    The absolute best part of my day. I have never been so happy and motivated with my workouts. Mark and Zeny are constantly changing it up and creating a high energy, positive environment. I LOVE Hit the Mark fitness! They have forever changed my life for the better and I couldn’t encourage everyone enough to join. You will not regret it.

    I love Hit the Mark Fitness. It's such an amazing environment to be in with such energetic people and trainers! They really work with you to target all areas of the body, and keep you on track when you are working out. The best part is that you don’t have to think of workouts on your own because they will already have one planned out for you. It’s fun and a great place where results are guaranteed. I would highly recommend trying this place out...you won't regret it!

    1 year ago I joined HTMF. For 3 of those months I attended the 5am class and enjoyed starting my day that way. Then I joined the 5pm class and found it to be a great way to release frustrations from my work day and a healthy way to keep work separate from home. Now, I workout via their recorded zoom videos. These past 12 months have been amazing for my physical and mental health. I’m grateful for my accountability buddies, some who I met there and the amazing trainers who are positive, energetic and make the workout fun. During this quarantine, being able to work out at home has been key in keeping sane.

    This place is awesome! Everyone is so friendly! Mark and Zeny always text to check in to see how your workout went, reminding you to stretch, etc... If you miss a few days in a row, they check in to make sure you are doing OK. If you want an accountability partner, they are it. On top of it all, you would be supporting a local, small business. Side note, they have a strict cleaning policy following CDC guidelines during pandemic. Trust me when I say, you won't regret it! Join today!

    Hit the Mark Fitness Bootcamp is awesome!! Over the past 10 years I have enjoyed great workouts with a great group of people! Everyone is made to feel so welcome to this local, fantastic group of fitness minded people. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone, all ages, sizes and shapes! Thanks Mark and Team... you guys are the best!

    I never thought I would be a “gym person,” but Hit The Mark Fitness has changed that! Now I’m one of those people that looks forward to their workout every day. I love the energy, the positive atmosphere, and the amazing coaches. Everyone is so positive, unpretentious and motivating… It’s just what I needed! I have already accomplished so much since starting in January 2020, and can’t wait to see how much more I can do!

    I have been working out at Hit The Mark Fitness for 3 years now and every workout is challenging (in a good way) and fun! I never consistently worked out until I started going to HTMF, the trainers know how to keep everyone motivated. I love this gym and highly recommend it to everyone!

    My gym instructor is the type of trainer who ensures her clients perform each exercise and plan correctly in order to avoid injury. Her experience is extensive, but what she brings to her work beyond expertise is a genuine ability to listen to a client's needs in order to assist that person in safely achieving her goals. Thank you very much!

    I’ve had an a great experience so far in my short interim! Before I came out I was a bit nervous because I was not active at all. I didn’t know what to expect going into a group environment. But the moment I first joined, every single person was super welcoming and encouraging! After 6 days of full workouts, I can definitely say I would recommend this to anyone and everyone! Being able to work out at anytime of the day, everyday, in a group setting is highly motivating! I have not felt this good about myself in very long time! I can guarantee that at the rate that I am going, I will see results in no time! Let’s get it!!!

    Love this gym! I have been going for over 3 years now and still love every workout. They are always different and challenging. The trainers are amazing at creating a fun and high energy environment while motivating you to work harder. I’ve tried a lot of gyms and this is by far my favorite!

    HTMF is by far one of the best gyms I’ve worked out in. The workouts are always fun and challenging. The trainers are professional, kind and caring for their members.     I am in the best shape I have ever been in because of Hit the Mark Fitness and the amazing coaches that run the boot camps here. Mark, Zeny, and Dallian (I go to the 6:15am class) keep the workouts challenging, high energy and fun. The are motivating and encouraging as well as highly knowledgeable. They will make sure you are using correct techniques when lifting, will push you to go heavier when you’re ready, and are always there if you have questions, need modifications, etc. I can’t say enough about how great the coaches all are. Mark is also hilarious. I didn’t exercise or go to any kind of gym for many years prior to joining HTMF due to knee pain and plantar fasciitis. I had run in my 20s/early 30s but chronic pain stopped that. Fast forward a few years to when I met a super fit couple who are the parents of one of my daughter’s school friends. They were in such great shape I couldn’t help but ask how they did it. Without hesitation, the told me about HTMF and the boot camp workouts they did there. After stalling for a few more months, afraid I was too weak or it would be too hard, I gave the free week a try. It was really hard at first because I was so out of shape but I’ve stuck with it for about a year and a half now and I can say without a doubt that I am stronger now at 43 than I have ever been in my life and it is because of this gym. Also, my plantar fasciitis is gone and my knee bothers me a lot less than it used too. I always make sure to wear my compression sleeve on. My knee though, just for added stability. Now it’s my turn to recommend HTMF without hesitation to anyone who wants to: be healthier, be stronger, feel inspired to achieve their goals, belong to a high energy and fun gym, spend time around amazing people and learn from talented coaches. What are YOU waiting for???

    HTMF is great and has everything I look for in a gym. They create challenging new workouts everyday that hit every muscle group, they have a wide variety of class times, and a fun community of bootcampers to encourage you every workout! This is a great gym community that I've been at for 7 years, they've kept me in great shape, and I cannot recommend this gym enough!

    I have been attending hit the mark for 13 years! I love the energy and passion that goes into every day. Mark and Zeny have put together the perfect program that amazingly changes year after year and is still fresh. They care about all of their clients and treat everyone with respect....but also push you very hard. Absolutely could not recommend them more!

    I have been attending HTMF since 2012 and I feel like my life is split into two points: life before HTMF and life after. When I first joined I had been regularly attending a local gym and doing group fitness classes there as well as working out on my own. I was getting results, but was really wanting to step it up some as I had recently had my 3rd child and was wanting to get the baby weight off. I didn't expect to actually lose all the baby weight and then some, but that's exactly what happened. I got into the best shape of my life coming here. If you're someone that needs to be pushed and feeds off the energy of others, then this is the place for you. The most surprising benefit I found is that I have made some life long friends and the trainers and members have become like family to me. The motivation, support and friends you make, along with the fitness gains will keep you coming back every day. This is my early morning happy place, my daily mental health ritual and I am eternally grateful for what this place has given me. I am in the best shape of my life and also feel so privileged to workout everyday with some of the best humans I know. So join to become the strongest version of yourself and you'll enjoy the added benefit of finding a tribe of great people to hang out and sweat with every morning.
