the Spring Rolls. We will be trying more items on the menu next time. Recommended!!!
