I am not a vegan by any stretch of the imagination, but I wanted to push myself out of what I’m used to and give it a try and I got that and then some. This food was really really good. I got the festival burrito and sautéed veggies (spinach and kale). Loved the touch they added to the veggies, it was a lemon essence and it gave them such a pungent flavor that I enjoyed. Everyone here was so welcoming and friendly and super attentive. The best experience of all was over server, Alejandro. He truly made our experience worthwhile. When I travel to LA again, I’m definitely coming back.

Sage is a wonderful Vegan Bistro that caters. The menu is fun, and comforting. The Butternut squash ravioli and kale with pesto and balsamic is an explosion of flavor. It’s a bit heavy with the vinegar flavor, but still very good. The tempura Buffalo cauliflower with ranch is so satisfying you will forget about chicken! The customer service is good, but I did actually have to bring to someone’s attention that I hadn’t been waited on. Once I did, my server was very friendly and attentive. If you are on a plant based journey I highly recommend giving Sage a try.

This isn’t the Sage on Culver/Sepulveda anymore. This is a ghost kitchen under an overpass near Fox Hills. I didn’t realize my pickup order was at a different location until I showed up to the original to see all the lights off. Food quality was subpar and soggy. $50 for two Orange chicken bowls.. not worth it at all. 0/5 would not recommend.

Actually not a location with seating. There is a screen with options to order from 25 different restaurants. The food gets prepared in the back, and then it will be handed out or out in lockers one can access via a bar code. The gluten-free pizza with cauliflower was good, the fresh orange juice looked like lemonade but was tasty as well.

Really cute place to sit and have dinner with your family and friends. We were out-of-towners looking to try out the local plant-based cuisine and this place did not disappoint. From starters, we had the avocado dip with chips, which tasted really fresh and was not hot so my baby son was able to give it a try. He loved it! My partner had an entire "Mac and cheese" vegan pizza, which she loved as I had the banh mi tacos with tofu for our main course. See pics! The food was yummy with no complaints. We were so full that we didn't get a chance to get dessert. If you're on a plant-based diet and or have dairy allergies like we do in our family, this is an awesome spot to try out! 😀

This is the best vegan bistro in town! The food’s very creative, and I haven’t eaten a dish yet that I don’t like there. The nachos and tuna sandwiches are delicious! The beer choices pair well with the food too!

Delicious nutrition with good portions. We loved this place. Forgot to take pictures Rod the gluten free Mac and cheese but also got side of garlic broccoli. My hubby got the lasagna and he said it was great! My sister friend got the taco salad and she really enjoyed it. Highly recommend this place. It’s always wonderful!

Nice happy hour during the week. I always enjoy the guac and chips. Buffalo cauliflower was fine. It just wasn't as crispy as I usually like. However I am grateful for a restaurant that is entirely vegan.

Sage is my favorite vegan restaurant in all of LA! The food never disappoints and all their food feels healthy and fresh. The menu is huge so there is something for everyone. The portions are also big and easily shareable. They also have happy hour until 7pm which is not listed on their website! My favorites include: - buffalo cauliflower wings - miso rainbow bowl - bowl of soul

My absolute favorite vegan restaurant to visit in so cal!!! I love pretty much everything I’ve tried here. They never disappoint. The food is delicious! They also have the best baked vegan Mac & cheese. I’m so sad that I don’t live in LA. If I did I would eat here every week! Also, the customer service is the best! Everyone is so friendly. I prefer this location over the others. Give them a visit. 10/10 recommend.

Delicious All Plant Based Food. Had a wonderful Mother's Day lunch. We had the Rosemary Pasta, Sausage Pizza, Jackfruit Crab Cakes, Grilled Cheese and Steamed Veggies 😋Even the drinks were top notch using Herbs and Fruit Fresh from Sage's Own Farm. I highly recommend the Rosemary Margarita. Everything was Farm Fresh and Deeeeelicious😍 The staff is friendly, helpful and delightful. I highly recommend this as a spot you will likely visit again and again 💯

Decided to try this place after a friend of mine requested vegan. I went for the jackfruit crab cake appetizer , since I’ve never had a similar dish. They were large portions and pretty tasty. I guess you could say pretty comparable to a crabcake. Not as tasty as a real thing, but a good compromise. After going round and round with the menu, I decided to try the broccoli pasta. Overall it was pretty tasty but some flavors did Mary well with the dish. I can make the avocado work, but the pickled cabbage was forced to me. I like it in some dishes, this was not one of those dishes. I also sampled the chili watermelon cider. I was hoping for something more flavorful, it was kind of bland so I’m glad I sampled it and didn’t get a full glass. Overall, it was a pretty decent experience. I have to imagine they have better things on the menu I should try on another visit.

Cute spot with a lot of options. I got the sweet potato pancakes and they were good. My friend said that her “crab cakes” were delicious. The one thing that wasn’t great was that our server forgot part of our order. I assume it’s because they thought that remembering our order without writing it down looks impressive but it was frustrating more than anything. Lastly, we tried the cinnamon roll and it was extremely dry and not fresh at all so I would skip the baked goods.

Tasty vegan spot in Culver City serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, cocktails, juices, and a large dog friendly outdoor seating area. Came here for breakfast and got coffee, a juice, and the breakfast bowl; all was super tasty, and a bit pricey. Their house made habanero hot sauce was super spicy

I've been here at least 3 or 4 times on dates or with friends. The ingredients are premium quality, flavors outstanding, presentation is okay, atmosphere used to have more plants in the patio pre-pandemic, customer service is fine and the prices are a bit high. Seriously LOVE that they have an immunity shot and range of delicious non-alcoholic drinks (drinks I actually want to order), but the Sinus Blaster was $6 for a half full shot glass (2oz is usual for immunity shots, but usually cost $4 or less in the grocery stores). The Strawberry Pina Colada tasted like a regular Strawberry Smoothie, didn't notice a Pina Colada taste. My friend really likes the vegan donuts, but our other friend wasn't a fan. I found the dough kinda dense, but not super sweet, the icing was best on the blueberry. Wasn't fond of the chocolate icing. The hot chocolate used premium ingredients, but tastes rather thin for me (I'd say make this an after treat at ChocoVivo and order a hot chocolate exactly how you like it). It was good, but I'm very particular. It's not as rich as the Amara Cafe (?) hot chocolate or the place in South Pasadena, but those use dairy unless you request another option. The Artichoke and Eggplant pizza was interesting, great taste, but I felt like it needed something crunchy to break up the smooth textures. My friend loved it! The Brazilian bowl had a great combination of flavors, nice texture. Portion sizes were definitely sharable if ordering a few things depending on how hungry you are (I love small bites of several options). And finally, the nachos were crunchy with great toppings, but I do love cheese, so being vegan, it was hard to fully enjoy these. Plus, I adore every bite fully loaded and well balanced. It took a bit of work to ensure every bite was covered the way I like, but that's just picky and my personal thing...it comes how most are. Piled up. Definitely a shareable size for the 3 of us last night. I didn't try it, but my friend said her matcha wasn't very sweet, so you may want to ask for agave, honey or sugar (your options). For the nomads: There is a restroom, but it's been years since I used it so don't remember anything special about it. I don't believe there are any usable outlets to plug in and work/charge up. Overall this is a fantastic place for a vegan date and you can probably still enjoy it even if not vegan. They have juices, bakery items, an alcohol menu (I don't check that, so ask someone else haha), nice selection of sandwiches, pizzas, appetizers, sides, etc. One of my FAVORITES (that we didn't order last might sadly) is the Buffalo Califlower!

This is a DoorDash/Grubhub pickup building. There is almost no parking depending on when you come. It’s in a weird location in an alley. This location is no for me especially not with kids. There’s not really any service; no place to call or anything. The guy who handed me my bag was nice… I had the festival burrito, which was decent. A little kick in the spicy. Some would say not spicy at all. But it wasn’t anything so special that you can’t find at any burrito place.

first of all, i’d like to mention that i came here for two meals in a row-! it was that good. sage definitely makes the list of my favorite restaurants of all time. the service was good, the atmosphere in the restaurant is wonderful, and the food is delicious! everything i had from here was phenomenal and tasted fresh. i really enjoyed the banh mi sandwich; additionally, i’d recommend any of the pizzas here. both the gluten free crust and the regular crust are well-made. i didn’t feel like i was missing anything when i ordered the gluten free one. the cauliflower wings here are definitely worth a try as well, they aren’t overly battered but still have a good crunch, texture, and flavor. finally, i really loved the ice cream (kind kreme) here at sage! i’ve been through my share of disappointing vegan ice cream, and although i will say it melts fast, the taste is spot on. the strawberry was my favorite. overall, this has definitely become one of my favorites, and i’m really glad i was in the area to try it out. definitely recommend!

Service was great, but wild as it may seem, I think the DTLA location has better food. The “wings” were crispier and the street tacos were more flavorful. The green-a collada was delicious though. the all the bakery items were dry- would skip that.

Really amazing place! The service was wonderful and you could really tell that ingredients were fresh and locally sourced which is such a wonderful and sustainable option. The menu was very large and had something for everybody, I think non-vegans alike would really enjoy Sage too! This is the type of restaurant that we need to be supporting for the future. It’s so nice to eat at a place that really aligns with my values, They are doing some really great things!

The food was very average and not filling considering the prices :( I was excited by the fabulous reviews but nothing was very delicious or memorable. It was overpriced as well.

Incredible food, service, and atmosphere. Highly recommend the heirloom tomato and garlic pizza - the best vegan and gluten free pizza I’ve had (and I’ve had a lot of pizza lol). Locally sourced, plant based food that is very flavorful and filling. Can’t wait to go back! Pictured: 2 baked pretzels with three amazing sauces, heirloom tomato and garlic pizza, and avocado toast - tasty and very well-presented
