We visited after attending a house of worship. We usually don’t eat vegan, but, we were pleasantly surprised at the food. Let me describe it in one word, are you ready? AWESOME!!!! Lakeyshawna was our server and she is not only NICE she was a server extraordinaire! She needs a raise and consideration to become a trainer, she truly gets it!

I had the dinner plate this evening. It was the worse vegan food I have ever had. The greens were dry and tough, the protein was some kind of roast, but had the texture of can dog food. The soup had no taste at all. Even the corn bread was nasty. The whole meal was terrible and a waste of money.

Casual yet elegant! This place has big things ahead. We ordered several menu items which included the buffalo cauliflower, the 7layer burrito, the sausage and peppers flatbread and the chipotle burger. Well, there’s a reason there was no salt on the table. The food was so incredibly fresh and flavorful! Our server Nathan was the best with navigating us through our first dining experience and is one one the main reasons we will return. We had a slice of the lemon strawberry cake to go and it was such a great finish to wonderful meal! The decor was selected with love! You definitely feel at home when doing here! We can’t wait to return!

Excellent new beautiful restaurant on Sunset with a great vegan menu. My wife and I had dinner here last Saturday night. The host seated us in the Sunset Room up the stairs from the main dining area. This room has a beautiful patio with a view of West LA. We had the burger, the wrap, poutine and onion rings. We are not vegan, and we didn't miss the meat at all. Everything was delicious.

Loved loved loved the food, awesome taste!! Appreciate the prices, they are very affordable and you get your dollars worth of the serving! Atmosphere was friendly, laid back, and tidy. I live in Wisconsin and this is one restaurant that I am willing to continue going out my way for. It's that damn good

SUUUCHHH amazing vegan food !! I am newly vegan and places like this are great to have on those days I miss comfort food but can get the same but even better satisfaction. My boyfriend & I haven’t had nachos this good ever — and we’ve only ever had meat-based nachos before. Everything was amazing. The Oreo cake was mouthwatering. Please don’t cheat yourself & enjoy this amazing food!!

First time visiting this place and it was a mildly dissatisfied experience. Out of the 4 things we got from there 2 of the items which was the chipotle burger and the 9 layer burrito were so bad that it wasn’t even edible. Both of the items were so bland and we couldn’t understand how both of these items with the amount of ingredients they had it still tasted like mush and nothing else. I’ve eaten a lot of burritos and burgers from other places and these were really bad. The other 2 items were really good so it was surprising to us that all of the food wasn’t up to par to what we were expecting.

My daughter treated me for my birthday. Let me just say, It tasted like Thanksgiving dinner!

Heaven on earth! The food was delicious and savory. The service and drinks were exceptional. The decor is beyond sumptuous and hip. And the view from the upstairs room is gorgeous. I didn’t want to leave at the end of the night. The only thing missing was a sleeping bag so I didn’t have to. We will be back soon with vegan and non-vegan friends!!

The food was marginal. We have had better for much less. The 9 layer burrito was not very good. The cauliflower tacos were always ok. The rose latte was the only good thing we ordered. Caution: Valet parking is not free.

This vegetarian chain from Toronto has made it's LA debut and it does not disappoint. Highlights are the quinoa-fried onion rings and the multitude of sauces. You can't go wrong with a bowl, wrap, or burger here. The vibe and decor are nicely done and there's even a small second floor.

Will definitely be coming back for the caesar salad! Added vegan chicken for some protein but the dressing really makes the dish. Can’t wait for indoor dining to open up again - the interior of the restaurant is gorgeous. I can see this as the go to trendy spot for brunch once things get back to normal. Happy to see elevated, plant-based cuisine in the neighborhood.

Best vegan restaurant in WeHo. Every coroner of this place is IGable. It’s so cute and chic style. I love the vibe that everyone is so nice and delightful. Not only it’s a vegan restaurant, they also offer a separate gluten free menu. I ordered gf breakfast platter, they gave me a regular one. After inquires about if the bread is gf, they exchanged the bread with sweet potato slides. Food was amazing and the portion was really big and filling, also the presentation was definitely cherry on the top. You can tell the owner pays a lot of attention to details to ensure customers have a high quality experience. I’d definitely come back for lunch and dinner.

Very hip new vegan restaurant with a wonderfully diverse and delicious menu. My first time here I was struck by the beautiful decor, the welcoming staff, and the full bar with incredible looking craft cocktails that seem more like elixirs than anything else. I only got to try a few things: the Buffalo cauliflower (which was BOMB), the onion rings which were perfectly crispy, and the tiger bowl with house made hot sauce which was beautifully presented and really delicious. I’m not even a vegan, but I’m pretty sure I would be happy eating here every day.

This place is fabulous! Love the design and feel of the place(music was great - 90's r&b night). The staff were super nice and attentive. The food was nothing short of amazing - the nachos are to die for...probably the best I've ever had and I'm not vegan. Their craft cocktails are delish and a must try. We came here for my niece's birthday and she loved the place. We will definitely be coming back.

Such good vegan comfort food. So glad I found this place. I got the chipotle bacon burger on a pretzel bun and dragon fries. The ‘cheese’ sauce on the fries and the bun were awesome.

So I recently visited this establishment and the food was very good and I had a very nice weather but the owner of the restaurant picked me specifically out of everyone else in the restaurant to ask me if I will be done eating soon so a different party could come and take my seat. The waiter that I had was very pleasant and nice and I enjoyed his service but I felt disrespected to be asked to basically “rush”

On Point! This place packs a powerful punch for the Vegan palat. The prices are very reasonable for a amount of food that is given. The atmosphere boasts of chandeliers and quiet intimate dining. It was an excellent dining experience for my family and friends and wherever I am in Chicago, I make this a sure bet place to go!

Never seen this man before

A week ago I went. Seems like its owned by new Owners. The food is not the same as what I've had in the past. The service was poor, no system in how orders are given out. Ordered a meal and all items wasnt placed in meal. Maybe they ran out of an item and just packed the tray with double greens which was too much of one thing. Dessert was soooo soupy, dressing was watered down and the meat loaf was not appetizing. The food did not taste like what I was use to receiving from this restaurant in the past. So sad, I use to look forward to going here.

I’ve been going to the Toronto locations for years. Then they went fully vegan and I stopped going because vegan cheese is not cheese. But I found something on the menu that satisfied and the atmosphere is lovely. The service needs a little fine tuning.

Beautiful restaurant with multiple areas to sit. When you enter there is a coffee shop/bar with cakes and pastries. Then there a a huge bar with bar seating and tables around. There is upstairs and up stairs patio seating. There is also another beautiful, bright booth area in main restaurant area. They are 2 menus, the regular one and an entire gluten free one. Food is delicious! Great drinks menu and great service!

First, I cannot wait to come dine in at Fresh and try everything on their cocktail menu. This is a review of a pick up order. The quinoa onion rings are a must order. So crispy, crunchy and satisfying. And they still pack a big onion flavor. I recommend the special dipping sauce to go along with them. The kombucha is also a must order. It was perfectly bubbly and not too sweet. I also liked the buffalo chicken wrap. Simple and fresh. It could have used some grilled onions, vegan bleu cheese chunks or something else - but I guess I'm not sure what was really missing (if anything). I did love the crunch of the tenders. The Caesar salad is ok. One of my least fav vegan Caesars. Dressing was lacking creaminess and flavor and there wasn't any good crunch to the salad. The seitan bacon could have packed a more flavorful punch too. And it definitely needed some vegan Parmesan. I also prefer a Caesar with romaine over mixed spring greens. It was good as a salad, just wouldn't consider is a Caesar. French fries and sweet potato fries didn't travel well. They were pretty soggy - but the poutine sauce was delicious. I'd order these again for dine in but not for to go orders. I also wish there were some other healthy app options. The menu is heavy on the fries food. Welcome to the hood - I can't wait to visit you for a dine in experience!

Pretty good service and food establishment was clean

We had the hummus, Buffalo Cauliflower, Charred Greens Flatbread, Smashed Avocado Toast, and SuperGreen Caesar salad to start, the special pasta of the day with peas in an incredible sauce, Beyond Cheeseburger, The Stew, The Protein Bowl, and the carrot cake, and chocolate ganache for dessert. Everything was fantastic. Beautiful setting and great service added to the experience. Can't wait to go back.

I love the decor here, it's gorgeous! What I didn't love was the $5 valet cost and the too salty Dragon fries. It was pretty bad and I just couldn't eat it. I think it was the sauce that was too heavy handed with salt. The buffalo wrap was good though and I enjoyed two cups of the matcha latte with cinnamon. Overall, the service was great and I enjoyed my meal but I won't be getting the dragon fries again. Very happy about this addition to WeHo.

Loved this restaurant! So many incredibly delicious plant-based, healthy, flavorful options. Also unusually large portions for a vegan restaurant, especially given the price. Highly recommend the Goddess bowl and buffalo cauliflower!

This is one of the most inspiring restaurants in Los Angeles. I used to come here for lunch a lot. The reason why I was coming here was not only their delicious food but also their perfect interior design. Moreover, their Beyond Cheeseburger is the best in town. They also have a very tasty hummus. Tastes so unique!

Vegan sushi? Yes, and it was amazing! I'm a sushi lover and thought I could never go vegan because of it. Well this vegan sushi will make it easier for me. Every bite feels like the real deal. We had: yowza, croquettes & Brussels sprouts as appetizers. Open Invitation, proud peacock & surprise ending rolls. The dessert was a sorbet with berries & banana tempura. Price is equivalent to other sushi places (on the cheaper end). Definitely coming back!

One of my favorite vegan restaurants ever! Best vegan mac n cheeze I've ever had. I love the hot bar and the ability to try lots of things! Spicy seitan, mac n cheeze and candied yams 😍😍😍

They took away their smoothies when that was the best thing on their menu! 😞 when I asked why they simply said it was due to space for equipment but when I used to get them I only saw one blender and had to wait a while for this very reason if someone ahead of me got one. This space also looks much bigger so I was confused on that answer. Please bring smoothies back!

Have a wonderful meal here alone or with friends and family. I just did. They can’t shut up about it.

The menu looks quite interesting and the place is gorgeous. Definitely sets up the mood for a great meal. However the food was quite disappointing, I had a salad and the best part of the salad was the dressing. The salad itself wasn't tasty. I was with a group and no one was satisfied with their food. To top it off it's pricey compared to similar places on sunset. I probably won't go back.

This is a great place to be a vegan in a great city to be a vegan. Take a booth and a Powerhouse Bowl which is a riot of flavors and textures and ask them to double up on the Tofu steaks. Why not 5/*? The juices are not made to order and sometimes there is just too much spice.

A wonderful time we had. As a chef, the food was wonderful. The service was a step above. I have random allergies that I carry an EpiPen for. When I explained this to my server, he went to double check the recipes. He brought the book to me and read the ingredients to ensure I had a safe evening. I do not live near here but I will be returning when I visit again. Thank you!

I'm only giving 2 stars because there is no information about the new address. I came here 3 or 4 years ago on business and I ate here 5 times in the 12 days I was in the area, one day I came twice. Having been in such a hurry is my fault, driving to and parking near there to find a note on the door was disappointing to say the least. But if I ever get the chance to come back I certainly will!

We had the Gold Bar, Caramel Brownie, and Carrot Cake. All were very very good!!

I have been eating at Original Soul Vegetarian for over 15 years and never thought to review it! The aesthetics outside and inside are eye pleasing and tranquil. Ive only ate one or two things but I always try their different beverages.

Food is absolutely amazing. Fresh is the perfect name because that’s exactly how the food taste. I got the nachos & a powerhouse bowl. Both were very flavorful, hearty, yet light. It’s soulful earthy real food. Great portions, you won’t leave hungry. The menu offers so many options. I’m definitely a new regular customer 💚🌱 can’t wait to try their brunch.
