I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. The 40s theme is pretty cool. What prevented this from being a five star review you might ask? The level of the music! It’s so loud. My favorite part of the performance was when it was finished and they finally took a break. I can’t even hear the people sitting right next to me. It’s possible to have live music and not be so loud that my Apple Watch gives me notifications about the decibel levels being too loud. Just turn it down some to a reasonable volume so guests can have a conversation without having to yell.

A good bar to hit up in DTLA! They have Happy Hour Monday thru Friday from 5-8 pm. The vibe is pretty cool and they serve food as well. We came here for some cocktails and they were pretty good. Simple and strong with friendly service. I tried the Miss Behavin' and Clovis. Between the two, I liked the Clovis better! Overall, a fun place to check out while in Downtown Los Angeles!

Love the cocktails and ambiance here. Comfy seats, friendly people, romantic candlelight vibes, kinda similar to speakeasy but with jazzy live music, trendy/chic interior designs, and absolutely perfect for a date night! My date and I came here after our dinner at Joey’s across the street, and stayed until they closed (2AM on a Wednesday)! Had 2 drinks (gin sour and soho margarita) and they were pretty strong, but so refreshing! I wish they have desserts menu or light bites options to company the alcoholic beverages. Overalls, it was a fabulous experience to remember.

Been here for a few times- first had great live jazz second time had really fun burlesque. I really dig the vibe here and what they’re doing. They take their drinks seriously as well as the etiquette. Highly recommend.

The feisty one was really good. Very strong coffee taste but not bitter, much like a cold Irish coffee.

I have to start out by saying Sam is STELLAR !! these cocktails are out of this world, the way Sam pays attention and detail to every single drink is noticeable I enjoyed the happy hipster the most ! But started with the remove before flight, I don't even drink vodka but this drink was sexy !! Out of all the bars we visited for happy hour in DTLA tonight they win !!!

came here for happy hour on friday and surprised that we were the only ones there. drinks during happy hour were well priced ($8) but thought that “remove before flight” was just okay. the space looked pretty cool and could imagine this place having a good vibe when busy. however, i have no big desire to come back since there’s so many other bars and the drinks didn’t impress

Had a phenomenal evening here. Excellent mixed drinks, beautiful dancers. Friends and I had a great evening. Tip: bring some cash to put in the glass jar when the talented dancers work the room!

This is by far our favorite place in DTLA. Great bartenders, sometimes wait staff for tables, usually great music, some room for dancing (but not a club!), local(?) fun and unpretentious crowd, clean bathrooms. Checks all the boxes and then some. We go at least one night every time we visit LA. Wish we had a place like this in DTSD.

Really enjoyed this place woth my friends! We visit LA once a year and this is always our go to. This time we went twice, the DJ was lit! We did go on. Wednesday and it was burlesque night which was fabulously done by the amazing performers. Performers change every night. Some nights are are jazz, some are DJ, etc. The bartender made our drinks perfectly. The bouncer is a sweetheart too. The vibe inside is very chill, dark, etc. Perfect for a date night or hangout. I will say the bussers were definitely on top of clearing glasses from tables.

Shoo Shoo Baby was an exceptional choice for my birthday party. I extend my gratitude to Gabriel, whose assistance in making our reservations ensured a seamless and enjoyable evening. The establishment had a wonderful ambiance, great music by a delightful selection of music, and excellent drinks, and the bottle service was surprisingly well priced. I wholeheartedly recommend Shoo Shoo Baby for those seeking an elevated and memorable gathering.

Ron the bar manager is awesome. He gave me a sound education on what makes a good whiskey. I also learned why good tequila brands go bad. But my introduction to Italian Amarro was interesting. I had never heard of it. Will try it again just to have some talking points to use at parties. Security Dave at the door is solid as well. All around friendly atmosphere. Don't forget to tip Brenda the Bartender. PEACE.

Great vibes! Good place to unwind after work! The dj was killing with his mix. I had to come back later at night to experience it again🤣🤣🤣.

The bar doesn't have food but there are food trucks outside and you can bring in the food. The drinks are a little pricey. I love the live jazz on Tuesday

There was no food being served when I came here BUT who cares because the drinks and vibes were AMAZING. I personally love tequila, but opted for Mezcal (tequilas big brother) this time and was pleasantly surprised at how they put together the ingredients for a refreshing drink. The name of the drink was Happy Hipster. Usually places I’ve been can’t really pull off a cocktail with Mezcal, but they did! If you wanted food, like I did, I grabbed some from the food trucks right in front of the entrance. No biggie for me.

Love the LA vibe here. Right in the heart of DTLA. Outside view of the street. Fun has music with a DJ playing upbeat music with specialty cocktails a must try Expresso Martini.

The vibes here were immaculate. It was raining the day I visited so it was very empty and peaceful. The server was so helpful and the bartender was very friendly. Will 100% be coming back here for a great time.

Big, vibey place great for dates or groups alike. The staff is very nice and the drinks are great! It's a little more casual than some of the downtown nightlife spots but it's a good atmosphere with good music (that's not overbearingly loud).

Cool laid back place, DJ was playing some really kick-back house music. The drinks are decently priced. Good location, across from Macy's.

Great ambience with well presented and delicious food. The Korean Cauliflower gets a special mention and so does the steak and sushi and Bollywood curry. Definitely worth a visit!
