Really dope experience that went by so much faster than I expected. The guides were really fun fellas and they put the first timers at ease. The variance in length of the ziplines themselves was nice, particularly since we started off with the shorter ones and progressed to the longer, faster ones. Also liked that the last five minutes of the trip from the office to the lines was in an off-road vehicle - made me feel like Rambo and my wife like Indiana Jones, so it was a quick time for us to geek out a bit😊 Lastly, the views are stupid gorgeous, and it's so exhilarating to go flying through all that beautiful wilderness, and the startlingly adept photographer has you lookin at pics of yourself afterwards like Splash Mountain. So much fun, and I would recommend this to anyone.

Amazing!!! Worth every penny. The office staff were friendly and patient. The tour guides were great. We had a full tour, my group was 6 out of 18. The guides were extremely patient with those of us who were a little nervous. I felt safe the entire time. You are on platforms high off the ground and with people on them they do move, that's just the nature of this activity. Be aware this may cause some anxiety, again your signing up for ziplining, it's supposed to give you an adrenaline rush. They do provide water and basic restrooms are available at the top of the mountain.

Enjoyed every moment. They accidentally overbooked, so we offered to take our own truck... It was awesome, great drive, got to ride in a truck bed to the Zipline (15 minute off road drive, very pleasant). We had a great group with us. The guides were helpful, funny and just made the experience all that more memorable. We purchased the Barrel 33 flight deal (worth it, I reviewed them too), the go pro package and Zipline. A little pricey but well worth it. Thank you Action Tours you were the highlight of our staycation while in Big Bear. We visited from Los Angeles.

The office lady and the shuttle drivers were wonderful people. The Crew was AWESOME! Great bunch of guys. From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience for my 80 year old mom, myself and another friend who came with us. Everyone was completely safe and watched after the entire time. I recommend this trip for anyone willing to have fun!

Tour goes really quickly but it's a lot of fun! Staff was helpful, energetic, and always keeping an eye out for safety. One thing I couldn't find out online beforehand was if I could bring a bag with me or not. They offer a free locker in the office for your stuff and you're given a small clip pouch at the ziplines to hold things like phones and keys (1 pouch per group).

It's a 10/10 for me hands-down! The entire staff I interacted with were the BEST! I sprung "poping the question" to my girlfriend on them on the spot & they didn't hesitate to help me orchestrate everything! Safety was their top priority up on the line but they keep things light & fun! The views up on their course were breathtaking on top of it all! Not a single complaint & would recommend to anyone!

The personalities, professionalism and care of the instructors is what made this experience extra special. The scenery and thrill of flying through the air I knew was going fun. This was the best time of the year to go, not crowded and there was a little bit of snow left on the mountains.

What a fantastic experience with Action Tours Zipline Big Bear! Reservations and scheduling were seamless for a 1:00 PM tour. Arrived a little early and were greeted by Zach and weighed in. After a brief safety video we were transported by Brett to the zipline area, about a 20 minute drive through some gorgeous country. Brett, gave us information about the surrounding area and some of the notable landmarks. Upon arrival at the zipline area we were greeted by Jules, our driver and photographer for our elevated adventure. We slowly made our way up into the zipline area through the San Bernardino National Forest. Once at the zipline station we were greeted by Draeden and Jordan, our zipline guides. We got geared up, given a safety briefing and Draeden demonstrated the first (short) zipline for the group. As each member of the group got hooked onto the steel zipline cable the look on everyone's face was priceless and the smile widened as we each pushed off, flying through the trees. As you came into each successive zipline tower you are always hooked to a cable or steel loop on the tower. The manner in which Draeden and Jordan were able to do this with our group was like a Swiss watch. No one ever felt pressured and the safety consciousness of our guides was second to none. As we made your way through nine (9) ziplines the views were incredible and Jules took pictures of our group the whole time. After the 7th zipline, there's a quick water break and the final two ziplines are their longest and fastest ziplines. During the Fall they do a pumpkin smash on the weekends whereby you're given a small pumpkin and you can drop it while flying across the two longest ziplines. There are marked targets on the ground. Because it was only Thursday, Jordan grabbed pine cones for everyone to give it a try. What a blast trying to hit a target while suspended 80 feet in the air flying at speeds of 35-40 mph. Once we completed the tour we were taken back to the van and enjoyed the leisure drive back Action Tours home office. Within a few minutes we were given tablets to view the photos Jules took of everyone during the tour. We came up to Big Bear for my son's birthday trip and the memories we created will last a lifetime. Thank you Zach, Brett, Jules, Draeden and Jordan you all made our first full day in Big Bear awesome.

This was our first time Ziplining. Action Tours are professional and made sure we had a great time! Everyone from the office, drivers, and guides were great. They also have a military discount (thank you) that helped take the price down a little. Thank you Action Tours for an amazing time!

Action Tours Zipline tour was a lot of fun. When we first started I was so scared. (The rest of my family had a blast) Our guides were awesome. They clearly demonstrated how to start, how to glide and how to stop or let them put on the brakes. So helpful. I finally landed with a smile.

We had a wonderful time ziplining in Big Bear with Action Tours. The staff is top-notch and was so patient and caring with our newbie zippers and our 2nd timers as well. My husband has some physical challenges and he was able to conquer the day with the help of these awesome guys! My 81 year old mother had so much fun checking Ziplining off her Bucket List. A fun day was had by all. Thank you, Action Tours for the memories.

These guys are so professional and so kind. My family went for my husbands birthday for the zip lining. There are nine lines but by the time I reached the fourth I was done. They rescued me from the tower and everyone still had a great time. Ten stars. ⭐️

My girlfriends and I were up in Big Bear for the weekend on our annual trip. We wanted to do an adventure that was different than the ones we have done in the past. One of the girls suggested zip lining and we were all in. Debbie our driver expertly drove us to the site, dodging an overwhelming amount of bike rider on a race. Pretty stressful! She also pointed out places of interest for us to check out. Once we made it to the site, we were taken by a all-terrain vehicle up to the lines. There were definitely some moments that scared the crud out of me (I’m not an adrenaline junkie) but totally worth it. All the guys helping out there were totally nice and very encouraging, as I was scared out of my mind but with their kindness it helped ease my fears .. I made it as did as all my Sole Sisters. Thank you Action Zip Line Tours we had a great time!

Zip lining in winter May seem a crazy thing to do but this was a great experience. We had to change our booking twice because of changing circumstances and Nicole was wonderful helping us out. This group takes safety seriously taking you through some initial training before heading out to the zip line. A 25 minute bus ride then a short trip up the icy road in an open troupe carrier sets the scene for the adventure. The boys were excellent and took great care of me. Two bad knees and arthritis made moving around difficult but they were very patient and caring. We had a great time. Lots of fun and the snow amongst the pines was magical.

We had a great experience zip lining. Staff were great, friendly, and very easy going. This was our first time and would definitely do this again. Wish I could add photos, but we did not take our phones out of caution, but we should have. To top it off the photographer was not there for our tour, which was disappointing. Had we gotten pictures, we would have given 5 stars. P.S. if you would like to tip, as we would have, bring cash with you. There are no nearby working ATM 's and you can't get cash from the office.
