I eat healthy and I was really excited when we got a new restaurant and to the neighborhood. But that excitement quickly faded after looking at the menu and the prices are outrageous! For a basic iceberg salad you're gonna pay between $15-$18. It's nothing special. For that price range I expect a salad to be loaded and something out of this world but these are not unfortunately. If you don't care about where you throw your money then throw it away at sweet greens.

Awesome beautiful, healthy salad shop. Salads served for-here in reusable bowls with environmentally friendly utensils. Drinks in plastic-like cups & lids but are compostable plastics served with paper straws. The salad bowls are vegan and vegetarian friendly but uncle meat options too. All are huge & filling. Drinks are tasty - my fave is the kale gingerade very refreshing! Friendly staff, funky bgm. Good wifi. Outdoor & indoor seating.

Perfect for you if you're: a vegan, a hipster, health nut, a rabbit, a horse, a brontosaurus or any other type of plant eater! You can take your time since the staff has the same lack of energy from insufficient protein as you do. Highly recommend!

The worse of any location in LA! I’ve been here a few times and they always take FOREVER just to take my order. Today they wasted over 20mins of my lunch break just to tell me my food wasn’t ready. Being honest and saying it will take awhile instead of making me wait would have been appreciated. I feel that was very inconsiderate of the employees. They were in no rush, considering at the time I’ve been there for about 40 mins. I do not recommend this location.

The food is delicious but the wait is unreasonable. They have 8 people working at the restaurant but only one person making salads for people in line. That same person is also checking everyone out. This place needs to better allocate staff.

Always running out of ingredients way too early, walked in 9 15, took my order 920 and out of a cpl of things already. Not the first time it happens. Why open til 10 if your out of stuff

Oh my GOODNESS this food is AMAZING. I have no complaints! I ordered the miso bowl…. So BOMB. I added the portobello mushrooms 😩👌🏽 I cannot rave enough. It’s too good.

I ordered with Uber today, and the order wasn't properly packaged. Both bowl lids were loose, and the food was exposed. This has happened twice in a row, and it's extremely disappointing. I ordered my usual bowl but received only a third of the portion. It's terrible. I will cancel my Sweetgreen membership and won't renew it.

Their salads are delicious! My friend had the hot bowl and I had the chicken pesto, they were both insanely tasty. I even put it in the fridge to finish later and it held wonderfully. The people there were helpful in making sure I got what I wanted. Oh yeah, get the rosemary focaccia bread, it's amazing!

I absolutely love this chain. The salads are amazing!! This specific location had a slight problem with the trash over-flowing but they seemed to be very busy and an employee came to clean it up as we left.

The best staff I have met anywhere in any branch <3 the way they do business and the customer service and the cleanliness. Highly recommended and what a team you got !! They deserve a tip jar or a raise or something to reflect the love they put in.

Rude employee. Said you guys have never taken cash but I have paid cash the last three times at this Silverlake location and Pasadena. I suggest training your employees better or trying to be more consistent with your register.

Sadly we could not get any food. Foreign creditcards (Belgian) are not accepted by Sweetgreen! And sometimes, in some (like in LA Sunset blvd) paying cash is not possible. The salads are devine though, so make sure you have cash. Sweetgreen, not a friendly way to treat tourists!

It's a mass produced salad. It's fine for what it is but I wouldn't be sad if I never ate it again. The bench cushions are also DISGUSTING they're made of a material not good for restaurants and look to have many layers of salad dressing soaked into them. I suggest a table with chairs only.

Very rude staff. I went to pick up my online order, and I was informed that they didn't have it. Once I was able to show them my order, the lady who was responsible for packing all the orders handed them to me without a bag. She told me that I could bag them myself, as if I were burdening them. What is the reason behind the staff's attitude at this location ?

Hi, I fell for this spot. Salad heaven! Salad with your own amount of dressing. The green goddess is my fave. Hot bowls are tasty too. If you want healthy, this is it. I stop here for lunch as often as I can. I brought the whole family of 4. My daughter now wants to come again. All around great spot to come to. Oscar

I've only had the Kale Ceasar Salad since I've been going. My first was in 2020. Still delicious.

This spot use to be really good. They use to deliver quality and but not so much lately. Sometimes ingredients will be missing in your order. Nothing worse than getting home, about to eat your bowl and then realizing there's no protein, or maybe this time theres no sauce. Or there's no rice or quinoa. For the price they charge, you'd expect your order to be on point ever time. Once, they somehow forgot to add the salmon to my bowl. I tried to contact support, and because they weren't responding back I kept requesting to speak to someone. As a result, they said they couldn't help me because I made too many requests. They are slowing turning into the 'Pollo loco' of salads.

Harvest Bowl and Miso Bowl were delicious. Carmen was great as well, polite and with a great attitude. Will definitely come back.

Unprofessional staff - no one greeted me upon entering while 4 employees stood behind the counter talking. Finally one comes over and just stares no “how May I help you” “welcome in” .. get it together. Train your employees proper customer service

The staff was very nice and the restaurant has a good menu, which is nice. It’s beautiful and I loved staying in a tent. We've accommodated so well. It was a wonderful place to unwind. The tour also was amazing and totally worth it. The experience was exceptional. Highly recommended!

Yes I really like the atmosphere which is much more beautiful when you're inside then looking outside to the inside. The staff was very friendly and our salads were exceeding our expectations all the way. I wish they had hot drinks.

So place on order online and went to pick it up when they told me 30 min. I walk in. 5 workers, 2 other customers in the store. And yet my order is not being worked on. They are not even paying attention that I'm standing in front of their faces. Very poor customer support. And that's Sunday night at 9:30 pm. Guess that's how a franchise operates. A small independent business won't do that to its customers.

You can make most of their items vegan. They are requiring a mask again, it is now July 2021. Food was really good and they use cutlery and bowls. They support Naomi Osaka

My chicken pesto bowl had a long HAIR in it. Nothing like taking a big bite of spinach with a side of follicle. Avoiding this location at all costs.

This is the third or fourth time we have ordered from this particular Sweetgreen and every time they have messed up our order. Ordered and paid for chicken on a salad but didn’t come on the salad. No number to call where anyone answers. No customer service. We ordered directly from Sweetgreen not another delivery service. Other locations have been fine. This one is terrible. Zero stars.
