I
am
in
the
best
shape
I
have
ever
been
in
because
of
Hit
the
Mark
Fitness
and
the
amazing
coaches
that
run
the
boot
camps
here.
Mark,
Zeny,
and
Dallian
(I
go
to
the
6:15am
class)
keep
the
workouts
challenging,
high
energy
and
fun.
The
are
motivating
and
encouraging
as
well
as
highly
knowledgeable.
They
will
make
sure
you
are
using
correct
techniques
when
lifting,
will
push
you
to
go
heavier
when
you’re
ready,
and
are
always
there
if
you
have
questions,
need
modifications,
etc.
I
can’t
say
enough
about
how
great
the
coaches
all
are.
Mark
is
also
hilarious.
I
didn’t
exercise
or
go
to
any
kind
of
gym
for
many
years
prior
to
joining
HTMF
due
to
knee
pain
and
plantar
fasciitis.
I
had
run
in
my
20s/early
30s
but
chronic
pain
stopped
that.
Fast
forward
a
few
years
to
when
I
met
a
super
fit
couple
who
are
the
parents
of
one
of
my
daughter’s
school
friends.
They
were
in
such
great
shape
I
couldn’t
help
but
ask
how
they
did
it.
Without
hesitation,
the
told
me
about
HTMF
and
the
boot
camp
workouts
they
did
there.
After
stalling
for
a
few
more
months,
afraid
I
was
too
weak
or
it
would
be
too
hard,
I
gave
the
free
week
a
try.
It
was
really
hard
at
first
because
I
was
so
out
of
shape
but
I’ve
stuck
with
it
for
about
a
year
and
a
half
now
and
I
can
say
without
a
doubt
that
I
am
stronger
now
at
43
than
I
have
ever
been
in
my
life
and
it
is
because
of
this
gym.
Also,
my
plantar
fasciitis
is
gone
and
my
knee
bothers
me
a
lot
less
than
it
used
too.
I
always
make
sure
to
wear
my
compression
sleeve
on.
My
knee
though,
just
for
added
stability.
Now
it’s
my
turn
to
recommend
HTMF
without
hesitation
to
anyone
who
wants
to:
be
healthier,
be
stronger,
feel
inspired
to
achieve
their
goals,
belong
to
a
high
energy
and
fun
gym,
spend
time
around
amazing
people
and
learn
from
talented
coaches.
